We are so glad that we found your “Hidden Cabin” on VRBO. The welcome wine and chocolates were inviting and unexpected. It was the perfect place to unwind and recap in hot tub after all our daily adventures! The hummingbirds were an hourly enjoyment along with the visiting mule deer. We saw a white tailed squirrel which we don’t see at home in Arkansas. Thank you for letting us check in and enjoy your relaxing home.

The cabin was perfect, with solid logs in and out, no visible homes nearby, and beautiful forest views from the front and back porch. We shared the place with another couple and we were all very comfortable with the bedroom separation. During "TV time" we could have used another couch or chair, we ended up bringing in a swivel one from the back porch.
The location was perfect for long walks and a friend with flagstaffebiketours dot com, company brought bikes over and we went for a wonderful 10-mile ride on the forest road

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It’s surrounded by woods which makes for a very peaceful stay. It had a jacuzzi and the beds were comfortable. The description of getting to and into the cabin were very clear. The drive to south entrance of the Grand Canyon took us about an hour, but the location of the cabin was very beautiful. The house was very clean. Make sure to do some grocery shopping before you come here though as no grocery stores are nearby. We really recommend staying at this cabin!!

This is a beautiful, clean cabin that is in the high country of Parks, Az. The cabin is spacious with walks just out the door, beautiful views and don’t be surprised if you see an elk or two strolling by. Communicating with the owner was very easy and she was very accommodating when we let her know we would be adding some last minute guests. It’s the second time we’ve stayed at this cabin and know we’ll be back next summer for another retreat from the heat. I highly recommend it for anyone that enjoys peaceful, beautiful surroundings yet easily within a 30 minute drive of many attractions.

We absolutely LOVE this property. The photos, as many others have said, do NOT do it justice. The layout is great for families, it's a split layout, the king bedroom with walk in closet and bathroom on one side and the queen bedroom and twin bedroom on the other allowing for some privacy.
The two decks, front and back, are huge, we spent most of the time outside on the back deck playing games with daughter/grandkids, enjoying the jacuzzi, grilling and relaxing.
The grandkids pulled out the board games and Uno and entertained themselves for hours.
There was plenty of space for the 6 of us, the weather was great, the property had access to trails for off-road vehicles and only about an hour from the grand canyon. We are already planning to make this an annual family trip.
The only thing missing was mixing bowls as we were making a cake for a birthday and forgot to bring one, but we made due with a pot.
THANK YOU for having such a great property and letting others enjoy it.

This place was perfect for what we were looking for. Property is secluded and beautiful! We like to stay places off the beaten path with privacy and this had both. Cabin is nicely furnished with everything you would need. What a gem and we will be back hopefully for more than just a weekend.

Beautiful property hidden in the forest. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s perfect. My family and I had a great time together visiting the Grand Canyon. Thank you for having us. We will definitely be back.

It was everything advertised and more. We had ample time to explore the woods, go to the Grand Canyon and hang out in the hot tub. We had all the space to just unplug and be in the wilderness, soaking up the peaceful surroundings and we definitely plan on going back in the near future.

We absolutely loved staying here. The cabin is secluded and quiet but easy to get to, as the road is well maintained.
The cabin and furnishings are all cozy and very clean, we were so comfortable.
The hot tub was a nice touch and was the highlight for our older child.
The host was so kind and helpful and offered us lots of information on things to do nearby, and there is alot to do nearby!
We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at this property. It is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. We had so much space and so much privacy. It was everything that we had hoped for and more. There was significant snowfall just before we arrived and the host went out of her way to make sure that we could get in and even allowed us in early. We would love to stay here again and hope to in the near future. Thank you for the fantastic stay!

I enjoyed staying there, it has all the basics you'll need, really private and quiet. We didn't spend much time in the cabin since we had planned things to during the day but i honestly dont have a thing to complain about. Home owner gave us detailed info how to get there and some suggestions on things to do around the area and left us a bottle of wine to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again.

The place was exactly as listed. Host was very communicative and answered promptly with any questions we had and even offered to let us stay past check due to the snow storm.

This is a wonderful property in the middle of Elk country. No problems at all. Great experience!

Beautiful cabin and wilderness surrounding. The hot tub was awesome to sit back and enjoy the stars from the back deck.

We have stayed at quite a few VRBO’s and this is one of the better ones we have stayed at. The bed was very comfortable and the house was very clean. There was everything we needed. We especially loved how it is dog friendly and we were able to bring our fur babies. The location is beautiful and so secluded, we loved relaxing in the hot tub looking out at the forest. We are already planning our next trip there!

This cabin was absolutely immaculate and well maintained. All amenities are first class. Owner was very personable and helpful. Our only regret was that we had a short stay. Would highly recommend this to everyone.

Was a wonderful stay! Saw plenty of wildlife, the cabin was cozy and clean. Wonderfully located close to the Grand Canyon and nestled between two towns.

Gorgeous cabin, spotless. Host left a list of activities in the area so we did 2 hikes from that list. Can’t wait to stay here again.

This rustic cabin in the woods was perfect for us, for 2-couples, and a 15-mth old baby, puppy, and me grandpa. We visited several of the hostess's suggested sites. The amenities were just right. TV w/ several movie channels, Wi-Fi good, hot tub nice, beds comfortable, cozy homey feeling. We didn't have time, but there was also cornhole set, and a nice firepit with lots of wood. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much much for allowing us to stay at such a special place! The cabin is absolute perfection. The photos truly don't do it justice.
It's such a warm and inviting space, we truly felt right at home. It had everything we needed, and more. We couldn't get over the beautiful tall pines, the rain added to such an already-beautiful environment. We saw cows, deer and a coyote in the distance. Our toddler and golden retriever were in their absolute glory. Thank you again for letting us book last minute. We appreciate your kindness!

This place is immaculate. Everything has been thought of. We have been backpackers in our younger days and this place provides the serenity one gets at the end of a long hike. Veronica is the best manager/owner I have dealt with Jerry & Phyllis, Lake Havasu AZ

Rented this cabin for husband’s 60th birthday as he loves being in the woods. The cabin was great and even had a bottle of wine and chocolates upon entering. Went on a few hikes, saw a couple of deer and a whole herd of elks. Loved that it’s also dog friendly. Thank you for offering your wonderful cabin for others to enjoy!

Pictures dont do the cabin justice. Clean, well stocked, and nicely furnished. Very quiet. Secluded enough that you barely noticed neighbors. Lots of board games, yard games etc. Great home away from home. Large enough lot that our dogs could be off leash without worry. Far enough from the road that even when there were peope driving by, you were undisturbed. Master bed was comfortable. Guest beds were used by teenagers so I cant speak to that. Recommend that you bring bug spray or citronella candles. Jacuzzi was great! Great long weekend away from home. Will definately be back and recommend to friends and family.

The house and property are beautiful and very private. We really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and star gazing. The wildlife was also amazing; deer, humming birds, lizards, and elk.

This property is off the beaten track, it is quiet and beautiful! there are a few things that need basic maintaining but overall it was a fantastic stay for a very affordable price! Our only complaint is that there was a controlled burning going on so our entire stay so we did have some anxiety with the situation as we were unsure if there was danger or we would have to evacuate. So biggest bummer was we were unable to enjoy the area or hot tub, and the back and front porches as it was just too smoky to endure. We'd love to come back to enjoy and venture more. Thank you!

Just probably need to let people know that there might be a controlled burn and smoke at night on porch. 5 miles of dirt road. This may affect some people with asthma or elderly.

Great property in the woods of Northern Arizona. A really beautiful and roomy cabin. The bed in the master was really comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The desk was a nice touch considering I needed to get some work done. I can't say enough nice things to do this place justice. Veronica was a very welcoming host, even leaving a bottle of wine and some chocolates and letting us check in early on the way to the canyon. Highly recommended! You'll love this getaway!

What a wonderful cabin and location. My husband and I wanted a peaceful retreat and boy did we get it. Our favorite thing about this location was the fact that it backed up to the Kaibab national forest. We just walked out the back door and could hike for hours and not see a single other person. We did see deer, pronghorn and elk though. Our dogs loved being able to run off leash and explore.
We also really enjoyed the hot tub to help our achy muscles after hiking all day. It was also great that there were board games and puzzles to play in the evening.
I only wish that we could have stayed longer. It is my dream to own a cabin in the woods. Since it is not possible at this time, this was a great substitute. We can’t wait to go back!!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. We booked it as a base camp for our Grand Canyon visit, and were very happy with the cleanliness, communication, and amenities. It was just perfect for our family of five. Thank you!

Where do I start? If you are looking for something off the beaten path, this is the place. And it was perfect. We wanted a secluded getaway and secluded it was. Upon our arrival we were surprised that the cabin looks even better in person than online. It was perfect for our family of 6. The cabin had EVERYTHING we needed and then some. We got lucky because our kids live snow and boy did we get it. My boys had the best time playing in the snow. This cabin was perfectly located in relationship to the big Arizona attractions. The Grand Canyon was less than 2 hours away. Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend just over 2 hours away. And then there’s so much to do in and around Flagstaff. This cabin was perfectly located for us and what we had planned. And then there was the owner. Veronica was BEYOND helpful. We had questions throughout our stay and she responded promptly every time. Veronica gave us a few suggestions of things to do in the area and she nailed it. We had a blast with her suggestions. Walnut Canyon was awesome and quite the little hike. I will 100% rent from Veronica again. The only difference is next time I will actually invite her over for dinner. I honestly feel as though a friendship was formed with Veronica. She was an absolutely fantastic host. Thank you for everything, Veronica.
