Attending an event at ASU, this is the place to stay.

Great location if you are attending an event at ASU. The morning breakfast has a great variety and was very good. The room is spacious and very comfortable.

The only drawback is that there are not many places to eat out. There is not a restaurant in the hotel. There is a bar and the food from there is good, but minimal.

Great location for Tempe/ASU, clean, comfortable rooms, but possible light rail noise.

Location was great for Tempe. I didn't try the breakfast since my favorite breakfast spot was a walk away. The facility was clean and well maintained.

The flipside of the location being great is that the Phoenix light rail runs right past the building. Consequently, there was some noise from that. Fortunately, I had ear plugs with me so it wasn't an issue for me.

Comfortable and enjoyable as far as my accommodations but dissappointed with the final charges

Same as my previous stay. Love the location and cleanliness of the hotel as it is within walking distance of the Rock n Roll races. Room is small but comfortable for price.

I unfortunately was disappointed with the staff of booking.com and the staff at the hotel this time around since I was still charged for a 3rd night despite me calling the day I made the reservation to adjust it and they had told me that they did no problem. Then I showed up to check in to the hotel late at night and the staff at the hotel told me that I was still booked for 3 nights but it was no problem they could adjust it. Lastly as I was checking out the lady told me that I was still booked for 3 nights and there was nothing they could do about it so that was disappointing because I may need to consider a different hotel next year I am doing this race even though I really do like this one.

Closeness to campus

Level of cleanliness is poor. Cleaning is every other day but cleaners don’t change towels and don’t provide soap or body lotion or water bottles even though they have it in the cart. They leave used mugs in the room and don’t replace them with clean ones.

Good location, poor breakfast, nice rooftop area

Location is great, comfy beds, and breakfast is free. Nice rooftop bar but it was not open. Staff is mostly very friendly and helpful. H-bar bartender was helpful.

Too expensive for providing no daily housekeeping. Booking.com advertised a room with a tumble dryer— they have no such rooms at this location. Hyatt points don’t apply if you use booking.com. Breakfast was poor— they couldn’t keep up with demand— ran out of almost everything all three mornings (oatmeal even!), yogurt station was sloppy, could have done with more cleaning, and those processed scrambled eggs could have at least been warm.

Comfortable, newer hotel

Breakfast had many choices including vegan. The room was comfortable. Although there was construction right next door, it didn't disrupt our stay.

Pool was very small. Food choices at the restaurants were quite limited and expensive. We would have eaten at the hotel more often if there had been a few healthier options.

My reservations were not honor a black man assistant manager came into my room with a key without my permission. I felt very violated. I’m going to file a lawsuit against this hotel for sexual harassment and disrespectful and defamation of character I recommend no women to go stay at this hotel alone men are coming into the hotel rooms its not safe.
