Lovely time in Kinsale!

The place was nice and big - plenty of space for the four of us. The location was excellent, too, just steps from town. We also really appreciated the host helping us find our way over the phone when we got a bit lost finding the place.

Beds could have been more comfy, but but not a big deal. Being able to do our laundry more than made up for it.

Home conditions were poor, however the host was quick to respond and help.

The location was good with easy access to the town centre. I would not recommend this property for anyone who struggles with mobility or aged, as the main access point is at the top of an extremely steep hill, which gets very sloppy when wet.

The shower facilities are poor. The shower is aged and comes out as a dribble. There was no hot water or instructions on how to put the hot water on. The property lacked home comforts, small touches could make it a much more attractive property.

Kinsale is a lovely town.

The location was great, the living area was very comfortable.

it appeared to be part way through renovations (the bedrooms still had a fresh paint smell). The kitchen in particular wasn’t very clean (the dishwasher was filthy and didn’t work properly).

Great place to stay. Sue was adorable.

The location of this property is fantastic. You walk out the door and you are at the old harbour front. You are a short walk from pubs cafes and restaurants. Westrport House is about a 5 minute walk and town centre about 25.

Highly recommend Bulmans bar out towards the fort. great view and food. Brave locals swimming

Big rooms. Nice outside area. Be prepared for hills! Responsive host.

Poor value for money, disappointing.

good location to town.

Rude hosts. Very poor level of cleanliness. Stained beds (!!) and carpets. Mould in corners of bedrooms with water running down the walls. Uncomfortable beds and dated decor. Mould in bathroom and on shower curtain, stains on walls of bathroom.

Fabulous location: a very short walk to a great market and Kinsale’s many restaurants, pubs and shops, yet located in a quiet residential area. The house is roomy, and there is a charming outdoor area. Plenty of towels.

The kitchen cabinets and drawers needed a good cleaning.

The location of the property is great, the house was warm and comfortable with spacious rooms to relax in.

Going on a budget does not mean having to life in dirt.

lack of cleanliness, dusty,windows,cupboards,... ground floor and furniture sticky. bad smell in bathroom. storage under staircase is messy and dirty, utensils are simply unusable, as you would not dare touching them( laundry basket,...) Carpet was dirty.

Great communication for directions. Beds were very comfortable. The house was spacious and comfy. Nice addition having netflix and prime video on the sitting room TV. Cleaning lady was lovely and helpful.

location, location, location!!!

we’ve been down year on year for the jazz festival and this was by far the best place we’ve stayed. close to town close to the Spaniard, cozy spacious with everything we needed. truly a home from home 🥰 Mad and co.
