Our lovely house backs up to George C. McGough Nature Park. Splash Harbour Water Park, Indian Rocks Beach, and all amenities are within walking distance. There is plenty of space inside and outside for large groups. Enjoy the Mango Tree and several varieties of palm trees and other tropical plants.

Our home is in a quiet peaceful neighborhood offering complete privacy if desired, but access to amenities only minutes away. We follow recommended cleaning procedures and our home allows you to stay in, and avoid contact with others if you desire.

Indian Rocks Beach - 3/4 miles - it takes 2 minutes to drive there. Also an easy walk or bike ride.

My overall stay was amazing!!!The house is beautiful and very well stocked.We had more than enough room for my 11 family members. Close proximity to the beach. This house is very well maintained. The Tiki hut was the highlight of our stay!!

The house and location worked perfect for my extended family vacation. We had 12 people ranging in age from 13 to 63 and the house had plenty of room for everyone. The pool was used every day and the beaches were close and accessible.

If youre lucky enough to rent this home, you will really enjoy! Property is spectacular! Large, but still cozy.The pool and surroundings are beautiful. We spent alot of time there. The house is located very close to the beach. Short drive, walk, or bike. The host was amazing! Do yourself a favor and Book it!!

If you are looking for a family get away, this is it! I actually want to come back with a friend group as well! There is so much space and sleeping accommodations! We loved the amazing pool and oasis backyard! We spent so much time at the house itself but had many options just minutes away with the beach, shops and restaurants nearby. The owner is extremely responsive and very accommodating too! We definitely will return!

We three couples enjoyed staying here for a week. We had plenty of room to spread out and each had our own bathroom. We enjoyed sitting around the beautiful pool. Although we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked. Loved the coffee beans and grinder for fresh coffee every morning!!

We've stayed at a variety of places in Pinellas county over the last few years, and although many were good, this one was by far the best value. The home was well-equipped, clean, and instructions were excellent. When we got there in an unseasonably cold time and the heat wasn't on, a simple text to the owner had it fixed in minutes. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped. The only thing that wasn't perfect (besides the weather) was the stove top was not consistent and the settings on the controls had rubbed off, so there was a bit of guessing. Brought this up to the owner, who said he was going to work on it.

Beautiful, spacious, well equipped home in an idyllic location. House is within easy walk of Indian Rocks Beach and easy reach of Clearwater. Perfect location for a relaxing break. Randy was a helpful and communicative host. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was as expected, we celebrated my grandma's 70th birthday here and everyone had fun the whole week. The pool was definitely the favorite! Randy was very quick to answer questions and make sure everything was a good to go! Would definitely recommend the house.

We enjoyed the house and it suited our group very well. The pool was wonderful and it was used a lot by our group. The beach access was hard as some wanted to walk/bike and others wanted to drive. The closet access did not have parking so the walkers had to walk further. That is not a negative of the house at all. As my sister stated on her facebook post. "We had the time of our lives and had a great week"

We had a wonderful family stay at this home.. Everything was exactly as described, and we had everything we could have needed for our week-long stay. Our kids spent countless hours swimming in the beautiful pool, and we all loved the tiki hut in the backyard. Location was great, super close to the beach and many excellent restaurants. We would absolutely stay again.

We just returned from our stay at this property. We highly recommend this home. The location was perfect - 1/2 hr from Phillies Spring Training fields, 45 min from Tampa, and close to shops and restaurants. Great pool after a day of sightseeing. Our adult children and granddaughter loved the house upon arrival! Communications with owner went smoothly from start to finish. Hope we come back someday.

This property was more breathtaking than we could have imagined. Very clean and accommodating! We came to FL to celebrate a bride to be. Our group consisted of 6 woman. The three bathrooms and five spacious bedrooms were a gamechanger for when it came time for all of us to get ready. We spent most of our time lounging on the patio by the pool and hanging out under the tiki-hut while taking in all the beautiful scenery and wildlife. The location is very convenient with multiple beaches, plenty of restaurants to chose from, grocery stores and shopping plazas all within a few mins away. Thank you Randy for sharing your amazing property! We all had an amazing and memorable time!! Would have loved to stay longer, we were all very sad to leave but we will most definitely be back for another stay sometime soon!! Highly recommend this property!

We came together to celebrate my Triplets soon-to-be-30 birthdays and to spend quality time as family. Such a beautiful setting, with the back yard backing up to a nature preserve. The beach, restaurants and hiking trails are all within walking and biking distance. The Pinellas Bike Trail is only 3 miles away and an additional 9 miles gets you to Dunedin. You can even walk or bike through quiet neighborhood streets to a grocery store! The layout of the house is ideal for coming together but also for giving people space to spread out. The property/house was also very accessible for my adult son in a wheelchair.

We really enjoyed our stay. My daughter graduated from university of Tampa and her family and friends stayed at the house. Plenty of room for us all. Wish we would of have better weather but overall we had a really great time. The house is just beautiful and Randy the homeowner was always quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again. Close to beach, really good restaurants, grocery stores and everything you need was so close.

This house was exactly as listed and well appointed with everything you might need while on vacation. Our family celebrated Thanksgiving here and even cooked a full turkey dinner one day. The pool was amazing and served as a wonderful space to splash and play with the kids. The tiki hut was also a hit and was a great space to eat dinner with family or have a cocktail.

My family had a big vacation week together and were looking for the perfect place... We found it! The host was wonderful and accommodating, the house was awesome. It had all the amenities we could need and more. It's located so close to a great beach great shopping and awesome breweries, live music and restaurants. Has a great backyard, private pool and is right next to a beautiful reserve. Saw dolphins one morning out there! Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time at the Villa. It had everything we needed as an extended family of eight - 2 sets of parents and “children” aged 17, 18, 18 and 20. The Villa was as described, very clean throughout, with plenty of living space and bedrooms. The pool area was perfect, with plenty of shade, if required, bbq and well attended, by pool cleaner and gardener, on different days of the week. Location was also great - a short, flat 5 min bike ride, or 15 min walk, from the gorgeous Golf of Mexico, at Indian Rocks, with its quiet, white sand beach and warm, turquoise water. Randy, the owner could not have been more helpful - always available online if we had any queries. He also ensured the Villa was equipped with everything we needed - from bikes for the beach, to inflatables for the pool. We all had a great and memorable time and would highly recommend to any visiting families.

Our family of 10 (ages 19-71) stayed at this home in Largo for 9 nights in July 2022. It was a perfect experience and great vacation. Plenty of space and a great layout. The pool is awesome! Home is just minutes from everything, but located in a quiet neighborhood at the same time. Randy is very organized & helpful. We HIGHLY recommend this home and would LOVE to stay again.

Where to begin?! Pool, ah yes, the pool, a must have on any vacation and this one was perfect! A Place to do cannon balls, a place to sit, and a place to lay in the pool! A wonderful backyard oasis indeed! Plenty of space in the house with 3 bathrooms and countless beds! Perfect for a girls week, or for several families! Really there isn’t anything negative I can say, which is why I say just stop looking and book this house!!

This property was perfect for our family's stay. The location to Indian Rocks beach was only a 5 minute drive. Our 2 yr old grandson loved walking to the nature center to see the turtles. Also got to see them feed the owls, hawks and eagle. Very cool!! The pool was great. The shallow part was esp nice for the kiddo (and the dog). The house was clean spacious and well equipped. Randy was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. Would loved to have stayed another week!

Came down for a week to celebrate my best friend’s wedding. Location was perfect. Close to Publix and nature center is walking distance. Pool was AMAZING. We spent majority of our time in the backyard. Fun watching all the little lizards sunbathing. Plenty of room inside. Would definitely stay again. Randy very attentive and friendly.

This is a very nice, large home with plenty of space for a large family. The pictures don’t show just how spacious it is, we were pleasantly surprised! The nature park is just a walk down the road and well worth it. Indian rocks beach was only a 5 minute drive. Communication with the owner was excellent, we got a response within minutes and he made sure we had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay despite not the best of weather. The home was everything and more. Very spacious, clean and comfortable beds. So nice to be near the nature park and walkable to the beach. The bikes were an added bonus of which we took advantage. Randy was so attentive, responsive and accommodating. Hope to come back and stay soon!
