Beautiful surroundings, Great room, bed & shower! Müco went out of his way to organise taxi, welcome us at late arrival and accommodate us for later check-out as well! Super friendly
Breakfast was still good, but one omlete
(just egg no filling )to share was cheeky so portion size not value for money

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good location

The staff was incredibly helpful, assisting with taxi and tour arrangements, even beyond their usual duties.
The hotel, a genuine old Greek house converted into a hotel, boasts quiet ambiance, beautiful design, and well-maintained rooms that are clean and spacious.
Its location in the quiet, picturesque town of Mustafapasa is excellent. Rich with history and beautifully preserved Greek-style houses now turned hotels, the town has numerous friendly shops and restaurants. There’s no hassle, and everyone seems genuinely happy. Plus, it’s an easy drive to major tourist spots

Very clean, well behaved and friendly staff. Urgup centre is just 10 mins drive from here. Highly recommended.

This is a fine hotel located in Mustafapasa/Sinasos. The village offers a unique view, surrounded with typical Greek stone-carved-mansion architecture. It is pretty quiet at night, but restaurants are in close proximity. The hotel also offers amazing breakfast in the morning.
The room itself is very clean, and the bed is comfortable. The service and attention to detail in the room are impressive. All staff were always happy to help, and everyone was very hospitable. I really like the swing outside my room, it was a nice touch. There is also a rooftop where you can see views of surrounding structures in town.

room was a bit small so I wish we had paid for the larger room.

Service is fantastic! It’s clean, nice smaller place so easy to get around, park and walk around.

The property was intimate and area not in touristy part of the region so easy to get around town. Breakfast was fantastic.

Staff is absolutely welcoming and friendly. They try to do their utmost to accommodate your requests. The hotel, by itself is very nice, built like a mix of ancient roman and Greek villa. Breakfast is just great.
Very little space in the double room. Literally nowhere to put your suitcase.

excellent service , good breakfast
You need to ask every day for the room to be cleaned, otherwise they won’t clean it

Everything was spectacular, the room was tidy and clean. The rooms are well maintained and has everything you would need. The management is exceptional, and they go an extra mile to provide you comfort. Hakkan and Rana were super accomodating. Rana tended to all our needs and provided any extra things required.

I spent with my father and kids 4 nights in Aug'22, taking 2 separate rooms. The hotel is small and cosy, apparently freshly built, with very good interior design and touches, with the equipment and furniture of excellent quality - all up to (or even above) our expectations based on the description. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was rich. The location, a little town of Mustafapasa, was a good choice too. It's not very far (15-20 min by car) from all the attractions/sightseeings, but it's absolutely better than the dirty and overcrowded town of Goreme. There're plenty of good restaurants in 3-5 min walking distance.
Sound insulation could be a bit better as the other guests may wake up early to see or ride the balloons and thus make noise; people with sensible sleep can also be woken up by the street dogs or night prayers. Would be good to have more day-to-day variations for the breakfast. The level of English for the hotel staff can be improved.

A very beautiful and clean boutique hotel located in one of the nicest villages in Cappadoci. The breakfast was really good. location allowed us to walk easily around the village to enjoy the serene sights. The owner and the manager Hakan were extremely kind and welcomed us like family members. it was unbelievable how kind and nice everyone was and how they were willing to help us on every occasion. Definitely it will be one of the most memorable places we have ever been, with people whom their kindness will always stay with us for the rest of lives.

The owner is such a great guy, speaks english well and has a spotless location. Great hospitality and nothing to complain about.

A hotel that makes you feel like you are in Cappadocia, completely suitable for this texture. they serve a great Turkish breakfast. It's a very clean place and they have very friendly staff

Staff were lovely, breakfast great. Good location if you are traveling through Turkey and need to stop somewhere on the way.
Walls are paper thin and you can hear TV and conversation from neighboring rooms (staff dealt with this at 1am, very nicely - thank you).
The room was clean but I rated it poor because the smell of smoke was in everything - the carpet, the curtains, the bed linen - if you smoke it's okay, if you don't smoke, you might feel sick, which was my case, so it affected the rest of my rating. Too bad, because otherwise it's a good place to stop while traveling through Turkey.

Hey guys this is a great boutique hotel. You live Cappadocia when you stay here. In addition to this, you get the service you get in 5 star hotels.
Go to these warm blooded people
The prices are also unbelievably affordable. Also, they made such a plan for us that I visited all of Cappadocia in 2 days and enjoyed it.
nothing I can say I didn’t like, great hospitality, great people. I felt so comfortable

On our arrival to the hotel, we were greeted by the hotel manager and he gave us a free tour of the surroundings, including the monastery and some fairy chimneys. The rooms were like from a movie set, with perfect design and very clean. Our breakfast (the first time I ever liked a hotel breakfast) was restaurant style, and included all traditional Turkish breakfast items. The rooms were extremely comfortable and quiet, I do not remember when was the last time I ever slept that good. The hospitality of the staff, friendliness and their information on the region and history is extraordinary. I have never stayed at such a nice hotel in my life. I think other hotels should take special training from this hotel about how hotels should treat their customers.
Nothing... Everything was perfect.

Brand new hotel in a small city without crowds of tourists. 10-20 minutes by car to the most visited places. In a nutshell regarding location - probably the best in the region. Shortly about hotel - new, clean, good breakfast. But the most important thing is hospitality of Hakan and Fatih who are ready to help with any question even far away from the hotel at any time. This place became our home in Cappadocia.

The hospitality of the hotel staff exceeded any expectations I would ever have. Completely amazing. The breakfast was custom for us and it was plentyyy! Lovely stay.
The toilet was very basic & small and didn't have much of the luxury as the room did.

Sinasos is an exclusive place with a sence of luxury in every aspect. Believe me, I have seen many 5 star hotels, but this place will stay in my heart.
It is a perfect combination of comfort and privacy, away from turist hords, but close to the must-see places
If You are planning a trip to Kappadokya and see a vacant room in Sinasos Star hotel - don't hesitate to grab it, it is worth every penny.
Special thanks to the hosts - they took care of everything, from a late nite dinner to a reservation of a place for a baloon flight.
Highly recommended !!!
Nothing to complain about... not this time

The staff was PHENOMENAL! Hakan , the GM, and Fatih went above and beyond with ALL ASPECTS of our stay. From arranging transportation, assisting us with laundry, getting us food after a late night arrival, creating incredible breakfasts/cappuccinos every morning, providing us with water each time we left the hotel and great restaurant recommendations (and reservations) we felt we were treated like royalty. Our stay in Mustafapasa was so relaxing we didn’t want to leave. This hotel is a JEWEL…and affordable! Rick Steves, how could you have missed placing this property in your guidebook?
We had issues with Wifi; multiple devices had problems w/ connections but the property was looking in to that.
