About this resort

This Condo was recently updated with remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Furnishings are new, clean and pet allergy free. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking while on your stay as well as a an outdoor BBQ on the patio.
The Condo is on the 3rd floor at the end, so there is little traffic going by the space. The view from the patio and dining area shows the resort grounds and the Green Valley Hills in the background.

This unit allows an occupancy of 6 people with two bedrooms (King bed in one and Queen bed in the other, and a sleeper sofa) and 2 bath rooms.
The back deck is furnished with patio furniture and a barbecue grill.
There are TV's in each bedroom and the living room with a DVD in the master bedroom.
An elevator is on the property and can be accessed by obtaining an elevator key on the hook in the entry way closet.
The nest heating and air system, has a set range that you can move the temperature between that has a lock out code. You can move between the temperature ranges by spinning the dial. Pushing the screen or entering a code will just lock down the system.
There is a Ring doorbell at the front door so if you are having issues with the lock after a few attempts then either call Amanda or simply push the doorbell. It is only recording when there is motion at the door.

Included as part of the complex are 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, 3 playgrounds, 2 workout rooms. The Hub Clubhouse also has the clubhouse lounge and shop, splash pad with mega toys, Giant Double Waterslide, 4 pools (including a kiddy pool, waterslide pool, indoor and outdoor lap pools), 2 indoor hot tubs, full gym, 2 Pickle-ball courts, Basketball Court, Volleyball Court, Shuffle-ball court, Playground, Lawn Chess area, Ping Pong table, Picnic Area. Balls and equipment needed for these areas are available for check out as well.

The condo was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The beds were not made, bathrooms not cleaned and kitchen not cleaned. We arrived at 7pm and were totally inconvenienced and had to try to make other arrangements.

Shorthand of why we are giving such a low rating. Arrived to crumbs and ants on the floor and 2 inches of dust on furniture. We swept, dusted and called host. Although we messaged twice and called twice, no contact. We went to dinner while waiting for response. Came back, noticed open chip bag, 4 used water bottles, a bra and dust galore under the bed, 2 broken doors, hair all over bathroom floor, kitchen faucet broken, mirrors dirty, empty shampoo/conditioner, no paper towel in kitchen, crumbs under table and in front of fireplace, inside of fridge dirty, grime on fireplace front and tons of ants in bedroom and bathroom. Called vrbo, they called host. Took and sent pics. Told us cleaning crew was on the way. We had to leave for a play. Returned. Nothing done. Called host. One ring then vm (declined our call then said we hung up on them) Finally the owners called and by now its 11:30 p.m. and we have nowhere else to go so the owners did agree to come clean again. They were there til 1:30 a.m. Still ants in bedroom and bathroom. Put gooey stuff on ants which brought them in worse. Offered refund if we left but had nowhere to go at 2 am so we stayed that first night. Had to lay down blankets and towels to get through the night of no sleep. Next day noticed crumbs on deck floor and table also. Wanted to leave cuz ants were worse and the property just wasn't clean. They would NOT refund our money so we financially had to stay. Gave us $85 cleaning fee back.

The condo was beautiful and clean. The instructions were very clear. The pools were amazing! Our host made sure to leave out snacks and made us feel right at home with everything we could need. We would definitely stay here again.

We were just here 2 nights. Condo is very nice and comfortable. Has everything you need. Went to the main pool. Super hot down here now. You have to take the pass to get into any of the pools. There weren’t a lot of chairs at the main pool. Most were broken. Boxes of new ones were stacked next to the pool but just weren’t useable yet so while our experience there wasn’t great, I’m sure it will be for the next guests. I would definitely stay here again

Seemed like it wasn’t as clean as usual. There was still food in the refrigerator from, I’m assuming, the previous guests and the coffee pot still had used grounds and coffee in the bottom of the pot. Other than that it was nice!

Came down for a dance competition and decided to make this a fun little vacation. We loved all the amenities it had to offer. It was very family friendly with a lot of activities to do. The main pool closed earlier than advertised which was a bummer because that closed the pickle ball and basketball courts. The smaller pools were opened a lot later which helped. We can’t wait to go back again.

We arrived at our unit just before midnight and upon our arrival we found a dirty unit. As a courtesy we remove our shoes when we enter homes, but immediately found we needed to put our shoes back on as we were walking thru dirt and crumbs in the family room thru the kitchen and down the hallways. There was visible crumbs on night stands and hairs on pillow cases and bedding. In the master bathroom there was finger/toe nail clippings visibly on all over the floor along with hair, dirt, and who knows what else! In the natural light next morning you could see dust caked on furniture, lights. There was hair in drains and bathtubs. The kitchen table had hair strands along it with crumbs galore and we had to clean off table and chairs in order to feel comfortable eating off of due to noticeable filthiness. The countertops had crumbs and smears of food on them along with the fridge handle when you'd open it had grim all over it. In living room there were ants crawling on the rug, around the rug and even on the coffee table. We did a simple sweeping and had over 15 large piles throughout the unit. When I reached out to the property manager she said she'd have the cleaners come. Property manager came and was rude and said they only were required to clean it every 3 mo per Vrbo. She lightly wiped things off when I showed her everything and dumped what we'd swept into garbage. DID NOT clean it. Would like a refund of cleaning fee. Do not recommend.

The condo unit is excellent - very good floor plan, semi-view of the mountains, large patio deck, top floor corner unit, and spacious rooms! Whatever you see in the pictures for the this unit - it’s even better in person! Very good value. Highly recommend this condo

This was such a cute little condo very modern and the artwork was fantastic in every room. We came down to Tucson to Golf and play Pickleball and you are just three blocks away from the Pickleball courts! Also, it was easy to get on the bike trails. Definitely would stay here again.

It was nice it was clean and we got to meet the property owners. The light in the bedroom along with the fans did not turn off so we had to turn off the breaker to that room. However the property owners let us know beforehand that that was not working right and it was not a problem for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

I fell and broke my hip 3 weeks into our stay. After surgery I spent 3 weeks in rehabilitation. My husband stayed during this time and we left about 2 weeks early. They didn’t have to but the owners refunded the time we weren’t there. Bad experience but the place and owners were great.

This condo is beautifully upgraded! It's on the third floor and has a nice patio. Clean and well-stocked. Owners were very hospitable and left us a basket of snacks and a hand-written note to welcome our family. We will try to stay here again!

I can't say enough good things about this property! Such a beautiful view and the place was nicely decorated. Everything we needed was there, you can tell there was a lot of thought put into renting out this property. I recommend this place to anyone staying in the St. George area!

Quiet location that is centrally locatated in the resort. Shower and soaking tub were wonderful after a full day of hiking. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. Would love to come again!
