It was perfect since we needed to get back and forth to Lucas oil multiple times. Such an easy walk! Looked just like the pictures and the host was so quick with communication.

Property had all things we needed, was close to all things downtown. Plenty of parking, but a bit tight if you drive a big truck. Managers were great and prompt about answering questions. Beds were so comfy!

Clean property, living room furniture is new but sofa is not comfortable, only seating for 3 in living room unless someone sits on ottoman, VERY steep second floor stairs

The accommodations were very nice, the location was great since wedding was held at the Biltwell. The street was hard to locate since the street sign was wrapped in a piece of cloth. The parking area was littered with bottles and some trash. The house was very nice with plenty of towels and washcloths only thing would be nice if kleenex was available, has to use toilet paper.

The house had everything we needed for our group trip and was updated nicely. Under 10 minute Uber ride to downtown. Would highly recommend for a group of 6-8.

We were a bit skittish about the neighborhood at first but everything turned out to be ok. The place is so convenient and close to everything! The house is spacious, clean and has very comfortable beds. Definitely will stay here again if we travel back to Indiana.

This home was great for our stay in Indianapolis. The location was good for getting to the convention center. The neighborhood didn't seem great but the neighbors where friendly. Although, it is an older home it has been fixed up. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

We were a group of six in town to watch our Eagles defeat the Colts. Communication with Krystyna was outstanding. She was very responsive with clear and accurate answers The home is as described, in a great location, and had plenty of room for six grown men Would highly recommend

Such an easy process and stay, all the way around! Easy booking, keyless check-in, great property and easy checkout! The property can easily sleep 6 adults, each with their own bed! Good location, about a mile from downtown bars and restaurants, less than $10 Uber ride! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for being a great host and renting a great property! Thank you again!!!

This home is older but nicely remodeled. For some guys attending Gencon, it was great. Could sleep up to 9 people but 6 comfortably. A/C worked great. Everything was nice and comfortable. Included towels, hand towels, paper towels, tp, hand soaps, trash bags. Funiture was space appropriate. Tv was nice. WIFI was great. Beds were fine. I would stay again.

This was a great place. Owner is friendly and a joy to communicate with. It is not a perfect property, but everything works, especially the A/C. We enjoyed the amenities available. Towels, laundry machines, tv, garbage disposal, dishwasher, sheets, bed coverings were great. The floor in the living room slopes, but foor an older home that has been remodeled, it is normal. I would rent again.

A great place to stay close to downtown. The neighborhood was really quiet during our stay, as we weren't disturbed at all. Some minor cleaning issues, and could use extra paper products for the bathrooms. The host was great with communication but was out of town during our stay to help with issues with supplies. Thankful for the parking spot in the back as the street parking was overcrowded with cars. Would stay again in the future.

This home was perfect for my group of 6 friends that came to town for a conference. It's beautifully updated and there was a bed for each of us. The owner was very helpful and communicative. I highly recommend this home!

The house nicely remodeled, you are a couple minutes from downtown Indianapolis. Parking was a little tight on the street but had 2 spots in the back of the house. Overall a great house to just relax.
