Welcome to our families newest edition and fourth home in the Naples Park subdivision. This three bedroom, two full bath pool home is the third home in on 107th ave in the 500 block. It is a .6 mile walk or 5 minute bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park. This house features a brand new salt water swimming pool and huge hot tub. Massive screened in lanai and extended pool deck for plenty of outdoor lounging. Outdoor shower. Private fenced in yard. The house has been updated with a new tin roof, new hurricane windows and doors, new kitchen cabinets, and new air conditioning system.

The interior boasts an open and spacious living area with several comfortable sofa options, large flat screen TV, Large slider to pool deck, and a beautiful kitchen with granite counter-tops, hardwood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances offering both a breakfast bar, a dining table and the pleasure to also enjoy your meals on the outside screened in lanai.

3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a King bed in the master suite with a walk in closet, private slider to pool deck. A Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and two Twins in the 3rd giving you options to help plan your vacation. The home is abundantly appointed with everything you could think of such as new linens, mattresses, toweling and bedding, wireless high speed internet, cable TV, and BBQ grill all included for your enjoyment. Just unpack your bags. The garage also includes 6 free Cruiser bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, toys, and coolers to use when going to the Beach.

An amazing getaway for our family. The kids loved playing in the pool and hot tub and relaxing in the lanai. Fantastic location Vanderbilt Beach is only three minutes away by car. We also loved how close the Mercato was with excellent restaurants and great ice cream at Kilwins. Chris was quick to respond with any questions or recommendations we had. Would definitely stay again.

The house is located in a perfect area for us and it is a ranch house. We have our daughter, son in law and 6 month old granddaughter in the area so location is perfect.

It was exactly as described and a perfect house for our family. We enjoyed the extra amenities: high chair, beach chairs, beach umbrella, extra towels, lovely pool, and closeness to the beach.

The house was clean and we spent a lot of time relaxing around the pool and spa! The beds were a little hard for our liking, but none of us are back sleepers so softer is just our preference. Otherwise the house was exactly as presented in the listing, we had a great time!

Everything was fantastic with this house. The beach was an easy walk. Having everything needed for the beach was great. The pool and Hot tub were wonderful. Even though the at night it cooled off the pool worked. I hope to stay at this property again someday.

House was perfect for family of four with two teen girls. Pool & hot tub were amazing. House was spotless & beds were comfortable. Showers had shampoo, conditioner & body wash dispensers. Plenty of bath & beach towels. Loved the outside table & grill. House was walkable to several stores (Walmart, Trader Joe’s) & restaurants. Beach was just under one mile walk through a lovely park. Access to bikes was a huge benefit. Kitchen was well stocked with whatever we needed. Beach was perfect, clean, calm & not crowded. Any questions we had were very quickly answered. Would 💯 stay again.

The property was in good condition and communication with the rental manager was prompt. The kitchen was well stocked and instructions for check out were clear. One suggestion for improvement would be to update some of the towels in the bathrooms. The towels in the primary bedroom suite especially were thin and worn.

Everything was great and just as described. Lots of nice touches - paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soaps, even laundry detergent and fabric softener. Very clean house with a fantastic covered pool. Lots a pool toys for the kiddies. There were lots of beach chairs and several beach umbrellas. Chris was great, and communication and check-in were seamless. I have no hesitation recommending this house for your vacation!!

This was a spacious, well kept home with a great pool/hot tub. We spent many hours in the pool and relaxing at the beach just a few minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet yet still very close to stores and restaurants. The hosts provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach supplies to use during the stay which were incredibly convenient to have. Chris also was quick to respond and very accommodating. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and we would return if we were in the area.

We rented this Lovely house for 3 months from Feb through April. it exceeded our expectations. Clean, well equipped, spacious with fabulous salt water pool and hot tub. Located close to Vanderbilt Beach, restaurants and shops, we took advantage of all the amenities and all that Naples had to offer. Property manager and owners were attentive and responsive but never intrusive. House has 3 bedrooms, allowing us to have family and friends visit at different times during our stay. Neighborhood is quiet. Mockingbirds and doves entertained us during the day. we loved it so much we hope to rent it again next year.

House, pool and spa all very clean and very well maintained. Very responsive host. Open floor plan is a huge plus that just works for groups. Love the neighborhood and convenience it offers.... 5 minutes to the beach. We put the provided beach chairs and pool floats to good use. Highly recommend the spa heat upgrade... sooo nice to soak at the end of the day. All in all.. we highly recommended and will be staying here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at what my kids call "The Blue House". This house is perfectly located to shops, restaurants, and best of all THE BEACH! (2 streets over) It's in a beautiful and safe area! It is a quiet neighborhood which made it nice for my little ones to get to bed at their regular scheduled time with no disruptions. We even stayed fourth of July night and fireworks were over by 11p.m. It truly is a home away from home! From a mom standpoint, I loved that they had a ton of towels for the whole family, all the beach chairs, toys, beach cart, cooler, pool floats, and even more simple items like paper towel, laundry detergent, etc. It made it feel like everything you needed was there! My families favorite part though was the POOL. It truly is beautiful and big!!! We were able to make a lot of fun memories in this house and we will stay here again without hesitation!

This rental has it all!! It’s comfortable, clean, close to amenities and has everything you will need for your stay. The furniture in this place is the most comfortable I’ve ever sat on!! The beds are also very comfortable, we slept great!! The pool and spa tub are so nice!! The rental house was very clean!! Has bikes on the garage, beach chairs and umbrellas, it’s a very short drive, like 4-5 mins to Vanderbilt beach. There isn’t anything we didn’t like about our stay in the rental, we would love to stay here again!!

This is the best VRBO home we have rented, immaculately clean presented with loads of space for 4 adults and 2 children. Fantastic pool area with optional heating surcharge. Loads of beach stuff and pool toys in the garage. Large master suite, double bedroom and twin room. Full kitchen. Fast Wifi and large TV. Great communication with hosts, John and Chris. Great location minutes by car from Delnor Wiggins state park or a short 20 minute walk. Great restaurants and food shopping all within 10 minutes drive. We would definitely stay here again next time we head for Naples.
