Pleasant

Very close to town centre and seafront. Very spacious. Friendly staff.

Crockery was dirty. Excessive noise from pub until 0115. Shower leaked all over bathroom floor when used. Would not recommend for young families but fab for no frills night in Brighton.

Nightmare

Nothing I’m going to speak to my legal team to see what can be done about this nightmare My kids are itching from the dirty place which they aren’t used to

Everything was aweful The pictures of the property displayed on booking the accommodation was nothing to the reality we had to see- the pictures must have been taken when the place was newly renovated I was mislead falsely and the pictures of the property was not a true reflection

Highly disappointing and I would value compensation for at least the £70 cleaning fee.

The location was excellent.

I’m sorry to say, but this was the dirtiest property I’ve ever stayed in. The carpets were covered in stains and had not been vacuumed very well, if at all. The kitchen floor was sticky. The shower hadn’t been cleaned and had lots of hair in it. The furniture was also covered in stains and at least one of the bed sheets had not been replaced. The fridge had ‘goop’ all over the top shelf and the plates, glasses and cutlery were covered in greasy fingerprints. Not to mention the grubby doors and walls which I would normally overlook, but on this occasion, the dirtyness of the apartment completely ruined our stay. Such a shame because the apartment has great potential. I’m aso annoyed that the price I paid for the apartment included a £70 cleaning fee which is clearly not being utilised well.

Comfortable, spacious and well-located.

The location was excellent – it was so easy to do Brighton only on foot all weekend. Cleanliness was fine – much better than other reviews led me to expect. Comms were decent. The facilities were fine, the beds were comfortable, and the apartment was just generally nicer than expected, and spacious too. It was absolutely ideal for our group of 7.

It was hard to keep cool, on a warmish weekend. We had all windows open as much as possible, but that meant getting woken up by seagulls! It was also difficult to initially work out how to operate the door to the apartment (although we appreciated the help with this – thanks!). But aside from that, everything exceeded our expectations.

Beds very comfortable everything was clean.

Kitchen kettle was awful. Not very well equipped. No mirrors around apart from one tiny one. Would suggest to have some mirrors around so one can get ready in comfort.

Wouldn't recommend

The proximity to the beach is very good, the bedding was clean and the fact we were able to leave our bags in the pub was very useful

The apartment needs an update and overall clean. The curtains and carpets are filthy. The bathroom wasn't appealing. The door needed a slam just to shut, the apartment door wasn't even closed and secure when we arrived. The noise from outside disturbed our sleep, the loud music stopped at 2am and started again at 6.30am. Wednesday morning was barrel delivery too so this was noisy from 6.30am.

it was a decent size when inside.

we couldn’t get in for hours. the cleaners were rude. we then got locked outside at 11pm till 1am due to faulty codes to get in then had to wait for maintenance to come and fix it at 12pm. there was items left from last people so cleaners obviously didn’t do a proper clean. and As you walk in it smells…

Was okay for the night, but wouldn't stay any longer

Location was great, 5 minutes from the beach and opposite the shopping centre. The host was friendly - the pub downstairs was also lovely and the owners were very welcoming.

Everything seemed a little dated and worn. It could probably do with an update and a deeper clean.

Horrible

Nothing good to say. . Would not recommend to anyone. Pictures in the ad were probably very old. It was all over horrible we booked 6 nights but went after the first night and asked for a refund, but get no answers. o Carpets very dirty o Moisty smell o It was cold and heating not working right o WIFI could not be found o Front door, could not close the door without locking and if there was a fire that could be dangerous o No lock on Bathroom o Mold in Bathroom o No coffee maker o Beds creaked and could feel springs o Mold in window o Furniture unstable o TV not getting Wifi o Chair falling apart o Holes in floor under carpet

Perfect apartment for a weekend getaway!

Went away with 5 guests for the weekend. Lots of space and in a perfect location! Very clean and spacious.

Very good

Spacious rooms and storage space. Ideal for groups of family and friend for short stay. WiFi easy to connect and Netflix to keep the kids entertained. Easy to check in and check out. Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance. Beach, shops and easy to get to from the station if you don't mind walking and exploring the sights.

Only 1 hob was working.

It was terrible. Only told it was above a rowdy pub open late after paying in full. Left after day 2

N/A Self catering..... Location was good but check in time delayed because cleaning had not been completed (it had only just started when we arrived at 4pm!)

Only 1 Bathroom (with toilet and shower) small and no ventilation...window would not open. No bath. Kitchen was dirty. Floor sticky and dirty. Stove had only one hob working..Fridge door dropping....No tea towels supplied...inadequate supply of personal towels for a booking of 9 people.

Very good

It was suitable for our needs (hen party) but it’s not 5*, but Lee was a wonderful host helping us plan our weekend which was just brilliant!!!

As I’ve mentioned it’s perfect for a hen do, a good sociable living room but not the cleanest! However we only used it as a base during covid where prices were soaring so it was great value! Living room space great for hanging out, kitchen a bit grotty but ok for our needs (no cooking!) Only one bathroom but we coped!

Perfect location, comfortable beds and all kitchen appliances provided. Nice staff.

It wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Dirty all over the carpet. However, bathrooms and bedrooms were in a great condition. One hole in a room's window, so it was quite chilly and noisy
