Everything was good…The guy who replaced the grill was professional and really nice. The drive way can really use some work. We didn’t feel safe backing out of the garage. The road was narrow and inconvenient, but overall the home was beautiful.
10.0 / 10.0
This property was located close to Broadway and very convenient to many places to shop and eat. Many places to eat were in walking distance. The house was very clean and very accommodating for our 7 guests. Price was very reasonable as well. The property manager was fast with responses to any questions that we had. I would highly recommend this property for another stay.
6.0 / 10.0
The unit itself is large and spacious with extremely high ceilings and windows. This is a lovely feature but it also means lots of steps if you’re using the entire unit! It is a very nice place, however, it’s tired. Lamps not working, scuffed/dirty walls, mildew around tub, bathroom door doesn’t close properly, kitchen amenities lacking (i.e. no wine opener, few cooking utensils), kitchen cabinets and drawers neglected and cluttered. We didn’t have extra towels but host did respond and quickly brought more. We loved the private rooftop sitting area and used it every night! The laundry amenities were great as well (nice large washer and dryer).
The location was good. We rented a car so could get to downtown and other areas easily. The downfall is a construction site directly out the living room windows and it is what you see from the rooftop patio. The other side of the unit faces into the next building and garage! Unfortunate but not the worst thing.
All-in-all, I would recommend but with the caveat that the unit does need attention and refreshing.

Very enjoyable stay spending every night on the rooftop. All the amenities were provided. Modern, spacious and clean. Easy drive to downtown with several restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store. The parking is less than desired and not for the faint of heart. Very steep, short driveway to garage and our vehicles did have minor damage due to the steep incline. Would recommend Uber. There are 57 stairs from the garage to the third floor bedroom and rooftop. Yes, we counted! LOL Nancy was very prompt with responses. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We loved our home away from home! Nancy was a perfect host, from reaching out to us before our trip to replying immediately to our request to check in early when our drive was shorter than expected. The driveway to the garage was pretty steep, but we figured it out! There were lots of stairs, but after being off of our diets while there, we managed to keep any extra pounds away!
The house was beautiful. The main floor was bright and big and we enjoyed hanging there after a long day. The second floor had a beautiful master suite, and the other bedrooms were very nice. The third level with the balcony was spectacular. Sitting on the balcony, relaxing by the fireplace and enjoying some drinks, made for a perfect last night.
We would stay here again if we come back that way!

Perfect house for a group
We rented this house with a group of 8. Perfect size for everyone to be spaced out or all together. We had groceries delivered to the house but the house was stocked with all your basic items, toiletries, paper products, coffee/filters. About 12 min ride to Broadway. Food options in walking distance. Nancy was very responsive when I had questions. Definitely recommend this property.

Parking
The place was awesome. Clean, Bright and airy. About an 8 minute Uber ride to Broadway. Parking is sketchy. There is no parking on the road (which we knew). We parked 2 cars in garage and 1 on the super steep small driveway (had to park sideways because it was so steep). There is absolutely no room to back out into the alleyway because it’s a steep drop off. 2 SUVs and 1 mustang were literally on 3 wheels whenever we have to back out a leave. That is the only negative about the property. Other than that, we had everything we needed and tons of space for 4 couples.

Awesome getaway
We were sick of being stuck in own house during covid precautions and wanted a change of scenery so we decided to take a family trip just five hours away and rented this house. I am so glad we did. Nashville has lots of parks and outdoor things to do so we enjoyed ourselves and still had a nice house to hang out in also on rainy days and in evenings. This was our very first VRBO rental. The house was nice and roomy, everyone had their own individual spaces and plenty of space to gather together. The kitchen had all necessary dishes and cooking utensils. There was lots of closet space and extra blankets available in case anyone gets cold. The bathrooms were all nice. The washer and dryer was a nice option to not have to come home and immediately have laundry to do. The outdoor deck area was such a nice bonus space. It was a little chilly when we stayed and we sat by the fire outside each night just listening to the sounds. I loved it. Lots of dining options we could walk to and grocery was just a short drive. The driveway was a bit hard to maneuver to get to the garage. Very short and steep. It was hard not to bottom out our minivan, but we got better with practice lol. I would have felt better also if there was a guard rail above the drop off at the end of the driveway because I was worried we would go over. The house was clean. We did have ants on one of the night stands and floor of the master bedroom. I assume the people prior to us must have had food up there. I had brought Lysol wipes and cleaned off the nightstand and area around it and they never came back. There was some moldy coffee grounds in a used filter still in the coffee maker and the grill had disgusting food still on it, but those would be easy for a cleaning person to miss. We did clean the grill and use it one afternoon and having a grill available was a really nice option! A contractor stopped by while we were there because a previous tenant had reported a leaking window and they wanted to check it out because of all the rain that had come through, which I totally understand. I did wish the two men that showed up would have worn masks in the house, but they arrived with none and we didn’t have any on because we were just with our kids in the house at the kitchen table. A shade on the door window would be nice to make it more private. Those are just little bit picky things though and overall this house was really nice and I’d love to stay here again. I highly recommend it!

Very nice place!
This place was very roomy and nice. We love to stay here again. Property management communicated with us in adequate time with a few questions we had for as how to turn on fire places. The only thing I would suggest is to maybe get better Wi-Fi connection was really slow.

Great Location
House had a great location- very central to all things Nashville. The home was clean and the deck was fantastic. We had an issue with the oven not working, reached out to the owner and was told where the manual was---not helpful when the oven is broken. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint as it appears to be rented quite frequently. Otherwise the house was great!

Great location
We enjoyed our stay at this property! It we celebrated my husband‘s 40th birthday with a few friends and family. Everything was good and the place seemed clean. The only issue was that there were a few lightbulbs out in the hanging lights in the kitchen, and the rugs in the living room and under the dining room table had several stains on them that were pretty obvious. It was otherwise clean and spacious.

30th Birthday Celebration
We had a great time staying here. Place had ample space and was cozy enough for 4 couples to stay. Highly recommend if you having a group looking to stay in Nashville. Getting Ubers was really easy and rides into the city only took 5-10 mins.
We were hoping to see more sanitizing products and hand soap in all bathrooms and the kitchen. We felt the glassware and dishes weren’t as clean as they could have been and made to sure do loads of dishes in the dishwasher so the glassware/dishes were clean for the next person.
Overall we were satisfied with the place and would highly recommend!
