If you want entertainment, look no further! Come and relax in Paintbrush Retreat’s theater room and private hot tub! A pool table, shuffleboard, and wet bar make this luxury home a blast to stay at! Two private outdoor patios with a gas grill, furniture, and fire tables make star-gazing and barbecuing a must! This home is located just steps from the community pools, hot tub, waterpark, and lazy river!

Paradise Village is a wonderful, family-friendly option for any vacationer who wants to hang out with the family and have fun! Our amenities include a Kid’s Cove water park and lazy river, as well as another two-tiered heated pool with a water slide between them. There are additionally two, large community hot tubs, walking/biking trails nearby, RV and boat parking and we are right next door to Archie Gubler Park, that includes pickleball, basketball, baseball, sand volleyball, and a splash pad!

Love all the room in this house. Plenty of bedrooms to make sure everyone has a quiet place to sleep. We enjoyed the close by amenities - sand volleyball, pickleball, two pools and even a Harmon’s close by. This property is close to the pickleball courts - the games begin at sunrise. This is our third stay at Paradise Village and this is our favorite home.

We enjoyed our stay at Paintbrush 65. The place was perfect for us. We had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were very nice and we enjoyed the pool table and movie theater and the pickle ball courts that were right behind the property (that was an added bonus)

We had so much fun! The pools were great to entertain all. It is a great location, clean, big enough for our whole family and very well equipped with what you need. The kids didn't want to leave and are asking when we can go back!

We had a big group and we’re excited we could all stay in the same place. There was something for everyone. It was nice to be in walking distance of the lazy river/pool splash pad. The house is so open that be aware the noise echos so if you have family that is hard of hearing they might have a hard time. Plenty of outdoor space too. We are already planning when to go back.

This house hit all the needs! Double dishwashers, ovens and washer/driers made keeping up with 20 people so much easier. There was something for everyone between the hot tub, pool table, shuffle board and theatre. The bonus pickle ball courts out back were the star of the show and Snow Canyon being so close made for some great exploring days. The few hiccups we had were handled promptly by management. We would definitely repeat this visit in the future.

This home is beautiful, roomy, and accommodating. The rental process from start to finish was great. It is located right next to the tennis courts (just feet off the back of the home), so the rooms near the back heard people playing in the early mornings. Other than that, I would recommend this property!

This property was perfect for our family reunion. Everyone LOVED it from the littles to the seniors. The proximity to Snow Canyon, Tuacahn, and the community pool added to the fun. Very spacious and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing trip with family. We had 9 adults and 9 kids between 1 & 11 and we all fit very comfortably. So much room for the kids to run and plenty of cups/dishes/towels & such for us all. Close to both pool areas and the pickelball courts.

This property was perfect for our large family! We loved that there were so many places to be within the home to spread out and large enough gathering places for us to all be together. It was great to be close to pools and pickle ball courts and a big park for baseball and basketball games! The amenities and extras were plentiful! All that we wanted was right there! We were able to bike ride to Tuacahn in Snow Canyon, take some great close by hikes, and relax in the hot tub afterwards. The property was clean and well managed with no unwanted surprises!

We were excited to stay at this property and it did not disappoint. In fact, it exceeded our expectations. It is one of the best vacation rentals we have utilized. Small touches like the welcome bag to greet you and clearly laid out house manuals, to the home being completely stocked with everything you would need was everything. The home is beautifully designed and decorated. It is very warm and inviting with plenty of space for everyone to have their own room and bathroom. The outdoor areas are beautiful and the upstairs balcony has an amazing view of the beautiful red mountains. Red Rock Vacation Rentals is very communicative (in a good way) and their team well was very responsive when we called. Every single person in our group loved this property and we absolutely would and will book again.

There was never a time when we said "we wish we would have brought xx" because it was there. The owners have thought through the stay and made everything as convenient as possible. Plenty of space. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Plenty of towels. One of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. I appreciate the communication. Our family and friends had a fantastic time. The community pool was still warm enough for the kids to play in, the on-site hot tub was fantastic. Thanks for letting us stay.

We rented out this house for a family reunion and it was the best place we have stayed yet! There was a 4 car garage which was great with the summer heat. It had a large kitchen and lots of living space for everyone. I think everyone really loved that each bedroom had an attached bathroom so we all had lots of privacy. I’d give it a 10 out or 10!

We loved staying at this house for our family reunion. All the space, bedrooms, and bathrooms made it very comfortable for everyone. We also loved the gaming tables, theatre room and all the amenities. A few appliances weren’t working so well in the beginning, but they took care of it right away and were so great to work with to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Huge kitchen great for making full meals served on a dining room table that can accommodate 12 adults. Lots of king beds and bathrooms. Theatre room is awesome. Extra fridge in the garage is a definite plus. Hot tub area with fire pit was very cool. Great place, really enjoyed our stay
