In the countryside but close to M1. Clean, safe and comfortable. Dog friendly.
All was good.

The location of the property was excellent for me being able to visit family in the area. The accommodation was private and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was welcoming and helpful providing timely information regarding the check in and out process. I would recommend this property to my friends and would love to stay here again.
Nothing, it was all great!

breakfast was simple and basic

Beautifully and tastefully furnished, clean, comfortable beds, teas and coffee-making facilities, car parking, very helpful and attentive host. Tow nearby pubs - one across the road!
En-suite a bit cold; no breakfast, though long life muffins and croissants available. Two pubs and a village shop, but not much near on a wet day!

Hunt House Quarters is situated in a very peaceful location. Wayne is a great host, welcoming and friendly. He even gave us a lift to the restaurant in the evening as it was pouring with rain. The microwave is a useful facility and we were very grateful for the snacks provided as we hadn't had time for lunch. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place is spotlessly clean. Secure free parking is a bonus. This is our second visit to Hunt House Quarters and it is the only place we would stay when visiting the area again.

Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Secure parking. Fridge in room. Pub with great food opposite b&b.

Very quiet location, warm and comfortable room, location was perfect for us.
Personally I wouldnt call it a B&B as breakfast is a couple of muffins and pastries left in the room. Not a problem for us as went out for Sunday lunch at a nearby pub.

Spacious en-suite room which was extremely well furnished and very comfortable. I stayed in The Tack Room which had 3 windows and a door opening onto the large secure courtyard. In addition to the fridge, kettle and good choice of tea etc there was a microwave which was ideal for me as I arrived late but brought a ready meal. You could sit outside too. I wish I could have stayed a little longer.

Wayne went above and beyond our stay. He arranged for us to have access to the room early and provided us with all the information necessary. The added extras were also most welcome
There was nothing I could fault

Lovely furnishings, the room had everything we needed plus lots of added extras. A really comfortable room with a great bed and fluffy pillows. The kitchen was an added bonus too.
Nothing, it was perfect

The room: the shower, the paintings, the little fridge, the comfy bed. All so clean and tidy. The quick responses and friendliness of Wayne , ( he kindly agreed to let us check in a wee bit earlier) the tasteful conversion of these old buildings and the adjacent 16th century main house. The sweet little garden. Nice pub just over the road for meals and coffee etc. Such good value for money too. Would defo stay again.
The smoke alarm went off three times during the night. Not a biggie though. Only for about 10 seconds each time though. This means that we overslept! Not a problem but Was just concerned this meant we would inconvenience Wayne as we had to check out half an hour past the allotted time but Wayne was typically nice about it.

Nice location, beautiful and tasteful room, but it’s more like a cottage so no noisy other guests. Owner was so friendly, showed us round, chatted and was genuinely really, really nice
Ermmmmmmm. Hmmmmm nope, can’t think of anything!

If you’re planning on staying in the vicinity, then we can highly recommend. Beautifully decorated and appointed for a comfortable stay. All clean, well equipped & smells good, communicated well. Peace quiet, ample off road parking on secure gravel in front of accommodation, and easy access to perfectly lovely pub across the road.
Nothing wrong at all !

Hunt house quarters really is the perfect property for a stay in Northamptonshire or neighbouring counties. The owners do everything to make your stay comfortable and have thought of everything that is needed. We stayed in the unit that had full cooking facilities and they were excellent - it even had a washer and dryer!!
Nothing at all, for us it was perfect!

Served as a perfect half-way location on my trip home. The hosts were very accommodating with excellent communication both before and during my stay. A charming property in a lovely, little village. The decor and old-fashioned beams were lovely features. Despite breakfast not being a feature, some food and water was provided by the hosts.
If I was being really picky, the shower. The temperature shifted between too cold or too hot. It was tough to find the right setting, but this was by no means a deal-breaker. You can also hear some of the traffic from the nearby main roads.

Secure accommodation in quiet village. Lots of extras were provided by hosts - croissants, muffins, biscuits and extra tea bags. Having a microwave was a real bonus and crockery and cutlery were readily provided on asking - there was even washing up liquid and a tea towel! A lovely little haven.
The microwave smelt of the curry a previous occupant had cooked!

The little apartment has everything you could possibly need and has been decorated and furnished to a really high standard. The bed was super comfortable and the area was really quiet.

Excellent value, lovely accomodation. Great, comfortable beds, peaceful location. Friendly and helpful owners. Perfect for a mid-way stop for a trip up country. So good we returned to stay another night on our return!
Very little to complain about. A personal preference is to be able to block out the light that filters through the glass panel in the door, but other than that, everything was super, especially for the price!

We were met by the host and were showed all we needed to see. The room was absolutely stunning it was clean and smelt lovely. Really high standard of decoration and beautifully finished. The facilities were all we needed and more besides. Good shower, lovely TV, lots of little touches including muffins and croissants so we had something for breakfast. Absolutely loved our stay here and will be visiting again. Quiet and peaceful despite being near the road. Good secure parking too! A real credit to the hosts.
