bad attitude frontline ladies staffs and the room conditions - i will choose other hotel

Cleaning/room staffs and night shift frontline staffs (men) are friendly and helpful. Repair men....are quick and helpful. It's near to the shopping mall and other shops around there. Near to the airport, to my family's home in Taman Tunku.

Frontline staffs during the day - they are not friendly. Not helpful. Always head down or keep busy everytime we passed infront of the counter. Sour face., no greetings, not courtesy at all. The 1st lady that helped me with check in on my 1st day - made fun of me with her colleague when i came back next day to complain about my room. No name tags ....so i dont have her name. But she really made our day uncomfortable, everytime we passed infront of the counter, she will show off like the hotel is her property. The room conditioned is not that clean, some items are falling off the wall. They used scotch to fix it even. balcony are dusty unless they are told to clean it. toilets are usually, wiped and go ! so around the sink, mirror, toilet bowl were always - dirty.

Aircond berfungsi baik & sejuk. Bilik ok utk 2 orang. Hanger ada . dh sediakan air mineral dgn cup ikea.

Toilet berbau . Dah beli spray wangi pun masih lekat bau . siktahu sine punca bau. Sik selesa mandi sebab bau busuk gilak. Macam bau longkang pun ada . pls improve.

Apartment amat selesa dan bersih. Sila kekal seperti ini dan harga yang amat berpatutan.

Lokasi Emart Hotel amat strategik dan mudah untuk mendapatkan keperluan harian. Terbaik.

Staf amat baik dan mesra terutamanya kakitangan lelaki yang bertugas pada shift malam dan terdapat seorang staf perempuan yang sentiasa senyum tetapi terdapat 2 staf wanita di kaunter tidak mesra dan amat sukar untuk mereka senyum kepada pelanggan sedangkan pelanggan yang datang ke emart hotel bukan datang percuma. Saya cadangkan supaya staf ini untuk menghadiri kursus bagaimana memberi perkhidmatan terbaik kepada setiap pelanggan.

HONEST REVIEW

The location near to Emart Riam Supermarket and few mins to Miri Airport. If you're looking for place to stay (shorter period) to catch flight,this is the place to stay. Restaurants nearby. The hotel staff and reception are very nice and polite.

1. The hotel needs maintenance, smelly and cockroaches invade the rooms. Aircond need replacement,not cold. 2.The toilet is dirty and smelly. No Toileteries are provided. The water heater is not working. 3. The Towels provided also dirty and the blankets smells cigarettes. Please atleast change the blankets and the bed cover. Provide Air Freshner to keep the room clean and smells nice. 4. The noise from the construction inside the hotel also really annoying. Suggested to close the whole floor that are under construction. We are tired and we stay there after long flight are expecting to have a good rest and nice sleep. Overall, just ok and hotel require maintenance.

i feel disappointed for the girl staff at the counter, night shift. with her 'not welcoming face' .. im asking few questions about surrounded area but she didn't answer me properly n show her sourly face.. maigad..

Pleasant place to stay with family as location is good

Location is good as the Emart Shopping Mall is just within walking distance. Staff is very polite and helpful. Facility is always clean during our visit

The ant issue is quite disturbing in the room. The whole writing table was filled with ants within minute once we put any food on it. The hotel did pass a written notice of issue to customer but did not really solve the issue. Hope it doesn't happen in our next visit as the hotel gave us quite a pleasant experience.

Wonderful, big hotel next to Emart the mall.

The room was clean and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. We were on the sixth floor and the elevator was good and prompt. The wifi worked well and there was hot water in the shower. They also let us use a luggage cart for our bags. Plus, the mall is right near by.

The bathroom was all wet when we walked in and the room had no window. We didn't wake up until 10am because of the lack of light!

Location is good and room rate is cheap.

Convenient and cheap

The air conditioning was not working well, not cold. The hotel provided only One room access key which is not convenient at all . The staffs not able to communicate in English which is not convenient for me to communicate with them in Malay language.

Wide room, comfort bed, nice bed head light, good location near airport, nice n friendly staff (housekeeping).

Room got ants, bathroom door edge broken, old toilet bowl cover, cracked wall, air-cond less cold, without facial products (eg.tooth brush, cottonbud, handsoap, etc...)

Hotel situated in right location within airport reach N ample parking is ideal for guest

Location is great for guest both for parking, leisure, food N minimal shopping.

Lift only up-to Lobby! Need to walk quite a distant to lower level shoplots!
