St James Plantation In beautiful Southport awaits you! This perfect location condo has all you need for a relaxing and peaceful get away. This 1200 sq ft unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths , large living room with big screen tv, fully equipped kitchen and dining area . Screened in porch for southern breezes . This vacation spot is so close to all the wonderful amenities, Bedrooms are also large and beds are so comfortable !! Condo has its own pool, and there is also a private beach club with restrooms and salt water pool on Oak Island which is a short drive away . Take the ferry to Bald Island or Ft. Fisher Aquarium. St James plantation offers, walking trails, kayaking , biking , marina and Beacon 315 ,restaurant overlooking the marina !! (Open to all guests ) Enjoy the quaint town of Southport , shopping , antique shops, restaurants, art galleries , museums, and piers. Port City Wilmington is a short drive away .

We enjoyed our stay everything was just as described. We were allowed to check in early no problems no issues. The Marina was beautiful and we loved the special touches she added.

Condo was perfect and spacious for our family of 4. It's in a lovely gated community. The condo met all our needs and was a short drive to the beach. Stan and Jeanette were excellent hosts and very responsive!!! Thank you for such a relaxing vacation.

The condo was lovely, better than the pictures depicted! We had such a lovely time in Southport and this condo helped make it that way. There was plenty of room and amenities for my family, my husband, myself and our 2 teens. The condo was amazingly clean and very welcoming. Will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area.

A perfect getaway dont miss out. The host is wonderful and very easy to reach. The condo is just as described and was very peaceful. Close to downtown, the beach and in a great gated neighborhood. The property was beautifully decorated. Very clean. Quiet location on golf course enjoyable to sit on deck and watch them play. Access to a lot of the condo amenities. Would definitely rent again.

We stayed in this wonderful.condo in St James for a quick Ladies-Only getaway, and had such a fantastic experience! Jeanette, our host, has put together such a warm and welcoming experience, and she has truly thought of everything her guests might need!
I would highly recommend this property and am thankful to have had such a relaxing respite in a beautiful location!

My friends and I go to OKI every year for my birthday. We’ve stayed in different places every year and I must say this is our favorite place to date! The condo was in a quiet location in a very secure neighborhood. The owners provided a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and even beach towels. The place was very clean and had anything you could possibly need to have a wonderful stay. The owner was very easy to communicate with and gave us some great recommendations on places to eat. We also enjoyed using the beach club pool and restroom when we went to the beach. Definitely plan to stay here again!

The condo is clean, quiet and conveniently located with easy access to pool and beach. Beach chairs, towels and more were provided. The porch is a lovely place to spend time especially during a rainstorm!

My family spent the week at this condo. Owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Condo was nicely decorated, well spplied, and clean. Only negatives I had were the pillows on the king bed were pretty flat and the limited parking at the beach club (which is not the owner's fault I know). We had a great time and would definitely recommend this rental!

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The owner was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. The condo was clean and comfortably furnished. We had everything we needed. The location was outstanding. We loved Southport and we were able to go on some great day trips (Bald Head Island, Myrtle Beach, Fort Fisher Island, Topsail Island). We would certainly stay here again and recommend this property to anyone planning to visit the region.

Jeanette was a lovely host. She was very easy to communicate with and checked in daily without being intrusive. We were never able to find parking at the private beach club during the day but the public access is near enough (and less crowded) that we took the pass and walked there to shower off and use the restrooms before the 15-20 minute drive back to the condo. The pools are small but it was fine because we were the only ones there every time. Jeanette has pool noodles and beach towels available for your use as well as a beach cart we used daily. The pantry has some spices and the kitchen was well stocked. I prepared all but 2 meals at the condo partially because the wait time to eat out in the evening was over an hour every time. There are a few restaurants that will take reservations but we didn't want to be pinned down on a time to leave the beach. My boys absolutely loved the second bedroom with its own bathroom and kitchenette. Every morning you'll see golfers come through on their carts from the serene screened in back porch. The whole condo has a very home like feel and we will definitely try to rebook this spot.

The place was nice and clean in a quiet but crowded area. We liked the condo and communication with the owner was solid. However, the pillows on the bed could be upgraded as well as the towels in the bathroom. The towels after you got outbid f the shower were kid size! Too small for an adult.

Well equipped and comfortable condo
This is a very comfortable place to stay very clean and the owner has equipped it with everything you need for your stay. The owner is great at communicating with you before check-in and during your visit she is very responsive

Vacation 2022
This was the first vacation without any small children. We didn't feel like we had to be right on the beach. We enjoyed watching people play golf from the porch. My husband walked every morning and everyone was very friendly. The amenities building at the beach was definitely a plus. We would recommend this place for great vacation

This is one of, if not the best, Air B and B experience so far! Jeanette was awesome. She was always helpful and responsive and flexible! The condo felt like home! Girls Getaway
Our stay was great! Jeanette was easy to communicate with and check-in was a breeze! The Vacay Villa was more than we expected! It was well stocked with all amenities, spacious and wonderfully decorated. The space was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen had lots of extras, paper goods, some basic spices/oils, and was fully stocked with dishes, glassware and utensils.** Minor critic-Knives were plentiful, not one of them was sharp.** The villa provided all the beach equipment we needed- great beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, and even beach bags! We enjoyed some pool time at the condo complex but were underwhelmed by the Private Beach Club. It was much smaller than the pictures portray, bathrooms were very dirty, pool murky and crowded and visitors are not allowed to use the parking lot so it was not much of an enhancement to the experience. Fortunately, the beach is beautiful and there is lots of public access. Overall, it was a terrific place and we would not hesitate to stay at Jeanette's villa again!

The villa was spacious and comfortable and the location was an easy drive to many local places.

The property was very clean and offered so many extras like the use of the washer/dryer for personal items, coffee pods, and even some spices and pantry items if you accidently forget yours. The rooms are large, spacious, and adorably decorated. The pool was relaxing with bathrooms conveniently located for our 5 year old, who has to see every bathroom or he thinks he's missing out. The condo is located a short drive from the beach and allowed us to discover some local restaurants and shopping that we may have otherwise missed if staying right on the beach. My husband is a foodie so this was a huge plus. The owner is super helpful, kind, and accessible. She texted updates when the condo was available early as well as when the cleaning crew was scheduled to arrive upon our departure. This allowed us to plan and have a relaxed exit. We are very thankful we chose to stay here and enjoyed making family memories in a place that is very family friendly and has a relaxing environment.
