The room was immaculate and everything felt very new and clean. The sheets were crisp and the bed was well made. The bathroom and kitchen appliances are very new and modern. We especially liked the separation between the toilet+shower and the sink. This is especially helpful for families or larger parties.
The breakfast is lacking. We went down at 10 and breakfast ends at 1030 and the area was a mess. There was food left but it was all over the counters (particularly the cereal) or mildly lukewarm. Definitely one of the worse free hotel breakfasts I’ve seen and we also stayed at a Fairfield during our trip that had a much tidier and well-stocked breakfast. A little disappointed, since the rest of the hotel and even the breakfast dining area feels very upscale.

We came here after hours because our Airbnb stay got messed up after a 7 hour drive from Vegas. They accommodated us and gave a 2pm checkout time.
Pet fee of $100 is high

Clean; felt safe. Easy drive to museums, shopping, restaurants. I visited the nearby Basque restaurant for lunch. Went to the other end of town to the Stewart Indian School Museum. Saw a play at the Brewery Arts Center. Loved watching staff show each other the eclipse. Staff care for each other and enjoy working together; it shows in how well the property is cared for!
The evening drinks and refreshments were disappointing. I expected at least a tray of veggies but the only snacks were carbs.

loved the breakfast! Loved the later check out. Loved that my room had dishwasher filled with bowls and dishes to use, a sink, stove, microwave, big fridge. Windows open:)
Nothing, I think:) The air was very dry, it was hard the 1st day, but it is nothing to do with the hotel....There was some noise from the freeway, with window open, but loved the fresh air.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en ze hadden plezier in hun werk. De ruime mooie kamer en het uitgebreide ontbijt. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanraden bij iedereen.

Large, clean and well appointed room and facilities.
Booking was confusing and I ended up with a queen instead of a king. Still trying to get credit for the downgrade.

The room layout was great and worked perfectly for us.
Arrived at 9pm and our room wasn’t cleaned when I went in. I opened the door and I thought people were still inside because of the condition left. I closed the door and went and spoke with the front desk. I understand it was a busy weekend for them and things get missed. I asked to be switched to another room that was ready since I had young children and it being so late I couldn’t wait for them to clean the room to get it ready. After asking several times they finally were able to switch me to a room that was ready and I was very thankful for that. When we got into the new room and the space was great but the dishes were dirty in the dishwasher. I started the dishwasher which wasn’t a big deal but do feel their team should make sure to check the details so the rooms are fully ready for the next person.

Very good breakfast. Clean lobby, very friendly staff
We had a hard time falling asleep as the noise from the elevator moving up and down kept us up.

The staff was extremely nice and offered kids ice cream since it was beyond our control and kids wanted to go snow but it got dark but kids enjoyed ice cream.
We arrived and had to wait for our suite to be available. Whoever was checking out was late and we had to wait with kids for about an hour.

The hotel is modern and very clean. It was very spacious and was able to fit my family of 6. Thanks to Alejandro, Dale and Angie. Alejandro was so helpful to aiding us with our needs, even though it was late at night. The morning buffet was great with variety of choices and Dale made us feel so comfortable. Angie supported us with the checkout easily.
None. Or maybe in the breakfast area, they can set up a microwave so we can heat up the instant oatmeal.

The breakfast was really good! You could find everything you want for breakfast: scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, waffles (no sugar), bacon, sausages (2 types), almond milk, decaf coffee, jams, fruits (oranges and bananas), and more
The hotel has "social hours" every Monday-Wednesday until 7 pm with free food (meatballs, rice, beans, beer, wine). Didn't try that though
NOISE! NOISE! NOISE! The hotel is built in a way you can hear every step upstairs and in the hallway. I think, they really wanted to save money on the soundproofing. You can do nothing with the vibration from the steps, ear plugs won't help either. It's like trying to sleep close to a disco bar, the beats in your head drive you crazy.
The first night was awful: our neighbor upstairs had a kid who was running all the time in the evening. I reported that to the front desk but no actions were taken. At 11 pm our upstairs neighbors finally fall asleep. At 3:30 am they woke me up by walking across the room. At 6:30 they woke me up again and after that, I could not sleep. It turned out they moved out the next morning and ruined their room. The next couple of days there was a repair in the room upstairs.
I asked the front desk to change our room to any room on the third floor but they refused for no reason.
BEFORE BOOKING just ask yourself: is there a chance you can get a neighbor upstairs with kids? Would you like to live their schedule?
If you are lucky and you got a room on the 3rd floor then you still have an issue with noise from steps in the hallway.
Though the hotel has a pretty new A/C heater a fan is also loud.
We had 5 nights booked and we tried to sleep right after breakfast until the housekeeping starts their work in the hallway. We had to move out one night earlier. We were on the way to the hotel after downhill skiing and made a decision not to stay longer in the noisy hotel. We packed our luggage and moved out at 5:30 pm. I asked the front desk to give me a pro-rated price for the last night as we moved out. But the front desk said that was not possible in their hotel. They didn't check us out until the next day. I didn't get any final receipt from the hotel or booking.com.
