Staying at this property was a very big highlight of our long trip around Europe, the host waited around until 9:30pm to give us the keys on arrival, she was an extremely welcoming kind person that really wanted us to have the best possible stay. On our first day she drove us to the centre of Nice, showed us the bus route/station as we didn't stay with a car and she even gave us a bus pass that allows 10 trips therefore we didn't have to pay for travel at all around all the different cities we visited. The view is extremely breath taking and the location is very close to Eze Village along with Mococo both by bus and the travel was very easy. The free wifi worked perfectly and although the buses stop travelling up the mountain at 8pm, the view of this accomodation is so great that we loved being home early every night to watch the sunset over the whole of Nice centre. When leaving we didn't realise we left our passports in the property but luckily she came running down to the bus stop for us to return it before we got on the bus. overall 10/10 would recommend any couple wanting a nice getaway in a slightly quiter part of nice with easy access to get to everywhere close.

The view is amazing! The location is good if you have a car, the host provided us with free parking. The kitchen is good, the bed is ok, set of towels and free toiletries are included
The host doesn't speak English at all, she is always trying to explain everything in French, but she is a kind woman

Stunning view of Nice! The deck was a lovely place to sit out and eat/drink. Annie was amazing. A very kind person, who went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. thank you so much for having us.

The view! It was absolutely stunning, amazing and just wow.
Apartment had anything you would need. Not new or nice, but functioning. There were all needed kitchen utensils, oil and some spices for cooking.
In description it says that there is no internet, but there is a normal wi-fi connection.
The bed!!! That sofa is not meant for sleeping. It was making metal sounds and whole
matrace was moving with the slightest move. The worst bed I had in my life. Even though my back is normally fine, I started having back pain.
The host did not speak a single word in English, which made a simple communication very difficult.
Be aware that the place is on the hill, busses run till 8pm, but only a few on weekends. No shops, nothing there. Please check the road on navigation as it brought us via extreme road - I nearly had a panic attack and my husband was all sweat. There is a normal road where busses run, but navigation decided to pick a crazy one for us twice!

Amazing View
Would be nice with a car, busses are good weekdays but last bus back is about 8pm and weekends the busses don’t run up the mountain you have to walk down which we did one day and uber back later at night. Also the shower was broken so handheld only. Linens were from the 70’s. We ended up spending our last two nights at a hotel in town

Aside from the amazing view, the hostess is amazing! We were so unlucky and she made our stay a lot easier. Definitely recommend, would go back any time! Just wonderful!
It’s amazing. No downsides. You do need transportation, but it’s so worth it. We could leave our scooter behind the fence on a private parking spot.
