A spacious and welcoming home in a wonderful location. This home allows plenty of room for multi families to vacation together. The large fenced in yard with built in gas fire pit, and inground pool with sunken hot tub also allows for all to gather and enjoy the Cape Cod sunshine , With a chef's kitchen and open living area all can cook, enjoy a cocktail and gather. The home is in a great proximity to beaches, boating and more. Mid Cape location allows access to prime Cape Cod attractions, beaches and Marinas.

Lovely spacious property. A wing for each of our extended families. Lovely pool and yard. Pool was not heated at first. Electronics needed attention. Plenty of pool toys and yard games. We got locked out of a wing and it took some time to figure out how to let us back in. I would highly recommend this property for a large group.

The house had plenty of space to get away from the crowd while also providing lots of communal areas. We found ourselves camped out in the grand kitchen most days. If we return to the area I’d definitely look to stay here again.

We rented the property in Oct 2022 for a family gathering of 20 between the ages of 25 and 83. The description of the facilities is dead on , it could easily hold 24 comfortably. Nice quiet neighbour, great for walking as there was very little traffic One of the nicest things about the house is the various sitting areas so it allowed us to be all together or if some wanted to go off to one of the sitting areas they could. The kitchen is very well equipped for those that like to cook. We cooked and served meals for 18 with no problems. All our guests complimented on the quality of the beds. Great outdoor amenities however we did not get a chance to enjoy them as much as we would have liked strictly due to weather The house was very clean Check in process was great and the hosts were very quick to reply to any questions we had. We would certainly rent this property again if the opportunity came up

This was a perfect place to have our family reunion. There were 19 of us from 11 to 81 years old. The accommodations with 2 refrigerators, dishwashers and ovens made dinner preps very easy. The place was spotless and very spacious. I would definitely consider rebooking for next year.

The house worked beautifully for our family reunion with 17 people, aged 10 months to 82 years. Plenty of room to spread out. Spacious backyard for lawn games and a lovely pool/hot tub for hours of fun and conversation. We brought kayaks and were able to put them in the water just a block or so away. Overall a wonderful stay. There were a few maintenance issues that would have made it even better such as one of the dishwashers and the pool light not working. Seems like the owners are working on the house though and I suspect it will only get better with time. Highly recommend.

Our family, ages 1 yr to 77 yrs old stayed in Osterville in July of 2022. Cannot say enough about the property. Better than pictures and write-up. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home. We will be back.

The property was spacious, equipped, and private. We enjoyed the outdoor space as much as the house. It is even better than the pictures show. Every person enjoyed their private bedrooms and the shared spaces and expressed how great this house is!!! I’m very grateful for the experience with all the family together in one beautiful place!

We went for my in-laws anniversary. They wanted all the kids and grandkids under one roof .....all 5 families meshed together in one house! This house was absolutely perfect, enough space to hang and chat but also to get lost if you needed to. We were able to cook and eat and swim together. The place was clean and new with plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and showers! We hope to go back again :)

We had a wonderful long weekend with my siblings, our 87 year old mother, our children, and infant and 3 yo grandkids. The 24 of us could not have been happier, or more comfortable, in this rental home. As someone said by the pool, “ when those fence doors are closed we could be anywhere in the world, everything we need is right here’. This was especially evident with all of the “20 Something’s” spending most of their time on the Cape in the backyard with us Aunties and Uncles. The yard is private, quiet and meticulously maintained, the pool is a perfect size with the exactly right temperature. Pool toys and lawn games were in the shed. Inside the house, the bedroom wings were easy to organize into quiet, late night and early morning zones. We could all fit at the table for meals and games, the area with the round table and couches in the kitchen was the most popular spot ( I think 12 of us crammed in with coffee one morning!), and the large island served us well for meal prep. The house really had everything we needed for a very special weekend spent with family.

The house was perfect for our extended family gathering in October. The pool and yard were thoroughly utilized by the entire group-from early morning swims to gathering around the fire table at night. Ed and Victor were very accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

We had 13 people from 3-71! each family had its own wing for privacy and chill time, but nice li bing room next to kitchen for group play and backyard was big and flat for games and gorgeous pool and hot tub!! fire pit… huge outdoor table, close to beaches (Dowses was perfect!) House is really well stocked .. we brought easy too much and lots of pool stuff (floats, noodles etc) we did pea pod food delivery on arrival… couldn’t have been a great vacation! Thank you Ed and Victor!

This is an excellent property for large group. Our family had great time during our stay at this house for reunion. We had people travelled from all over US and none of the family member was disappointed with the property. Very clean and spacious for each family members. Love the backyard, pool and all the amenities. Every items were there for large gathering. Victor and Ed made entire process very smooth. Victor was readily available and responded to our request very quickly.

Check-in was easy, the house is VERY nice. we were 5 families in our group and each got his own section! the kitchen is a bit small for such a large house but the owner told us a renovation is planned. overall highly recommended!

We stayed at this large home in August & had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the generous indoor & outdoor space as 2 families (10 people) including 6 teenagers. A great location for a quiet vacation & easily accessible beach (2 miles away). Edward was wonderful on the booking side of things & Victor was fantastic with helping us at the house (check-in, questions, etc). All bedding, towels, dishes, silverware, glasses & furniture were new. Tons of space for all to gather, play & eat together. We had a relaxing & fun vacation.

This house is incredibly equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your vacation. There are so many bedrooms and everything is new and clean. So much to do on the property. Nice neighborhood. Pool and hot tub are great! Highly recommend for large groups. So much space to spread out.
