The condo opens up to a breathtaking entrance. Vaulted wooded ceilings and winding metal staircases are the first things to catch your eyes. The home is made of three different stories, each ensuring the house is well connected yet exclusive and individually spaced. Starting at the bottom floor, there are three individual guest rooms. All of which have plush full-size beds, large flat-screen TVs, and impeccable views of downtown Telluride. Each guest room has its own ensuite bathroom with massive showers and high-end modern finishes. There is also a media room on this floor with an immersive TV and convenient selection of furniture to relax and enjoy a movie.
On the second floor, the living room boasts a warm and ultra-luxurious seating arrangement around a fireplace, a flat-screen with Apple TV, and expansive downtown views. Just outside, enjoy a sunset view over a glass of wine from the comfort of your private deck.
The kitchen is right across the living room. Fully stocked with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and luxury finishes, this gourmet kitchen includes a six-burner stovetop, large side by side refrigerators, and a comfortable breakfast bar. Put your culinary skills to the test with everything a top chef could ever need in your very own beautiful island-style kitchen.
The master suite is spellbinding. A private fireplace warms the room from below a large flat-screen TV. The plush king-size bed made with our high-end linens lies below the wooden vaulted ceiling, a stunning feature rivaled by the surrounding mountain views. The spa-like ensuite bathroom boasts a massive glass shower, a private water closet, and the most opulent finishes.
The third and final level completes the home with a cozy and inviting loft, furnished with a beautiful couch and a desk. This space is quiet and secluded, perfect for remote work, studying, or catching up on a good book.
