While the unit was nice and had everything we needed, you could not walk outside without stepping on geese poop. Would recommend that vegetation around the boat dock be cleared.

We had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect for us. We went down to fish for a few days and get away and that’s just what it provided. Our teens lived climbing the big oak tree and we enjoyed night fishing on the dock after all day on the lake!!! The place itself was so cute and clean and so much provided for us. We will be back!!!

This is a clean, well appointed home. There is a fire pit along with skewers to roast marshmallows. The view of the lake can be enjoyed in an open area a few feet from the home. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. Also empty dressers and closets for clothes and gear. We love Russellville for the hiking and beauty of the state parks close by. We hiked at Petit Jean and found Pedestal Rock and Kings Bluff so beautiful. Had a day of rain so explored the vintage shops recommended in the book provided. We will be back for sure!

We were in town visiting a family member and the listing looked so much better than a hotel room. We weren't let down. Right on the edge of town, yet somehow nestled into an area that felt largely secluded, it was very relaxing. A couple of quick notes - there are other trailers on the property, though I never saw anyone come or go from any of them. There's also a small house on the property (presumably the owners), but I was really only able to see it from the dock. The view from the dock is just amazing. Water was too warm to have any luck with the fish, but the tranquility of the location and view were more than fulfilling for this city guy.
The only unfortunate part is that there is a massive tree that looked to have been recently uprooted. The tree fell towards the dock, and was blocking some of the view of the lake from near the house. The dock is still unobstructed and the views from the dock are gorgeous.
Inside, we had everything we needed, including a couple of games - Yahtzee is a family favorite, so it was great finding it there. Great little place - wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if it's open when we are back in town.

Very nicely decorated. Enjoyed the kayak.
Great quiet location. Clean and air conditioned well. Went to great places to eat and the lake.
Our dog had plenty of room to play. (Had training collar on). He enjoyed swimming by the dock.
Plenty of things to do in the trailer as well; good movie selection, games, & cards.
Went to Mount Magazine. Hiked about 5 miles
at Bona Dea Trails. Well stocked with some condiments even. Hopefully we’ll be back again.

Wish there was a covering for the dock as the sun was really hot for fishing but enjoyed the view. Watching the wildlife was fun for us.

We came into town for an event and found this to be a very comfortable and convenient stay. Nice neat trailer in a row of four or five right next to the water and very close to anywhere you need to be in Russellville. Kayaks were fun. There’s a protected area around the park where you can paddle around. We didn’t have a chance to build a fire bc of the weather on our free evening, but all of the supplies were there. Fun place with everything you need!

I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. It was was cozy and neatly furnished. Beds were comfy and it was well stocked with everything you need. My only suggestion would be to add a non-stick skillet to the kitchen for cooking.

Very peaceful, loved seeing the wildlife, I'm pretty sure I saw a beaver, didn't fish but saw others catching fish, had a produce stand across the street, and definitely go to Old South for breakfast

Perfect little place for fishing!
We loved this little place on the lake. It is so cute and had everything we needed. It is decorated so cute. The owners are travelers and have thought of everything. They even left toothbrushes and a few toiletries in case you forgot them. We didn’t need them but I have before! There were kayaks, paddles and life jackets. A gas grill, fire ring and firewood! The inside is well stocked. And it has a private dock which is great. Thank you. We will be back.

Great place. On the edge of town and secluded. We travel to Russellville 4-5 times a year. This will be our home away from home whenever available.

Lovely and quiet
Nice quiet place just close enough to town for anything you need but super secluded. My family loved the kayak launching dock. We fished ever night off it and had great luck with blue gill and catfish.

Great Location
We loved the location. A lake with dock to fish or launch a kayak. Beautiful country surroundings but right off the highway. Close to town, Dardenelle Lake and numerous trails and waterfalls. The place is very cute and had everything we needed. It was very private as no one was living on either side. We would love to stay here again.

BOOK IT!!!
Adorable and welcoming! The cleanliness and attention to detail were WONDERFUL! We came to town for college graduation and needed a quiet and peaceful place to reboot after, and this rental was just what we needed! The new dock with kayak launch was used with ease, the fish weren't biting but that didn't stop my teenager from trying for hours. Pack a lawn chair and enjoy sitting under the giant trees and enjoying the view!!! We will definitely be back!

Peaceful
Very peaceful property, right on the lake. You're in town but it feels like you're in the middle of no where. We took our doggie and she loved it as well. She wanted to go outside constantly. The trailer is older, but cute and cozy. I would totally rent this property again.

Nice location, very convenient. We did a lot of hiking nearby and visited Mt Nebo, Pedestal Rock and Kings Bluff, and some waterfalls. Trailer was nice and perfect for us. Loved that it was pet friendly! Enjoyed watching the geese on the lake each morning.
