After arriving in the master there was blood on the comforter. In the bathroom there was blood on switch plate and going into living room looked like bloods on the wall in finger prints. And the floor thru out the condo were cracked or loose.

The location was great
I was unable to gain access to parking was not provided entry code to gate. A three night stay with one trash bag and expected to purchase more from a local retailer why would I buy a 10 count box of trash bags when an extra one could’ve been left in bottom of can

The location and views of the bay were magnificent! There is a crosswalk to access the beach across the street. The condo was very nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a family of 5. Everyone we encountered during our stay were very friendly.
Floor was dirty. Balcony floor was dirty and the patio furniture was rusty and deteriorating at the bottom. The sectional in the living room was worn out. The patio door in the living room was bolted shut. So you have to go through the bedroom to get to the balcony. Our entry code to get in the condo parking lot stop working the second day we were there. And it took Vacasa, HOA, and software tech over an HOUR to get us a working code. We were beyond frustrated and upset. The HOA lady did call and apologize. Later that evening the same incident happened with another guest. Give codes that work the ENTIRE stay. And screenshot your registration receipt because I had to email mine to Vacasa to prove I had registered for the entire stay since my code stopped working the second day. It was a big inconvenience for me and my family to sit in a hot vehicle trying code after code that Vacasa was sending and telling me over the phone, in which none worked.

The location was great and the view of sunset off balcony was perfect.

The front door didn’t lock unless you use the dead bolt when you are inside and not going out. The door didn’t even close like you can easily just push the door open without having to punch in the door code which was very unsafe. And some of the furniture is coming apart like the dining room chairs the back part came undone when we leaned back into the chair.

could put cushions on the dining room and patio chairs

Could not get tvs to operate, wall sockets were taped in, or pressed back in wall.

Very comfortable and good layout, and also beautiful view off balcony. The location is amazing with plenty to do within close driving range, like The Wharf and Flora-Bama.
Mainly there wasn't a coffee maker as advertised and I had to call twice to get one for our 2nd morning, no coffee maker first night, had to buy 2 cups of coffee from store Friday night to heat in microwave Saturday morning. Had no idea where parking passes were till after we got a warning ticket Saturday morning for no pass and parking less than a foot in fire lane next to handicap spot because of a truck parked on the blue handicap line forcing us to park over line (he had no warning), and I called about the warning and finally was told passes were on top of the refrigerator (that was very dusty by the way), but should have been laid out on counter for us. Place could use a little TLC as in some paint peeling and ceiling peeling mainly in bathrooms. Also, I gave a low rating on staff because there was no staff, but the phone support personnel were all amazing, BUT other than those issues we had an amazing stay and will stay again if ever in that area. Oh ya, one more thing, your handicap spots (at least one by main entrance) are not wide enough.

The decorations were nice, beds clean and comfortable, plenty of towels and wash cloths. Great view of the back bay. Fun watching the boats come in.
Can’t think of anything….maybe touch up painting in bedrooms and bathroom ceiling.

The condo was exceptionally clean & loved the view off the balcony. All was quiet & peaceful except the workers on the roof until Thursday evening…..
Peace & quiet ended late Thursday evening when all these people started moving in. Kids outside by pier playing ball & hollering, lots of boats on water Friday playing loud music so by Saturday evening we left for home!!!

Was clean and spacious
I called the first day there for the WiFi codes wasn’t working and I’m a full time student online and they said they would get someone out, never did. They say your allowed two parking spaces so we brought two cars and they tried to charge us for the second parking pass.

The location was very nice good beach access
Place needed a little TLC
