Just stayed one night, it was nice and quiet.

The room was immaculate! They even put out complimentary coffee. It was close enough to Nashville and Franklin for day trips. My son really enjoyed fishing in the creek.

A really cute place. Two beds, a kitchen table, a sofa and recliner facing a large screen tv (we never used it) and a good sized bathroom. Plenty of room for the two of us! The grounds are beautiful - we walked them when we were home before dark. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. We spent our days in Nashville and our nights in a quiet place. It really felt like home!

All the easy of access of a more "urban" spot but the beauty of nature. We really enjoyed the wildlife and the creek access after long days of soccer games.

This cute quaint little lower level guest suite was just the right size with all the right accommodations. It has such an open feel to the layout. Everything you need is just right within reach. The owners were very thoughtful in their planning. And they were always quick to respond to any question/request. We’ve actually stayed here twice on our trips to Nolensville and will definitely choose it again if we’re ever back this way. It is such a nice area to nearby Nashville.

We had a great stay at this property! Very clean and the property was just as listed. Beds were comfortable. It was a great/convenient location right outside of Nashville. The owners were very sweet, we ended up meeting both of them. They were very quick to respond to messages to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

This is one of the most spiritual and peaceful properties I have had the joy to visit, literally. Beautiful trees, landscape, deer, flowers, creek and sweet bridge.
The hosts are beyond friendly and helpful. The tv remote wasn’t working, they had it replaced in less than 24 hrs.
Once you cross the sweet bridge you leave the busy road ways and noise and enter into a soft welcoming retreat.
I normally choose camping in the woods but needed to be closer to town and this place did not disappoint. I was welcome by lightening bugs galore. I rose at 4:51 to witness the colorful sunrise and have a wonderful prayer time on a chair not covered in dew. As the day progressed I popped up my hammock on the deck and enjoyed the birds and dragon flies and the wind in the trees and took a small hike. The next morning I strolled the property at sunrise and saw the deer and literally stopped to smell the flowers.
The suite was fresh smelling, very clean and comfortable. It felt like I was home. Loved the coffee pot and the fridge. Water for pot, disposable cups and utensils provided. Bring your favorite mug for coffee. Comfy bed. Nice big shower. Soft, comfy reclining furniture.
All around this was a great space for me alone. I felt completely safe and welcomed. It would also be plenty of space for four people. The Connors are great hosts. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

I had never booked a VRBO in the past. Amy called me right away. Another person had rented a minute before me. After a few hours, she let me know it was ours. Amy left me a very nice card and gift to pamper myself after a long drive. The apartment was very clean. Decorated very nice. The beds were comfortable. They have to keep dehumidifiers going all the time. The room stayed nice and cool considering it was 91+ outside. They had a washer, but it was out of service. No problem. After a few days the humidifiers needed to be dumped. My husband knew how. Very simple and took care of it. I let them know we did. The room had everything we needed. In the description of amenities, it explains what they provide. Amy and Shane are very nice Christian people. They live in the house next door. We had people staying in the upper apartment. You can hear them walk around, but no different than a hotel. They have quiet hours from 9p to 9a. Their property is beautiful. Far enough off the road you don't realize you are close to the city. Me and my husband enjoyed sitting outside and watching the deer and rabbits play. It was like being at home in VA. We briefly met Shane and Amy, which was nice. They have dogs, but they didn't bark a lot like some reviews. We have a German Shepard so we are used to dogs being dogs. I highly recommend Amy and Shane. I will definitely rent from them again. Thank you both so much for making our experience and enjoyable one. God Bless You Both!

Wonderful people, I got this B&B for my son and his wife during the holidays, and there was an accident there while we were saying owners were super understanding we took care of it completely… But you don’t always find people like the Conley’s. Highly recommend this property.

Property grounds were pretty. Owner is next door with dog kennels, but I only heard the dogs when I saw owner around the kennel. They were quiet at night. The place is one large room with a couch, chair and small eating table. Beds were real comfy. We were attending a 2 day musical festival so we were only there to sleep. There is no kitchen, which is as described. There is a microwave and small fridge but no freezer, Krureg and the owner provided 2 gallon jugs of water. But no ice or running water other than the bathroom sink was not ideal. For instance I rinsed my coffee travel mug in the shower. And we there was 1 paper plate and 2 plastic spoons. Again, nothing was misrepresented, the owners communicated well, the area is lovely, place was clean and beds were good, but when you think of eating there, think of a hotel room.

It was a great location, away from the hustle and bustle ,but easily accessible to it all.

A slice of paradise in the Nashville country
Stayed here with my son for 4 days for a soccer competition in July. So much better than a hotel, so quiet and peaceful. The setting is bucolic and serene. The downstairs suite stayed cool even when it was boiling outside. Shane was generous to spend time introducing us to his Alaskan Huskies and the surrounding land.
To set expectations, understand that there isn't a kitchen, which worked fine for us. Secondly, there might be visitors who stay above in the upstairs portion of the house. You may check with Shane to see if that's the case during your stay. We heard their steps and muffled voices but nothing that bothered us.
Overall, a great experience and would stay again next year if we end up coming up again!

Perfect location if you do not want to stay in Nashville, but want convenience. Beautiful property.

This locale worked well for us in Nashville
The location was everything it was advertised to be. If you wanna be picky, I could mention the large spider on our bed, a few mouse turds, and noise from upstairs, but we were nestled near beautiful nature, and it was a lower level rental.

Nice and peaceful
A quiet place not too far from Nashville. I spent two weeks here, working remotely from the property, no problems whatsoever. Great selection of restaurants within 10 minutes drive. The host communication is great and response time is quick. Thank you for a great stay!

Quiet, affordable stay
Shane and Amy were friendly and accommodating during our stay. They were prompt to respond to messages as well. The location is outside of Nashville so you’re not in the hustle and bustle but it’s not a far drive at all! My only complaint is that we were able to hear tenants on the upper level during our stay. I would book again!

Clean and cozy!
The communication between Amy and I was immediate... And after my son's wedding I wanted to stay an extra day and visit with him and his new bride and and they were very accommodating with the change in plans!

Family trip
The space was just as described. Very clean. Our host was quick to respond and great with communication. The space is more suitable for two people versus a family of 4 since it's a loft setup but the location made it worth the stay.

Privacy, Quiet and Idyllic
We were so pleased to find this rental only 10 minutes from our family in Nashville and so close to conveniences. We were even more surprised when we realized what a private country setting it was located in and oh the comfy beds!
Hosts were very communicative and so nice...telling us where we could explore the trails!

Cutest place to stay
Beautiful property and set off the road so it was quiet. Would have been nice to have a kitchen but comfy despite the bitter cold.
