The location was perfect for us. We visited our daughter and son-in-law in Tracy, and their home was in walking distance. Just a great location for us. It just so happened we had to make a trip to Kaiser Medical Offices and there it was, right up the street.

Great size of property, two big bathrooms and a large living area. The garage was big enough to fit our outlander in it. The area was reasonably quiet after 10pm. A lovely attractive property with a good sized kitchen. There are a number of shops and gas stations nearby which was ideal for us and it was lovely to see the Hollywood sign as we turned out of our road :) The sites in LA are all a short drive away - Griffiths Observatory, the walk to fame and others. The hot water takes 5-10 minutes to get to the taps as it has to travel up from the garage - but once you realise that, it's plenty hot.

The kitchen could have used a couple more pots and pans to be able to cook. I guess the assumption is that people will eat out but our diet means we can't do that. The instructions sent during the stay are generic so were slightly misleading - e.g. make sure you leave the keys or you will be charged $250 (we didn't have any keys for the property, it's entirely keyless) which was sometimes confusing.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The beds were amazing and the room was very spacious. The hallway was very quiet, no noise came from the rooms which is amazing. I always hated that everyone walking by could hear what goes on in the rooms.

Upon check-in, I was told that breakfast was from 6:30 to 10. That was correct information for only one of the 5 days I was there. I missed breakfast the second day because it changed to close at 9 during the week. It would have been great to know that a key was needed to keep the electricity on. Especially when I got there at 10 pm and I want to charge my phone while I go eat breakfast. The bathroom door was a sliding barn door style that was very hard to get right. It slid past the opening of the bathroom and if you didn't move your fingers it would crush them. There was no lock on the door either. It just didn't feel private at all. The shower floor was very slippery and there was no mat or stickies to keep traction. Also, I needed a chair for the shower because I can't stand and they could not accommodate me with a chair or mat for the shower. This is a very good hotel, it just couldn't accommodate my needs. There is a guarantee that if they don't accommodate you, you get a free night. They told me it means if they have what you need to be accommodated they will accommodate. If they don't have what you need, too bad for you.

it was very nice and clean. the staff was amazing. my fiancé and I stay at the one in Hayward and we love it. it was awesome to stay at the hotel in Tracy. our room was so nice. and when we walked in our room on the tv it said “Welcome Janis” it was great. we would stay here again.
