About this house rental

Minutes from downtown Woodstock, our 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage has been totally updated so everything is brand new. Our open floor plan has a full kitchen, hi speed internet, Alexa echo, convenient keyless entry, smart thermostat, laundry room and charming private patio area which makes for the perfect getaway.
We also have a family game room with a foosball table, electronic soft tip dart board and its own 70” Ultra Hi Definition TV with 100+ channels. There is also a desk and office chair

Each bedroom has a 55” Ultra Hi Definition TV (100+ channels). The cozy main living area has comfortable couches and a 70” Ultra Hi Definition TV. Kitchen is complete with silverware, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, beer and wine glasses, Keurig coffee maker (coffee, tea, creamers and sweeteners included), blender and toaster oven.

PARTYING. This is NOT a party house. It's great for family and friends as well as business groups. However, we are not looking for groups whose true intent is to "party" in the house. We want the next guest to have a nice home for their enjoyment and we also want to be good neighbors. So, respectfully, if you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next house.

We also limit the cars to three cars (without permission prior to the reservation) to prevent any type of partying or more guest than what is allowed.

Do you have a dog to bring? (Cats are not allowed) We have a large fenced back yard. Please inform us before arrival. A $99 pet fee, paid before arrival.

We were in town for a week for our son's baseball tournament. This house was just the right size for our family of four and grandparents. Location was perfect - close and walkable to downtown Woodstock which has tons of restaurant options and shops. Quick access to interstate, Loved the extra game room/living space for the kids. The house was clean and stocked with everything that we needed!

This is an older home that has been updated. It was nice to have a fenced yard for our dog. We walked to Woodstock, there is a back road. It was a scenic walk. We hope to visit again. Thank you

Great place. Everyone had their own space. Very safe. Very clean. Half a mile from downtown Woodstock. My teenage daughter and her friend were able to walk there—even ran into some goats being herded by a dog. Comfortable furniture. Enjoyed it.

My wife and I, and our little dogs thoroughly enjoyed staying in the house when we weren't meeting with family and friends. They did an amazing job of renovating the interior to have all the comforts with modern style. There are plenty of large screen TVs. And the dogs enjoyed exploring the large backyard.

Located in an older neighborhood however this place is completely redone with comfortable furnishings and is picture perfect. Love the decorating and it was well stocked. Our family of 5 (which is made up of 3 college kids) had plenty of room to hang out and enjoy each others company. It felt so comfortable we even held our annual gingerbread competition between the kids. The step down den with the foosball table, desk and couch is a nice bonus room. It came in handy for the kids to enjoy during in the evening and for my husband to work during the day. This place is also located near downtown Woodstock with easy access to and from the interstate. So glad we didn’t get a hotel and we were able to enjoy a home away from home.

We stayed here because our daughter was in the Atlanta Legacy Showcase at Twin Creeks Park. We were about 7 minutes from the fields and so close to downtown Woodstock. Do not miss the restaurants and shops in town! The house was exactly as described-very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

We were in town visiting my parents and this home was just perfect for me, my husband and two boys and our dog. The owners did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The kids LOVED the foosball table, the dog LOVED the fenced yard and I loved everything. Will stay here next time we’re in town!

My husband and I and our German shepherd stayed here while in the area to visit our 3 grandkids, 16, 8 and 9. The house was very attractive, having been recently updated. The furniture was comfortable and looked fairly new. It looks just like the pictures. The bed in the master was VERY comfortable, and I assume the others were as well. The bedrooms were fairly small but adequate. Our dog is large and her large dog bed didn't fit on the floor in our room, but it was perfect for the closet! We set it up there with the two closet doors open and it was a perfect nook for her. Our grandchildren stayed over a couple of nights and loved playing foosball and darts in the game room. The 8 and 9 year old boys slept in the trundle beds in one guest room and our 16 year old granddaughter got the queen guest room to herself. The table in the living room was perfect for our traditional game of Mexican Train. The yard is fully fenced and was enjoyed by the dog and kids. The neighborhood was very pleasant for walking the dogs. It was very conveniently located. We would happily stay here again the next time we visit.

I live in Florida and my daughters family lives in Kentucky. We originally lived in Woodstock. My daughter is a graduate of WHS. This house is a great place for us to get to meet up. The house is exactly as the pictures show. Great fenced in yard for the dogs and enough TV’s for my teenage grandkids. Wi-Fi was good to. We will definitely be back.

This house was beautiful. Description and photos online are 100% accurate. Perfect Woodstock location close to downtown, outlet mall, easy freeway access- North and Southbound 575. Property owners were super polite and quick to reply with questions. House was furnished with plenty of towels, pillows. Full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Access in and out of house was easy even for my senior parents( two steps) Safety was never a factor, we even waived at locals everyday as they were out walking. I would recommend this house to anyone looking in the Woodstock area, short or longer stays.

This was like country living but walkable to the cute town of Woodstock (about a mile along neighborhood streets). The property was super clean and the owners have renovated nicely. Coffee supplies and snacks were provided. Bedrooms and bathrooms were small but every room had a huge smart tv. The game room was fun too.

This property was perfect for our short stay in Woodstock. Newly renovated with great finishes, this unit was maybe the best outfitted property we've ever booked through VRBO. They supply everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. We'll definitely book this unit again if we stay in the area.

Perfect little house for 3 week stay while our mountain home is renovated. So much fun in downtown Woodstock 3 minutes away. Nice shower, washer and dryer too. Pups loved the fenced yard. Owner friendly and responsive. This may be our regular go to when we visit Atlanta every 6 weeks.

This is a lovely house. The location was perfect for us - near downtown Woodstock and close to the freeway. The house sits on a large lot, so there's no neighbors looking in at you. The house was very clean and comfortable. There were deer in the yard in the evenings and mornings, and we saw fireflies at night. We enjoyed lounging in the family room and playing foosball. The host provided great communication. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Loved this charming cottage. It was perfect for our needs. We were in town for a Atlanta Braves game and a visit to the Georgia Aquarium. Super clean and comfy on a nice quiet street and my dogs loved the backyard. Really enjoyed visiting downtown Woodstock. Scott answered all my question quickly and getting in was a breeze. Definitely would recommend.

We were in town for a graduation for friends who live in Canton - Woodstock is one exit south. This home is in a perfect location – just around the block from the outlet mall and less than a mile away from downtown Woodstock which is a great place to shop, dine and to go out at night. The host was awesome - very responsive and kept me in the loop as to check in and check out to make everything seamless. The home is beautifully decorated inside and kept very clean. One of the first vacation rentals where I actually felt like I was at home.

We loved staying in this home! It was even more beautiful in person and so conveniently located to the adorable shops and restaurants in downtown Woodstock. The hosts were fantastic and made our stay easy and comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again next time we're in town!
