This was our first time in York and we loved the location of this cottage home. We enjoyed being by the wiggly bridge and woods, and right by the harbor. My kids loved the backyard. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen had everything needed when we didn't want to eat out. The host was extremely accommodating and kind. Would recommend.

We had a very comfortable stay in this old cottage, located within walking distance to our favorite beach and Wiggly Bridge. Despite humid temperatures we were very cool at night in the air conditioned bedrooms and first floor. The upstairs bathroom suited our family well, and the kitchen had adequate dishware and cookware for our needs. If it wasnt for a refrigerator issue, which was just unfortunate timing for a rental week, we would have had a perfect week. Erin was very responsive throughout the week.

This property maintains its old cottage charm in this Maine beach town. It was a great fit for our young family; walking distance to the beach, a spacious and shaded backyard, and a quick drive to all the essentials (stores, restaurants, etc). We appreciated having some of the basic essentials available to us (eg soap, trash bags), as well as use of the floats for the beach. For anyone looking for a sterile, brand-new rental, this is not the home to rent, it’s an older home with lots of character and charm that show the signs of many happy memories made here by the owner(s).

Landscaping needed attention, pot and pans not good, lock box was hard to open, road noise and car lights in windows made sleeping difficult.

The Maude was perfect for my needs - the ability to work remotely but sneak away for a quick swim at the beach or bike ride during the day. The cottage is centrally located and everything is a short work or drive away. Definitely check out the Village Scoop Ice Cream Shop.

Lovely sweet home, beds were super comfy. Terrific location, beautiful island hiking trail a stones throw from the property. Would definitely come back again..

This place is in a great spot of York Harbor because of the access to the beach and to the Wiggly Bridge. I really appreciated the host's quick communication to all questions too. The house is very comfortable and made for a great vacation. Highly recommended.
