About this house rental

Come and enjoy this Lake Havasu getaway with lake view pool & spa (pet friendly). Amazing views of the lake and mountains with gorgeous sunsets from the backyard! We are a 10 minute drive to London Bridge and downtown. London Bridge Beach, Lake Havasu State Park, golf, casinos, nightlife, and the boardwalk along Bridgewater Channel are nearby, making any stay here one for the books! Fully stocked kitchen, newly furnished, spacious, updated decor, BBQ and tons of parking for cars/boats. Perfect for groups and extended families.

NO GARAGE ACCESS. Flat Driveway with plenty of room for your boat and 2 cars/trucks.

POOL & SPA: The pool cannot be heated, but you can use the spa as much as you want!

PROPANE FOR BBQ: A full propane tank for the BBQ is not included. If it’s empty and you want to use it just exchange the tank at the gas station for about $20. If it’s full you scored! 😁

Kitchen: Duel Carafe/Single Pod Coffee Maker, Water/Tea Kettle, Crockpot, Small Air Fryer, Small Food Processor, Blender, Mandoline Slicer, and everything you need to cook amazing meals!

The house is beautiful and the perfect size with a good backyard. The host communicated well with us also. We stayed with another family and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for our 4 adults and 4 children. We will definitely stay here again.

Love the floor plan with two bedrooms on one side of house and master bedroom on the other side of the house, general area in the middle. Was pleasantly surprised to have a pantry in the kitchen. The appliances used all worked great! My dog, Lexi and I felt at “home” and safe in the house and neighborhood. The house was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Dog parks, London Bridge, Topock Gorge, hikes, and a visit to Oatman. Such a nice relaxing month. Thank you!

Just finished up our summer week of boating in Lake Havasu. This was our second summer staying at this house. The owners are great to work with and the house/location is perfect. I now refuse to stay anywhere else if possible.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The beds were comfy, and the house is spacious and well outfitted, allowing us to gather and hang out all in the same space. The weather cooperated and we had a wonderful weekend.

Owners communication was excellent. House very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with cookware, small appliances, etc. Pool wasn’t heated like I hoped but maybe that’s normal. Hot tub was glorious!! Beds are VERY comfortable. We’d definitely rent this home again.

This home met all of our needs! Close access to trails and downtown. Pet Friendly! Pool and Hot tub were great with wonderful views of the lake and hills. The house is well stocked. We had an an amazing time and look forward to staying at this beautiful home again!

Loved our stay!

Both house and pool are amazing with views of the lake and desert mountains. We used the hot tub every morning and during warmer days, the pool - which is pristine. Boating on beautiful lake Havasu and riding ATV’s in the desert were sooo much fun. There are hiking trails that are accessible a few house up the street. We stayed a month and loved that it is a perfect location for side trips to Las Vegas and even visited friends in Palm Springs for a weekend. The hosts are delightful and responsive to any needs and questions you may have.

We have been vacationing in Havasu for 25+ years. Often the first visit we make after checking in, is to the store. Cleaning products, pots/pans, silverware, cookware, you name it. I don’t think my wife is over the top, but even I can see dust, crumbs, grime. The is the first home where we had to do NOTHING! It’s was such a great feeling to just crash and unwind. Quiet neighborhood, lots of TV to choose from and the pool/hot tub, perfect as well. The chemicals were spot on. I’ve had to fix many a pools chemicals on arrival, they did a great job here as well. They care about their home, and it shows. No second hand furniture, everything was new. Great to deal with and fast to answer. Thanks again for a great vacation and we will be back

We had an amazing time at the home in Lake Havasu. It was spacious, clean, and the neighborhood was very nice. We especially loved the open floor plan with the large kitchen where we could all gather, which overlooked the large living room, and sliders out to the gorgeous pool. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home with modern upgrades and decor. The sunsets are spectacular. Home, pool and yard were clean and well taken care of. The home had all the amenities you would need and then some. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Plenty of parking in the drive for 2 cars and boat. We would definitely rebook!! Two thumbs up.

Amazing spacious house, very well thought through and nicely decorated! Communication was very friendly. We brought our two xl dog crates so dogs wouldn’t be unsupervised during restaurant visits with all family members. Loved the outdoor with pool in just the right size and the view on the lake. Great location, close to beach, restaurants, shopping and joe‘s coffee in the morning… all within 3-10min drive. Great stay to get away from our Vegas life. Calm and relaxing! Wish we could have stayed longer! Will be back!

This house was everything they said it would be. Very comfortable open floor plan plenty of room for our family we had 4 young kids and 4 adults. Loved that they had the house cool before we arrived Especially on a hot summer day in Arizona.The pool and house was very clean. Loved the video on how to work the spa! Definitely will come back.

We had an amazing stay! Perfect fit for our family. Everything that we needed was provided. The check in process was very simple and the owners even allowed us to arrive early, which was much appreciated after our 17 hour drive. The home was beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed the lake and spending a lot of time by the pool. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy a nice relaxing stay in Lake Havasu City!

What a wonderful get away! We were so excited when we arrived at this comfortable, inviting home! Besides loving Lake Havasu for over 15 years, this trip has been one of our favorites. The hot tub and sunsets were amazing! We had family and friends visit and everyone made themselves at home. We had no idea the Desert Storm Boat Races were scheduled at this time and had the opportunity to observe this phenomenal event. We felt like teenagers again! LOL The time went too quickly and we look forward to returning again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

This is a beautiful house in a very nice neighborhood - fully equipped super clean, comfy, and lovely. We brought our boat and the marina is only a quick 15 minute drive. There’s a huge three car garage where we kept our boat trailer. The back patio is wonderful with a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. Nice big coffee cups - powerful blow dryer - ninja blender that does the job. So appreciate those items. Michelle & Jason are beyond accommodating and navigated our small issues with grace and humor. We stayed 2 months as snowbirds and loved every minute. Excellent hiking within walking distance in the desert and a few miles down the road at the slot canyon Sara’s Crack. Our stay was perfect!! Thank you Ingles clan.

We had a wonderful stay. Great communication with owners. House was very clean on arrival and well stocked with everything you would need from extra blankets, blender, coffee maker and plenty of towels. The view from the backyard is very nice. You will not regret staying here. Overall this was a excellent rental!

My wife and I just spent 9 days at this property, couldn't have been better. The house is just as advertised, fully stocked with everything we needed. The owners were super easy to communicate with (though we didn't really need to do at all once we arrived). We enjoyed the heated spa in the cool evenings, Jason's video on how to operate it is was easy and spot-on. Great quiet location, close to town, but not too close! Stargazing with the telescope also fun. Great house, and we expect to be back, hopefully soon.

Great Location

The house was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor space was amazing, sunset views on the lake a dining area with shade, no house backing up to the property and a fire pit. The owners were always super quick with responses and very friendly.
