The house was very well appointed and extremely clean. It is reasonably close to area attractions, and the neighborhood is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely book here again in the future. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit parks and the area, but be away from the craziness of WDW. The game room was a nice touch that the kids really liked.

Super easy from check-in to check-out. The house has everything you and your kids need. A pool, game room, large kitchen table, TVs galore (although we didn’t have time to watch TV :-)). The house is clean and well decorated. I would absolutely rent

We really enjoyed our stay! My entire family is still ranting about it and how much they enjoyed it. We are all ready to go back. This house was perfect and clean. We loved that it was right by all the stores and food places.

Overall, a very nice stay.
PROS:
* Very very clean
* Spacious home, big dining room
* TVs in every room, in the game room, living room, and on the patio.
* Plenty of bath towels (they were kept downstairs) Beach towels provided.
* Neighborhood was great with a big pool, water, play area, game room, and café
* Home was about five minutes from Walmart and Starbucks and a small shopping center. Not very far from SeaWorld depending on the traffic. 30 min one day, 1.5hours another day….
CONS
* Limited entrances in and out of community. Waited about 45 minutes to get in one day.
* Air conditioning is preset to I 74 or 75 and is much colder on one side of the house than the other. Also, there is a lock and you cannot make the house colder than 70° (and it took hours to get that cold, not sure front rooms went under 73)
* The game was clean, but smelled of sneakers 🙄
* Downstairs bedroom was the only bathroom with a mat
* Very limited cleaning supplies. The smallest bottle of dish soap ever. One Broom, dustpan, a vacuum. A trial size packet of laundry detergent. Hand soap was little bar soaps.
* Trash was annoying. Small receptacle in the front of the house barely fit two bags. You could not leave any food in the house, not even sealed, and had to take two trash compactor.
* Pool light and dryer had some issues that were not fixed during this day. Manager responded, but not quickly.
* No grill, no toaster oven, limited silverware & utensils, needs better baby gates for stairs

The house did not disappoint. Was exactly as advertised. Close proximity to everything. Clean property. Very nice decorative home. Table was fantastic for big family meals. Will stay there again. Excellent property.

We recently rented this spacious home for our family vacation, and it exceeded our expectations! With 10 people in our group, including two adult children and their spouses, two teenagers, and a grandchild, we needed plenty of space. This property delivered!
Here’s what we loved:
Amenities: The playpen and high chair were a lifesaver for our little one. The three king-size beds ensured everyone slept comfortably, and the four full bathrooms were an absolute necessity.
Entertainment: The game room kept everyone entertained, especially during downtime. It was a hit with both kids and adults!
Outdoor Fun: The pool and hot tub were fantastic, even for night swimming. Florida evenings never felt better. The community pool & slash park we’re a greater hit for our one year old granddaughter too. :0)
The amusement parks were a short drive (30 minutes to universal studios, and Disney)
We also arranged a photographer to take family photos and meet at a nearby park called Celebration Lakeside Park. I would highly recommend doing this during your next trip. The park and little town are a must see. It’s a short 15 minute drive.
Overall, our family had an unforgettable time here. We highly recommend this home for your next vacation! 🌴🏡🌟

This house matched the description to a T, it looks just as good in person. We went with 3 couples and 5 kids in total, and the layout worked out great. It was very clean and the management company was great to work with. Some things to consider: the house is in a busy community that offers rentals and at 4pm the gate is VERY busy, we had to wait around 15 minutes at the gate to get the parking pass. If you have more than 2 cars, the overflow parking is very far away, NOT walking distance, keep that in mind. We wished the beds were a little more comfortable, but the fans in each room were a blessing in the FL heat.

Our trip consisted of 8 adults and 5 children (10 and under), and this property was absolutely perfect for our large group! There was plenty of room to spread out for sleeping as well as during the day, with the game room area and plenty of patio space by the pool. The game area was perfect for the early risers, as the sound was contained to that area. The proximity to the parks was 100% ideal. We were able to stop back for lunch and a swim to cool off during the day, and return to the parks for all the nighttime events. The neighborhood community was beautiful, and had so much to offer. We wish our stay had been longer to take advantage of it all. We highly recommend this property!

This home is beautiful! It was clean, spacious, and beyond our expectations. Keith was so easy to contact and answered my questions almost immediately. We had a Wi-Fi issue on a Saturday night and someone was at our door first thing Sunday morning. Highly recommend this property!

This house was amazing and so clean! There was so much space. We had no issues upon arrival! The kids and adults had so much fun! We were down in Florida at Dance worlds for my daughters senior year and the location was perfect! We have turned this into a family tradition staying in Windsor Hills and this property is my favorite! We will definitely be back!!

This house met / exceeded our expectations.
It was clean and the pictures were accurate. All bedrooms were a good size that allowed us to have eight people throughout the stay. For the location, it was nice to be able to walk to the playground and larger community pool. It was also just 10 minutes from Disney parks (depending on traffic which can be heavy nearby).

We were in town for dance nationals at ESPN with 10 dancers, 2 coaches and a chaperone. This home fit all of our needs perfectly! The kitchen was stocked better than any home I have rented previously. Every room had comfy beds and there were enough beds for our entire party. The home is close to Disney property and there is a Walmart right down the street. Check in was seamless and the property manager answered all of my questions within minutes. We will definitely be staying again!

We loved the house. My favorite part was being able to watch TV while sitting in the hot tub. Additionally, the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were perfect for grandparents. There were a few minor issues, but the manager got back to us very quickly and everything was handled.

This house is located close to the Disney Parks. We had no issues getting to any of the parks. The biggest issue was the one traffic light by the Walmart that takes longer than one would expect. Otherwise smooth sailing. The house was clean and accommodated all of us. Beautifully decorated and the kids loved the game room and pool. No issues except the dryer took longer than expected to dry clothes. The only wish would be for more seating in the living room. It was very limited but there is a large dining room table that could seat most of us. All around great stay and would stay there again. Communication with property manager was excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald One. The house was very nice, well stocked, and when we had a maintenance issue (just a light bulb that was flickering), it was taken care of promptly. I would say the only negative during our stay was the parking situation since you can only park 2 cars at the actual house, and only 3 cars are allowed total. We had 4 separate families that needed to attend the dance competition/classes at different times so it got a little complicated shuffling cars. However, we understood this is the neighborhood/HOA policy, not that of the property owners and we knew of this policy when we chose the house, so it should not reflect poorly in this specific property. It’s just something to think about when deciding on a neighborhood. Again, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Beautiful home. Three couples and three children enjoyed this amazing property for a week. The pool and game room was a huge hit for the kiddos. Amenities and location was a huge hit for the adults. The only thing I would change would be the sofa/seating in the living area. Maybe a sectional with a back would be more comfortable. Otherwise would definitely stay here again.

Great house! Decorated so cute and had everything we needed! Location was right by a Walmart, Starbucks and hwy 4. Getting to Disney property was very fast and no traffic even on a holiday week! Neighborhood was very safe! 3 cars allowed but one of the three has to park near pool. House pool was big enough for our group of 13. Neighborhood pool and slides were so fun! Bring extra blankets as there were none that we saw. Downstairs bedroom was a little warm. Bring extra utensils because there wasn’t many. I highly recommend this house!

We loved our stay! We visited for a graduation celebration weekend with extended family. Our group ranged in ages from 2-80 and it was perfect for the whole family. Everyone had their own space, the amenities were great for the kids and adults. We also spent a day at Disney and it was super close and easy to access the parks. Will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

We stayed at this property in April 23. Beforehand we had lots of communication with Keith who answered all our questions promptly. Check in was easy as per instructions. The house is lovely, bedrooms are very comfortable with large mattresses. Kitchen had everything we needed. Coming from the UK we struggled to work out the oven but got there eventually. The location to Disney parks is amazing which meant we could go early before the crowds came. Then go back to the house for a rest and then hit the parks again in the evening.. You can even see the fireworks from the pool in the evening. During our stay we had a storm which caused some damage and knocked out the hot water. We informed the management company and all was repaired the same day.
Overall we really enjoyed the house and would recommend people staying here as the comfort and location is fantastic.

We had thirteen family and friends visit Disney.
This house was in the perfect location being only 15 minutes away. We enjoyed the pool which provided a safety fence for the toddlers. We took a rest day from the theme parks and enjoyed the on-site water park.. we enjoyed the water park more than the theme parks. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed even baby gates and high chairs for the toddlers. We highly recommend this home for your vacation stay. Thank you

Enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills. Loved resort pool and water park. Property is very close to Disney parks and everything else you may need is closeby (walmart, grocery, restaurants). Definitely spend some time on International Drive and Gatorland. Both fun days when u need a break from the parks. House was very large and as depicted in photos. We enjoyed our stay!
