Lekker geslapen maar daar blijft het ook bij.

Bedden waren goed. Personeel waren ook vriendelijk

Oude meubels. In het restaurant braken het stoel waarop vriendin zat. Buiten in het tuin ook oude meubels.

Safe.

There was no enough hotwater. Heating was problematic. We have not been able to reach the reception over the phone by multiple alls. One of our guets had to sleep on the floor on the couch pillows due to the lack of extra beds. Extra beds are advertised on the website as free when I booked the room.

An excellent service

The business is clean and family friendly. Employees are extremely respectful, level and caring. A great buffet breakfast with stunning views is included in the extremely affordable room rate. The rooms are very spacious but very clean, as are the sheets and towels. I easily reached the place I needed to go for the meeting with my own vehicle. However, vehicle-free transportation seems difficult. The comments here were effective in my choice, thank you to those who wrote. A new, clean, high-rise building in a quiet and calm area. You can stay with your family. The staff is caring and courteous. I don't know if it was a star hotel, but it is in the setting of a 4 star hotel. The beds are comfortable, clean, breakfast is standard plate, I would definitely recommend it in terms of price performance.

An excellent family hotel

This year we turned our holiday route to Mersin and came across vm resort hotel. Good to meet you and we are very pleased. Since the hotel has been in service for 2 3 years, everything is new and sparkling, the thing I pay attention to most in hotels is cleanliness and they have won my heart. I can say that I fell in love with the sunset on the beach side of the hotel. As a sunset lover, I took a walk watching the sunset. Great atmosphere. The location is easy to reach. You can easily reach the hotel by private car, minibus or taxi. Not far from the centre. You can reach everything easily. In the evening the beach is very beautiful. live music events you have a good time you don't realize how the time passes an accommodation service that deserves its price a hotel suitable for every budget different concept rooms we will go as a family of 3 4 people next year I recommend everyone the rooms are very wide view very beautiful beach clean beach the sea is not deep. I really love the beach. It is a hotel where I can spend quality time in Mersin and recommend it to everyone. It deserves 5 stars for its cleanliness, food, decor and customer satisfaction. I was very pleased with your service, they helped in every way at the reception and they were very interested, thank you very much to all the staff. You are definitely a hotel that I will choose from now on. Excellent facility, comfortable rooms. We loved it in every way. A great hotel where you will feel at home is definitely a place where you should go and vacation at least once.

Everything was perfect, nothing was missing.

The pool area

Cleaning service is poor dirty windows and floors. Receptionist is not speaking English German or Russian Language. The apartment has a kitchen without any equipment inside so it is useless. Plus i kindly ask for a early check in per mail no one answered, when i arrived they offered me a paid early check in and charged 700lira.

it was a bad experience and a waste of money

the location is in a quite place

no room service and they don’t clean from a day to another.the elevator floor was always wet from people using the pool.used towels thrown on the floor of the reception and nobody to remove them. the cleanliness of room was average and the price of the room does not worth the service they provide. i booked for 4 days but i left the second morning.i found a 5 stars hotel for the rest of my stay in mersin and the difference was huge between these 2 hotels and almost for the same price. maybe my comments will incite the “hotel” to improve their service. i hope so.

location is so far from city . the room is so expensive comparing the facilities and conditions. too noisy and dirty. without parking . the photos is more better than reality.

Ample space and yummy food provided.

The pictures on the site make it seem to be on the beach/sea. The hotel beach is over a mile away.

The staff was so polite with excellent customer service, great food, spacious rooms, outdoor swimming pool great, seaside 2 mins walk from the hotel, shops and supermarkets 1 mins walk.
