About this cabin rental

The stunning 24 Karat cabin is a mid-century modern inspired gem!
This one bedroom cabin boasts over 1200 square feet of modern amenities and contemporary decor, well secluded from main roads and other cabins.

The upscale kitchen has white cabinets and blue glass subway tile back splash. Blue barn-doors open into the bathroom and gorgeous bedroom, with king size pillow top mattress, and 50″ flat screen TV. The attached bathroom sports a 7 ft tile shower with a rainfall-waterfall-body shower for a personal spa experience.

Doors lead to the back deck from the living area as well as the bedroom. Walkout onto the 500 square foot deck where you can enjoy the gas fireplace with easy on/off switch, and the multiple person hot tub. There is a bistro table and gas ceramic top griddle (propane provided) for enjoying a meal outdoors. On the gravel yard there is a circle fire pit for enjoyment of a wood fire while roasting marshmallows or viewing the stars.

A circle driveway allows for easy access for towing boats or other water craft. The family room has a beautiful queen size sofa bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress, so the cabin sleeps 4.

PETS:
We are dog friendly, but require a $50 per pet fee - limit 2 and dogs must be under 75lbs. Contact us about bigger dogs. NO CATS.

Dogs are strictly forbidden from being on bedding and furniture, and must be crated at all times when left alone in the cabin.

There are two crates there in the bedroom closet (one small and one large) so you'd just need bring your dogs favorite bedding or blanket for the crates.

Any pet damages, mess or clean up resulting from the pet may result in an additional charge or cleaning fee.

We have a one camera on the property facing the driveway, that allows us to monitor for safety and security, and it also allows us to monitor for guests that decide to bring pets without notifying us.

HOT TUB:
1) Hot Tubs are drained and cleaned prior to each arrival and chemicals are added.
2) These cups of chlorine are provided for each night of your stay after the first night. Just empty into the tub and turn on the jets for a couple of minutes to circulate before you get in.
3) Please check the hot tub upon arrival and report any problems you may see.
4) The ONLY buttons you need to push are the Jets and possibly the lights button.
5) If the hot tub gets dirty and we are asked to come and drain and clean the tub, we will charge you $50 each time.
6) DO NOT put any bubbles, oils, etc in the hot tub.

24 Karat is beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice! The kitchen is to die for! My little family enjoyed the large outside deck as well as the hot tub! We also enjoyed some late night shuffle board tourneys! The wildlife was amazing so many deer and babies all around the property early in the morning they would be right next to the cabin finding their breakfast. This cabin is in a great location not far from anything as well as secluded. It’s beautiful, my little family will definitely be renting again.

My husband and I needed a nice weekend away and this fit the bill! Sean, the manager, was helpful and prompt. We the woke up everyday to deer eating outside which was so sweet. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. The shower was so nice! Shuffle board and the arcade game was a nice touch. The rest of the cabin was clean apart from the vent hood in the kitchen. The house had everything you needed except tissues. The only thing I’d say is bring an extra roll of toilet paper if you’re staying 3+ days and also tissues. The bed was comfy but a tip would be to bring an eye shade because the sun comes right through the top windows straight to where you’re sleeping. Other than that we had an amazing stay and would love to go back.

We had a great time in Hochatown. I highly recommend the 24 Karat Cabin for anyone looking for a beautiful and fun escape from the city life. The cabin is very well kept and the scenery is lovely. Sean was an excellent host and immediately responded to all our questions. 5-stars all around. We will definitely be booking another trip in October.

Very nice, clean, easy checkin process. Great communication. Only thing I would recommend is a few kid board games would be nice, and a pizza cutter. :) Everything else you could or would need is provided at the cabin which was perfect :) So happy there was a washer and dryer provided and detergent as well as napkins and any other kitchen ware you could possibly need. Definitely would recommend this cabin and will definitely be back:) Thank you. Very happy customer. :)

What a beautiful cabin,from the modern finishes and decor to the peaceful setting. Everything thing you need is there,just bring food and personal belongings and you will be comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer than just a weekend retreat and we will be back. There was even a dog bowls for our four legged friend.

My friend & I went for a 3 day/2 night girls getaway. The cabin is very roomy & the pictures do not do the cabin justice - it looks even better in person. The size is nice, but we agreed that it would be best suited for 2 adults & two kids, as opposed to 4 adults staying there. This is due to there being only one bathroom, but if you’re okay with that, this could be an awesome choice. We had trouble figuring out the shower & thought it was broken. We made a quick call to Sean, the owner, & he was very cordial & helpful. We were able to resolve the issue, thanks to his gracious help. The hot tub was ready to go when we arrived & plenty hot! We visited, ate, laughed & had a great time; we would suggest this property to anyone looking for a nice getaway in a great location. And, we would definitely stay there again!

I am not sure where I begin. This place was amazing! It was very well kept outside. Inside was gorgeous! Very clean! Bed was very comfortable! Oh and that bathroom was to die for! My wife and I had a great time at the 24 Karat Cabin. This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed and the amenities were great and thoughtful (chargers on lamps, coffee in cabinet, towels for hot tub next to door etc). The location is great, you are just right outside of town but far enough away to feel secluded and see deer. Our only complaint was that the bed and pillows were too soft, but that is just personal preference. We would definitely stay here again.
