*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 6 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 3 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

You will fee right at home in this cozy 3 bedroom condo in Lake Village. The condo is very close to down town where most of the restaurants and shopping are located. You are also very close to the beaches on the Nevada side of the Lake, like Nevada Beach, Round Hill Pines and Zephyr Cove.

Every amenity in the home is brand-new as of July 2020... beds, linens, furniture, all kitchen items like plates, cups, knives, etc. The kitchen appliances are top of the line stainless steal Wolf appliances. The home is very well decorated and you will feel right at home!!

You will have access to the clubhouse where the pool, hot tub, tennis courts and more are located. Our company does not own or operate any of the amenities or anything to do with the Clubhouse; closures, out of order, or anything of the sort are out of our control.

The kitchen, dining area, living room, deck with BBQ and a half bathroom are located on the top, 3rd floor, of the condo. On the second floor is the bedroom 1, the master with a king bed and a private full bathroom. There is also bedroom 2 with a queen and bedroom 3 with a bunk of a twin on top and full on bottom. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway. The loft in the pictures above the kitchen is off limits.

The ground floor, 1st floor, of the condo is the garage. You can access the house through the garage.

Parking is very limited, you will only fit one car in the driveway and 2 cars in the garage. Do not block any part of the neighbors side of the driveway. There is no street parking as there is no room at all and it is against the HOA and county rules.

This was a perfect place for 5 of us, three adults, one child and a toddler. The house is well-stocked, the location is great and it was really nice to have access to the clubhouse and pool for swimming before and after the beach. The house was immaculate and very comfortable, with televisions in every bedroom. Would absolutely stay there again.

The condo was great once you find it. There was one map of the property at the clubhouse when we checked in and the condo is not on the map. Luckily the employee at the clubhouse remembered the same predicament from another renter and helped us. The condo is also located right off a one way street that makes you loop all the way up and around. Parking directions would be helpful in the check in instructions.

We were 4 adults and a child, The home was quite spacious for our party of 4 adults and a child. We had just one car so we always parked inside the garage. (couldn't find a clubhouse to get a parking permit since we arrived after dark). The living room and kitchen level had enough place to host bigger groups and the 2.5 bathroom makes it a feasible space to host them all. The loft was an addition I would like it if was made inaccessible. Children want to go up there, but it is not safe (the wooden bar has been displaced and is prone for accidents, the roof has not been padded, easy o get a headbump - got a bad one). The ladder up is flushed into the wall, it is not very comfortable for adults to go up/down and it is slippery wood. Didnt get a chance to use other club house facilities. Loved that it was just off the road and close to stateline/heavely.

Club facility is great. Love the jacuzzi but it can be crowded in the evening.

My bf and I worked from here for a few days to ski and get away from the Bay Area. The WiFi is fast and it’s in a great location: about 15 mins to the California or Nevada side of heavenly. Kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything you need (except a spatula). Hot tub is in the clubhouse, and we got a pass when we stopped by the front desk at the clubhouse. The king bed is super comfortable. There are 2 parking spots in the garage and 1 in the driveway. We found ourselves talking about re-booking the place with some friends in the future.

Had a great time staying at this beautifully appointed house with family. Perfect location as well, we were able to get to Heavenly and Zephyr Cove within a very short drive. Close to Safeway too. Will definitely visit again!

The place was great, clean, and perfect location. I would reco a couple of small changes. A lock on the door from the house to the garage. Piece of mind with 4 kiddos! :) And some type of floor change or tape on the two stairs into the primary suite. I had on socks and missed a stair, not a horrible fall but could have been bad for someone older. Thanks!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a great location and very nice. It was helpful to have access to the garage having our mountain bikes on the trip. We did reach out to the property management company on 3 occasions without any response. The fireplace didn't work and the batteries in the remotes were also dead. Loved the condo disappointed with the property management team.

Wonderful property. Perfect location for exploring North and South shores of Tahoe. The condo is extremely clean and comfortable. If you like to cook, as we do, the kitchen is a dream and there is a nice grill out on the deck as well. Beds were very comfortable. Nice water pressure in showers. Having a private garage was a treat compared to some other places we have stayed. Plenty of space to lounge and be cozy. Pool area was not crowded and neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. Property management was very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

This condo looks like the inside of a high end custom home. It has a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, beautiful master bedroom and bath. I couldn’t be more pleased and would highly recommend it for a family vacation.

We loved this house! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals easily. The fixtures / appliances were in great shape. The furniture was comfy. The location was amazing - close to great beaches and restaurants / grocery shopping. THERE WAS AC!!! There is a loft area with kids toys. This was a very comfortable house to stay in and we would definitely come back. One thing to note - the hot tub at the club house is only for kids 5 and over. Our 3 year old was a little disappointed. However, we spent so much time at the beach that this wasn't really an issue.

The house is accurate to the pictures and the description! The beds and pillows are remarkably comfortable, and the bidet toilet was a nice perk! The air conditioner worked really well during an unusually warm week in the mountains. The location is relatively very central to lots of various activities and places. We enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat!

We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The kitchen was stocked and had wonderful appliances. Very handy to have a great washer and dryer for the week stay. They provided plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and other items. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and comfortable home to stay in during our week in beautiful South Lake Tahoe. Will definitely rent again if we are in the area.

We had a great week in this home. It was in a quiet area with a great walking path just behind it. 1 mile from a grocery store. We had 2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents. The deck was a great place to relax. Kids loved the loft and large TV as well as some of the games. Having a garage was a rare treat. Highly recommend this area, and we would stay here again if we are ever back in the Tahoe area.

The condo was clean and the rooms and space were exactly what the listing photos suggested. The location was great for skiing at Heavenly and Stagecoach. Unfortunately, many of the lights in the lamps throughout the house were out and needed replacing, and the washing machine was broken and we did not hear about it until we tried to do some laundry. The trips to the laundromat put a damper on our vacation (skiing) time, and although the owners offered some $ remuneration, it's a shame that we and the management company didn't let us know this before we booked it.

Enjoyed spending Thanksgiving here and having all cookware as well as serving platters to have a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner. Location was great for us too as we found nearby hiking and sledding spots to burn off all the calories! House had plenty of room for 6 adults to spread out. Check-in and check-out seem a bit late/early compared to other places we’ve stayed and I would prefer not to have to download an app just for a couple nights at a rental spot. We were able to check in earlier thankfully so communication was good there. Overall great place and would recommend!

we did not have the address so this took some extra time. the dimming light added stress to my elderly parents, however we got past that and it was clean the beds comfortable. 6 in our party and there was plenty of room.

Such a good time here. Amenities were perfect for a family of 4 and could have added two more adults and been quite comfortable. Loved the location to Edgewood golf course and many of the beaches around Lake Tahoe
