Eccellente

Camera da letto molto accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli, pulizia impeccabile. Non abbiamo avuto particolari difficoltà nel prenotare le varie attività da fare nella zona perché (oltre ad aver trovato vari biglietti da visita e volantini con i vari contatti all’interno della struttura) la proprietaria Federica è stata molto disponibile fin da subito nel consigliarci e guidarci verso le varie attività, quali trekking, visita della costa in gommone, ristoranti tipici etc. È stata una bella sorpresa, e per chi come noi non è super organizzato, consiglio vivamente questa struttura! ;)

The location and room was beautiful. The rooftop has an amazing view. Parking is included which is great. The bed is comfortable and bathroom very new.

It would have been great to have some plates and cutlery and/or at least some glasses in the room. The host was very responsive but not super friendly in my opinion, but that might be a question of language.

Nice affordable room in a strategic place for a boat trip in Orosei gulf

Good affordable bed and breakfast in the picturesque small village of Baunei. Strategic place only few minutes drive from Santa Maria Navarrese port where you can rent a private boat to Cala Luna, Cala Goloritzè, etc. The room was nice, with air conditioner, coffee machine and tv. There is also a small terrace on the top of the property to hangout.

It was a bit difficult to find the place and I had to contact the owner. Parking was a bit difficult as it was an inclined road heavily parked and difficult to manoeuvre.

It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The accommodation was very charming and welcoming feeling inside, everything was chosen with a lot of style. There is everything that you can need in the room, even mineral water, coffee and tea. The opened terrace and the furniture outside were very comfy and the view from the top was really beautiful - perfect for a breakfast or dinner outside. It was exceptionally clean and tidy. The landlord was very kind and easygoing, she also recommended us a perfect place to eat in town.

Fantastic place to stay, great location in the center of the Baunei, beautiful views from terrace

Federica is a fantastic and very helpful host. Her rooms are very comfortable, furnished with style and thought. Air-conditioning, fridge, coffeemaker, small balcony, doors and windows with mosquito nets. There is a parking place reserved for you next to the house. And then there is the terrace on the roof, where you can have a dinner, breakfast.. with a beautiful view of the mountains, sea and the town. Definitely recommend it.

The design of the room was really cool and neat at the same time - love the climbing oriented style, especially the lights and the key holder! Very clean as well. It was in a good location, quiet but central at the same time. Nice terrace as well. The host was really welcoming and easy to contact.

Little Gem in the area

The owners have been incredibly helpful since before our arrival (sharing info on restaurants, excursions, they even lent us their cooling bag as we didn't have any), showing the real Sardinian hospitality. The room is tiny, but exquisitely decorated and with the basics you require; also, super clean!!! Delightful shared terrace with a breathtaking view, great for breakfast or happy hour.

The Aircon can only be left on with a key which is tied to the room keys, so you basically cannot keep it on when you're out. Which I took as a fantastic sustainable trick, however, with the summer heat it can be a bit uncomfortable to come back to a super hot room.

We had a great stay in this Apartment and the hosts were so nice and helpful! The nature and the mountains are amazing! The sunsets from the rooftop are incredible. We would definitely recommend it ! :)

The room was very nice and super clean. The price is very good and we liked the location a lot. Also the service was excellent. We had a little accident and got help and information from Frederica immediately. She was very quick to react to all our questions and room change requests an honestly concerned to make our stay as good as possible. We would definitely come back :)

Great place to stay!

The bed and climbing is very beautifully decorated, we had everything we needed. The rooftop terrace was perfect for having breakfast or gazing at the stars. Also the locaction was perfect to go climbing (especially at pedra longa).

The room is not sooo big, but it was ok.

We missed Basic stuff like glasses some basic plates and cutlery. Some basic shower gel would be also nice, considering accomodation is 9.7 which Is way overvalued

Beautiful newly renovated property with a very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Federica is an excellent host and has lots of local knowledge to support with your stay. I initially only booked for one night, but I extending my stay.

Amazing rooftop terrace & perfect room

The room was very new, clean, modern with a huge fridge and good bathroom and even a small balcony. :-) also free coffee in the room! Free parking was available in front of the accomodation. The best thing however - besides our lovely host Frederica - was the rooftop terrace. We brought our own breakfast and had it with the stunning view over the valley on the lovely rooftop terrace. Don‘t miss it!

Fantastic

They are so friendly,kind and they helped us with many thing and they are so gental. The location is so Beautiful and there room concept was amazing and we liked the name of the hotel because it is in hill and its suits perfect ..bedandclimbing excellent work.. I hope i will see them again in next summer.
