We had a great time and loved this condo. The views were amazing! The condo was very clean and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. The location was great. We enjoyed even just sitting at the pool just watching the boats go by. We also used Osteen beach and norriego point beaches which were fun for our kids who enjoyed snorkeling and trading off on a jet ski that we rented. We had a great time and hated to leave! Would definitely like to stay here again.

This condo was outstanding! Very well equipped with amazing views! The location is fantastic and close to everything. Leave everything at home because it’s all there for you! Everything you need for the beach including toys for the kiddos, Beach cart, umbrellas, chairs…you name it! This place is unbelievably decorated. The staff of the complex, Marco and Rick were great too. They lent us tennis rackets for the courts and also had corn hole boards ( but we brought our own). They even have carts to help you load and unload. If there is a downside, it would be the resident owners police this place and are very vocal about following the rules…however they were polite in doing so. I’d highly recommend and would definitely return to Sunny Dippin!

We stayed for a few days with our toddler daughters. It was a perfect get away. Plenty for them to do, condo is beautiful, and property is clean and well managed.

Stayed here with my husband and 3 kids. Very spacious and beautiful condo, each kid had their own room! The view is beautiful. Very quiet complex, hardly saw another person the whole time we were there. The host texted to check in and make sure check in and everything went well. My family comes down to Destin almost every year and this is by far the best condo we have stayed in and will definitely be booking here again!

I typically don’t write reviews, but the experience was so good I had to write one. As so many others have said, Megan was an incredibly attentive host. She texted me five minutes after check in to make sure everything looked good, and sent a few follow up texts through the week to make sure everything was good and ask if I had any questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, and hope to make this property a yearly visit. The view was amazing, the unit was perfect for us, and the property itself was not busy, and offered a good amount of privacy.
10/10 all around. Thanks for an amazing experience!!

We absolutely loved this place! Private beach was great! The view was spectacular❤️ We felt like we were in paradise! We caught so many fish right on the private beach! Perfect for adults that need quiet time. Condo was equipped with everything you would need! Very quiet and peaceful! We will be back!

I don’t know where to begin! First, Megan was an amazing host. She made sure we knew everything about the condo, and everything about the area. The condo itself was fantastic! It was brand new inside! Amazingly clean, well-appointed, but also felt like our home. The little touches stood out to us. In addition to regular amenities, she provided 8 beach towels, more than 8 beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, a beach cart, books to read and family games. We also noticed there was every appliance or gadget you could ever want, plus spices and even some Keurig coffee. Beds were amazingly comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our group of 6 to move around. The balcony was a dream. She had 8 chairs/table sets, plus a lounger. The location? Right above the pool!
If you want to stay in Destin, I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful condo, just as shown. The water view and sunsets were gorgeous. We had six adults in our group (our daughters and spouses) and loved having four bedrooms. The condo was very spacious for us to all be together. The condo had everything you would need plus things you didn't know you may need. We would definitely stay here again.

The view was spectacular. We were close to everything: activities, music, fireworks, shopping. This is a very clean and quiet neighborhood. We felt safe with our girls walking to the beach, exercise room and pool. We will definitely stay again. The owner offers extremely easy check-in/out process.

This was a great spot for a girls' trip. Double sinks in both bathrooms, comfortable beds, enough seating for all in the living room, in close proximity to other destinations. Not too crowded, safe. Please note trash bags and laundry detergent are not provided. Would recommend! Megan was delightful!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was more beautiful and roomy than it looked on the pictures. Megan checked in with us before we even arrived to make sure we knew how to locate everything. Even though it was cold and windy for the first few days, we enjoyed seeing dolphins outside our window every day. Beautiful condo, great location, and easy people to work with.

I’m BIG on cleanliness and this property did NOT disappoint. It smelled great as soon as you opened the door, when you picked up a towel, and each bed & bathroom was so clean and inviting. Way to Go Cleaning Crew!! I enjoyed reading the cute little book containing other visitors’ responses about their stay and to see that people has visited Sunny Dippin from all over the states.

We loved the condo. The pictures you posted weee nice but not as good as the real thing. The condo was hands down the most beautiful one that we have stayed at since we have been vacationing in Destin. The location was incredible and so easy to to get to all the to eat and shop. This is our second time staying here but with different owners.
We absolutely loved everything about it! Megan was so sweet and very easy to get a hold of. We brought down our friends pontoon boat and was able to keep it across the street at their boat slip. It was so easy to jump in the boat and go.
The condo was beautiful and accommodated us all. Would highly recommend! We will be back!

This condo was perfect for us. The perfect size for 2 families (total of 8 people). We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and at night. The kids loved the harbor, swimming and finding hermit crabs. Just a short drive to everything. We will definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect in the condo, clean and very comfortable.

This condo was not only well decorated and so spacious, but had everything you needed! It is in a quiet location and you can enjoy the views of the ocean from the front porch. If you have a boat, this is an ideal location as it is an easy in/out. The destin water taxi allows you to quickly get to all the restaurants in the harbor. Would definitely stay here again!

PERFECT! Beautiful, immaculate accommodations, beautiful views. Great parking. Sooooo many terrific amenities. I think we over packed. We felt like we were on a pampered vacation the moment we arrived. The staff on site were so friendly. Devin and Megan kept me informed. Communication was terrific. So close to all the fun adventures. Watching fireworks from the deck or the private beachwas fun. The pool was Amazing. Please visit Sunny Dippin! You will not be disappointed! Amazing Property!
We had the BEST time on our vacation last week! Megan was fantastic with communicating with us and checking in on us throughout our stay. We’ve never stayed at a more accommodating place- fully stocked kitchen, night lights, stroller, pack & play, fans, magnetic wall in the kids’ room, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, couch blankets… you name it! We’ve found our new favorite place! The pool was so convenient, and the beach area was so close! Really a perfect place for all ages!

Best place to stay in Destin!!!
This property was amazing and exactly what we were looking for!!! Awesome views of the waterway, jetty, and a bonus, fireworks by the bridge. The condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed to include beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach wagon. Our favorite time was sitting out on the balcony in the morning, drinking our coffee and watching the boats head out for the day. Location is excellent to every place we wanted to go.

We had an amazing experience. Everything was perfect. Even with the rainy weather we had a great time. Megan was available if we needed her. She made sure we were ok. The location was great. Having the private beach was awesome. We will definitely stay here again.
