Our modern home is suitable accommodation for families or a group of friends who are looking for a peaceful getaway from the crowded city. Whether you are planning to rent our place for a short weekend or decided to have a long-term stay – the house is well equipped to make sure you have a wonderful experience away from home.

The Space
The stylish house is conveniently located in the heart of one of the best and most prestigious neighborhoods in Calgary – Evergreen. The property offers a warm and comfortable atmosphere inside the house, providing all of our guests with a unique experience “home away from home”.
The property is tastefully designed and well-equipped for guests for short and long-term stays. We tried to use calm and sophisticated colors to add some luxurious touches to the interior. Large panoramic windows in the living room allow a good amount of natural light during the day, which makes the entire house look even brighter inside.
The configuration of the house is the following: 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large living room, an open concept kitchen & dining area, and a laundry room.
Once you step inside the building, you will encounter a large living area with large panoramic windows connected to a well-designed kitchen. Open concept and high standing dining table allow big families and a larger group of people to gather in the same area for evening activities.
The living room features a comfortable sofa and 2 spacious armchairs facing the fireplace. In case you prefer to spend your evening at home, a comfortable and warm atmosphere is guaranteed for you and your family. Above the fireplace, you will find a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.
Our modern, well-equipped kitchen has all the necessary tools and amenities you might need during your stay: coffee & tea facilities, dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, utensils, double fridge, etc. everything is at your entire disposal. The spacious dining table comfortably sits 6 people at the same time.
Our main bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with pristine linen and plush pillows for your absolute relaxation. You will also find a flat screen TV for your entertainment. A luxury ensuite bathroom that is connected to the master bedroom, comes with a soaker tub, walk-in shower with a glass door, marble sink, and toilet.
Two other bedrooms have an extremely comfortable queen size bed in each room. Both bedrooms share one and a half bathrooms on the same floor, where a full bathroom has a large bathtub for your comfort. The upper level also offers a laundry room where you can find washing & drying machines.
During the warm days and sunny weather, guests can spend their day outside on the backyard of the house, which is conveniently accessible from the living area.

Our house is located in Evergreen safe vibrant, and green residential community, part of the greater area of Calgary, within easy access to downtown, shopping malls, breathtaking National parks & lakes, hiking & biking trails. Fish Creek Provincial Park, one of the largest urban parks in Calgary is located just 2 km away (20 minutes walking).
It’s a fantastic place to walk, run, bike or picnic all year round. The picturesque Spruce Meadows horse-jumping complex is only 6 km away (10 minutes driving) A 5-minute drive west on highway 22x, places you out in the peace and tranquility of the countryside viewing the foothills of the majestic Canadian Rockies in the distance.
Tsuu T'ina Nation 145 is an Indian reserve in southern Alberta – 22 km away (20 minutes by car).
Kananaskis – 45 minutes drive;

This house is situated in an excellent location in Southwest Calgary. The neighbourhood is a quiet residential district and felt very safe. The house was clean and comfortable. We had no difficulties communicating with the owner, and the check-in and check out process were excellent.

This home is comfortable, well decorated and Prince was a very responsive host. I would rate it a 4.5 out of 5. Overall a great stay.

We rented this house to be close to Spruce Meadows and it did not disappoint. The location was perfect, the house was clean and had everything we needed including very comfortable beds. Easy day trip to Bragg Creek, grocery store was minutes away and the owners were easy to work with. Would stay here again.

I live in Dawson Creek my daughter is in Moose Jaw. Calgary is a great place for us to adventure- share the 14 hr travel time for me, and there is 1000 more activities for us to do. The home we shared was a 10 out of 10 and I would stay again. I have also told my co workers and friends about how good it was and hope they can book their own place very soon.

This property was a good size for a 5 member family, with plenty of space for local family to visit and spend the Christmas season together. There were two parks very close by and a great sledding hill down the street. Property was close to the new Calgary Ring road so made accessing very easy. Also close to Spruce Meadows for the winter light display. Even the Calgary Zoo was a very short drive away. The owner was very accessible when we had questions. Overall a great experience

Excellent. We were needing to stay close to home to assist with renovations to our home. The location was perfect for us. The home was very clean and we felt at home.
We did not do any cooking but there was an ample supply of pots and pans. Just surprised by the steepness of the stairs to the bedroom level.

The manager was quick to respond and the property is exactly as described. Two bedrooms with firm mattresses, one bedroom was softer. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything you need for a family stay.

This property was exactly as described. Clean and organized. I liked the little extras that were considered like make-up wipes, q-tips, Britta filter, playing cards to mention a few. We took city transit and the #11 bus stopped within a block. Prince was responsive and helpful. I would recommend this accommodation.

It was all a very easy experience. From check in to checkout!! My only concern was not receiving the actual address and rental rules until 2 days prior to our arrival. But the host was amazing and everything worked out perfect !!

My family stayed here to attend a wedding in Longview. The location was ideal as we could easily find everything from food to evening bags at nearby stores. The property was comfortable for 6 adults, with 3 good-sized bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs.

Everything you would need
We had an amazing and comfortable stay here. Everything was exceptionally clean so leaving it in the same condition was easy. The owner really thinks about creating a relaxing stay by having several items in the cupboards and drawers should you forget your own. The house is only a few minutes away from the supermarket, gas station, stores and restaurants as well as a large park around the corner. Next time we return to Calgary we will definitely be staying here again because the owner really cares about creating a hospitable stay.

As advertised!
We needed a place to stay during a national level ringette tournament, so we were looking for a home base that would give us the ability to prepare our own food, that would give us lots of room, in a quiet neighbourhood, and that would have easy access to different parts of the city. Prince’s unit fit the bill perfectly. From the nice master with the king bed and large ensuite, to the guest bedrooms, and a nicely stocked kitchen, we had our home for the week. Prince is unbelievably quick at responding to questions, and accommodating when we needed to make small changes to our reservation (date change, etc.). All in all, highly recommended. Great spot to serve as a home base for just over a week. Thank you Prince!!

Family Funeral Event
It was lovely to have a place for us all to hang out together. Would have been nice to know about the stairs as I just had knee surgery and this was a bit of a challenge. We made it work however. Thanks

The property is great for Adults with three spacious bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. the house was clean and very comfortable. We will stay again if we can. The neighborhood is quite and people are friendly.
