This is our second time to stay at this Great House. The house has had some renovations since we stayed the first time, making it even better. The pool is an added extra that our group really enjoyed. The slides that they added were awesome. The fishing pier was also used by our group. Great kitchen with loads of spices. The only downside is that if you are not able to climb stairs this is not the place for you. Our 92 year old father had a hard time with the stairs. But other than that this house is definitely a five star. We had a great time here.

This home has everything you need to enjoy water activities with the pool and a great location on Lake Marble Falls. The multi level dock was a plus to hang out by the water. The grandkids loved the slide. There is a rope swing in the picture but was not available for us to use. The older grandkids were disappointed with this. The house is equivalent to four stories so good knees are needed to traverse them. It is supplied with lots of extras and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has good pots and skillets to cook your own meals or you can go into the Marble Falls square where there are many restaurants to choose from. The professional Horseshoe Bay Living Guest Relations are available for any needs or problems that may arise.

Had wonderful time on the lake and the house was terrific. Easy check in and check out. Questions answered promptly. Only disappointment was with three bedrooms on third floor there was only the master bathroom. Would most likely rent this home again for our large group.

A group of my girlfriends and I stayed here for three nights, escaping the Chicago cold, and had the best time. The pictures of the house were spot on to how it looked in real life. The lake was beautiful and fun to swim in in March, house had plenty of room and comfortable beds, and all of the kitchen supplies and other and amenities we needed. Pool was a great temperature and we really enjoyed the hot tub. We took advantage of the amazing concierge services (amazing private chef, super fun pontoon boat tour, shuttle service) and the property manager Nikola as well as the Horseshoe Bay employees were incredibly accommodating and helpful and responsive. Can’t wait for our next trip out!

We stayed here for a girls get away and it was perfect for that! The house is spacious - we had 12 girls and no one felt over crowded - except that there is only one bathroom for all three bedrooms upstairs. (Which didn’t bother us!)
The dock is amazing! We spent all day there - it has lights, fans, lounge furniture, water slides, rope swings. We even did a yoga class one day on the dock. I do recommend bringing you own speaker to the dock as the Wi-Fi is a hard reach for the Sonos down there.
We had a few small issues with the house (toilet overflow and garbage disposal not working) and the team was so responsive and there to fix it ASAP!
It’s about an hour from downtown. Highly recommend for a weekend away from the city!

Other than parking being tight and single file we really did not have any issues. Property was great! Be prepared to get some exercise with the stairs! Plenty of refrigerator space so the need for ice was greatly diminished which was also nice.

Horseshoe Bay Living is an excellent property manager. Luxury Lake Marble Falls House is beautiful and spacious. Lake views are spectacular. Parking is plentiful, and there is a large, on-property area for boat trailer storage. Being located on a dead-end street in a quiet neighborhood, security was not a concern. This is our second stay. God willing, we will be back.

House & location great management service not so good
House and location is fantastic.(needs extra bathroom upstairs) upper oven did not work. Pool light did not work.
Management company was nice but they did not solve any issues.
Issue 1: pool light not working dock construction 6:30 am next door
Called management service they sent service rep out. Could not figure out why pool light was not working will send out pool guy today to fix. Pool guy comes out next day said they knew about problem and their service guy would fixit. They never fixed it’ so we could not use pool at night.
A dock crew next door was building dock next door starting at 6:30 am It would have been nice to be informed about that before rental
Issue3: Notified Management Company about the 8-10 customer Amazon packages outside the house
Notified Management company and they told me they would notify owners to pick up. Ni one picked them up and approximately 6 more were sent sitting down outside in weather.

Beautiful setting and well appointed property consistent with a well loved home.
Property Management Representative was prompt and courteous in addressing concerns. Wonderful location for a family of 13 to relax, enjoy one another, and still have plenty of personal space in a warm tasteful environment. Plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun for all ages. We are taking away good memories and look forward to returning.

Wonderful experience. This property is beautifully appointed and has amazing indoor and outdoor living areas. Our party of nine loved being on the water and the ease of having water sport rentals brought to us. We found little need to leave the property during our five day stay in Marble Falls.

Perfect home base for our wedding in Marble Falls
We stayed here for our wedding at another venue in Marble Falls and it served as the perfect home base! There were plenty of open communal rooms and spaces for people to hang out with great views of the lake. The outdoor deck, pool and hot tub were spectacular!

Best Stay Ever!
Our family books a stay together twice a year. One always in the Hill country on the water. The accommodations were amazing! The home was comfortable and offered so much to do with multiple places to visit together inside and outside. We had a great view of Sunrise's and Sunsets. The Outside amenities were incredible! This was my # 1 best stay!

Homey, fun getaway
Wonderful property at a really great location. We had ~10 friends out for a reunion and had a blast. Horseshoe Bay was really easy to work with and helped us out with check out logistic which was SUPER appreciated. The property was a little messy when we arrived (it looked like some furniture was being moved out? dock and pool area had some broken items laying around) but living areas were in great shape. Had a great time, this is a place where you can have both fun and relaxation with any group. We would visit again in a heart beat.

What a GREAT place!!
We will come back to this place every year! We have tried others and this by FAR was the BEST we have stayed at. We were several couples in town for an annual golf tournament and the location could not be beat. The scenery could not be beat. The management company could not be beat. And the place was roomy, amazing and clean!! We loved it so much, we might just be back in the summertime as well! Thank you for a wonderful experience and stay.

Property is amazing.
We had a great time at the Luxury Lake Marble Falls House. The property was more than is shown in the pictures. We spent most of our time out doors, since it was so relaxing. With enough activities for all of us. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor kitchen is an added plus, with everything we needed. Our group was from ages 3 to 65, and every one of us had a great time. Looking forward to our trip back to this property.
