This townhouse(condo) was warm and welcoming. It was honestly great for the 6days we were there. The community is small and quiet. We had fun swimming in the pools in the evening and night fishing off the pier. I would rent this place again.

Spent a very well rested two days here. It was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable, quiet and great location. Cara is the best. Any questions or needs and she’s quick with a response. Planning on a return trip to panhandle and this place will be on the list of places to stay.

This is the second time i have rented this condo and i love the size.it’s great for families or couples i love the fact that its not bunk beds it’s full size beds and we all had our privacy there is also a desk in one of the rooms. I also have a condo I rent though vrbo the only recommendation I would say is more trowels and maybe some more toilet paper and paper towel but there’s a washer so it’s not a huge deal just would make it that much better great place

The size fits our family we had a great Time here it had orange trees in the backyard and a desk downstairs that came in very nice because one of us was working remotely we were here for Christmas and we re rented for March there was a wedding announcement for March

Beautiful property. Close to the beach. Owner friendly and communicative. Great little nook of a quiet neighborhood with a dock. The downstairs efficiency is accessible by going outside and using the stairs in front or the fenced in yard in back. Hope to stay again!

Excellent place to stay for a big family. Plenty of room and the little apartment downstairs is perfect for newly weds. Kinda regretted the steps at first, but once we were done unpacking it wasn't so bad. Love the lake you can fish off of, just wish we could catch bigger fish. Location is very conveniently located by Publix and plenty close enough to a nice beach and other activities. Quiet neighborhood too, slept very well. Would definitely stay again!

We would rent here again. Property manager gave great customer service when we ran out of propane… had it replaced within 20 minutes! The 2 beds upstairs were VERY comfortable. Bed downstairs was fine. 5 minute access to beach. Grocery stores and eateries were within close proximity.

House was great, pool was great, access to beach was super easy. Check out Camp Helen very near the house, lots of wildlife on walk to inlet and beach. Publix is very close and easy to get to. Very enjoyable trip.

Condo was roomy and clean. We liked the downstairs for us(grandparents). Panama City Beach area was a lot less crowded then Destin and the pier was fun with lots of shops and restaurants.

Everything was just excellent, the grandkids loved fishing at the dock, the little one loved the pool, short drive to the beach. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for quiet and privacy for the grandparents. Everything we needed was on the property. Would definitely stay there again.

House was spacious - it fit our family of 5 comfortably in the 2 bedroom main section. Had we been traveling with grandparents, the separate apartment would’ve been perfect. Property manager is responsive and helpful.The Bad:The main level living area had clearly received some updates recently. The upstairs sleeping area is probably due for some similar attention (we did not use the lower apartment). More than five or six people in the main section would have a hard time navigating around each other and sharing the two bathrooms (third bedroom and third bathroom are in the apartment, accessed through its own entrance from the outside).The Ugly:There was dust on some of the furniture, trash left under the table in the bedroom, stains on the towels, and a ketchup smear on the wall of the stairwell. The cleaning lady was clearly in a hurry. At checkout time she was visibly irritated with us when we were 5 minutes late pulling out of the driveway. We didn’t realize she had arrived 20 minutes earlier and was waiting next door.Conclusion:We’ve stayed at perfect 5-star homes and compared to those, I can’t give the same score as other guests. If you vacation in Panama City Beach, this is most likely an easy 5 stars. If 30A is your spot however, this might be more of a 3 star stay.

We absolutely loved the property. The only thing that may need to be approved on is the person staying on the lower level should not have to go outside to enter the main house. There should be access from the house to do that. This property was stunning and absolutely beautiful. I will be booking here again

We enjoyed the central location and quiet community between Pier Park and 30A. Less than half mile walk to ocean. The unit is spacious, beds are comfortable, and everything we needed was furnished. We are already looking forward to staying here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our family of four made the trip for a New Year’s baseball tournament and the townhome was absolutely perfect for us. We had plenty of room to spread out and both kids had their own bedroom. The townhome had all of the comforts of home. We had wanted to stay away from the large high rise condos and crowds during the pandemic and this fit the bill perfectly. We loved pulling into the townhome to our parking spot rather than searching for parking at a high rise. The public beach access was so close, clean, had restrooms and was not crowded at all. Lots of restaurants close by that we were able to order take out from. The weather was a bit chilly while we were there at times, so we did not use the pool. We loved the unobstructed view of the lake across the field. Thank you Cara for a wonderful stay!

We had a great time staying at Cara's place. The home was equipped with more than you needed and was perfect. We had more than enough room for 8 of us, 4 grown adults, 3 teenage boys and a pre teen. The area is a great distance to the ball fields and a ton of food and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in PCB.
