This was in a perfect location. The bed was SUPER comfy! We enjoyed being so close to town and able to do everything from beach to train! The misty mornings inspired me in my mystery writings too!

We loved our stay at Pudding Creek cottage! The cottage was sparkling clean. The bed was perfect, very comfortable. There is a cute little table inside, but we enjoyed taking our meals and morning tea outside to sit on the chairs or at the picnic table where we could watch the deer and baby fawn grazing in the large field behind the main house. The hosts Peggy and Larry are amazing, accommodating, welcoming and interesting people to talk to. We will most definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. I take a Britta when we travel but did not need to use it. We had great tasting filtered water straight from the tap. Everything about the place was perfect.

This was a very nice property, I was there for two nights while I rode the rail bikes on the skunk train. With the exception of some Wi-Fi problems on the first day it was actually pretty nice. Very clean and well thought out.

It was a busy 4th of July weekend in town but we felt away from everyone and enjoyed our own space. The host even gave great recommendations for things to do since it was our first time in the area. Can't wait to come back!

This property is picturesque and incredibly charming. The owners' connection to the construction of this property was intriguing, and reassured me that they prioritized caring for this place. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, even when asking about information about town. I'd love to stay here again.

This place was a welcome respite from the stress and noise of city life. Close enough to Fort Bragg to be explore the town if you want to. Far enough away that you feel in a different state altogether if you want that.
We could hear the ocean at night and enjoyed the cool breeze during the day. I highly recommend this spot.

Came for a long weekend and really liked this spot! Plenty of room to hang out after a hike, cook a meal and relax. It was easy to get to the spot off of highway 1 and most of the good hikes were a 10-15 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the cabin - the history of the building, the memories, everything about it was awesome. Highly recommend it.

This was such a nice place - great for two people and probably OK for a couple with one or two kids. It would be cozier with kids. Nice TV with internet options and good WiFi. Really great kitchen - all the stuff you need to eat "at home". Nice Safeway in town (use the side street to get there) and everything you need to make whatever you want. We did not use the space outside, but there is nice outdoor space with a picnic table and grill. Very comfortable and quiet and we even got to see the resident deer family in the backyard.

Cozy Cottage on the Coast
We really enjoyed our stay! A noticeably quiet cottage just outside of town but close enough for convenience. A doe and twin fawns that roamed around in the yard throughout the day and evening was a surprise. Peggy and Larry live on the property, but the level of privacy was perfect. The cottage was well maintained, clean and comfortable! We easily launched our visits to explore Fort Bragg, Mendocino, and the Avenue of the Giants while staying at this location. Great hosts and a place we would come to stay again!

This rental has it all: clean, comfortable bed, picnic table, gas grill, loft flex space and a short drive to everything. We really enjoyed the picnic bench and gas grill. We picked up some locally caught fish, grilled them up, and dined al fresco. The loft flex space is great for watching the sunrise and stretching before or after hike/biking. And on top of it all, the hosts are wonderful and very helpful with local recommendations.

Cozy on the Coast
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very quiet and we enjoyed the privacy. The host, Peggy, is very nice and very helpful. We were in a pickle (a long Story)and she offered an early check in possibility. We didn’t need it after all, but it was sure nice of her to offer! The property is very cute, clean, and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare light meals. We felt very secure as well. I appreciated the ROKU Tv, as that is what I use at home. We will DEFINITELY stay here again if we visit Fort Bragg. Oh, and it was minutes away from the small downtown area. Thank you Peggy, for your hospitality!

This cottage was exactly what we were looking for and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The entire cottage and the grounds were spotless - right down to the pristine soft white linens that smelled fresh and lovely (i.e. not the sandpaper-y white towels and sheets that you can tell have been bleached thousands of times!) The hosts clearly follow all of the COVID protocols including leaving the cottage windows open between guests, double-washing dishes, and replacing kitchen sponges, etc. We have stayed in Ft Bragg many times and this location allowed us to take full advantage of Pudding Creek, the trestle, the stunning bluffs, and the beautiful beaches. Communication with the hosts and the check in process could not have been easier!

Cozy cottage
The cottage was a decent size for me. It was very clean and has a comfy bed. I decided to eat in town and not cook much but the kitchen has a good selection of equipment and cookware if needed. The owners are very friendly and I appreciated our communications. I hope to come back soon.

This cabin was convenient for all of the Ft Bragg attractions: Skunk Train, Glass Beach, etc. All amenities were provided. Space is a bit tight on the "main floor". There's not much space among the easy chairs and tables in front of the bed. We stored some of our luggage in the loft above the bed.
