Everything was just as described! Plenty of room, stocked kitchen and nice deck! Close to ski resorts. Perfect location for our family weekend!

The overall stay was great. It had more than enough room to sleep.

This was a good house for a family of 6 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with more items than you often find at short-term rentals. It was good for cooking meals. The house only has baseboard heaters in the bedrooms and only a wall gas furnace in the living room. The heat was not on when we arrive to snow and a windchill of 19 so it was very cold in the house for several hours. The baseboard heat did not warm up in one of the bedrooms so I contacted rental manager and was told to check circuit breakers. After reporting breakers were on I was told "the heaters had been working and it is cold outside." There should have been some follow-up about the heat not working in one of the bedrooms but even with that issue it was a nice house for a family gathering.

On top of Beech Mtn!!! Clean and spacious, downstairs offers a large playroom with two bedrooms and bath.

We stayed here for a family getaway/birthday. All as advertised. If in the area again, will try to book.

House was perfect for us. Plenty of space. Nice and secluded. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate with us, but we still enjoyed our stay.
4.7
We rented the house as a last minute Mothers Day weekend for myself, husband, 9yr daughter, 25 yr son, my Mom & stepdad and it was perfect. There was one bedroom that we didn’t use so we could have fit at least 3 more. The house was clean, super easy check in & out process and was close to a lot of day activities we could do😁
4.7
It was a nice place for us to stay. There were 10 of us in 3 families. The pictures were accurate except the table on the deck. Large fenced in yard with a fire pit is nice too!

We had two families for a total of 10. All the beds were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the spiral staircase. The heated bathrooms served dual purpose. They keep you warm while showering and are great for drying ski clothes. If they were to get snow of any kind you would need a four wheel drive or wait for the roads to cleared. The kitchen is totally remodeled but is tight with more than two people in it. The hall bathroom had an odor but we let the property manager know and a plumber was sent. The fire place works well but the screen needs some TLC and the dryer takes a bit longer to dry clothes. The property manager is responsive. We had a delay at check out and she was able to accommodate us. The check out process was easy and straight forward. We had a great stay…

First impression was sad! Leaves were soooo deep on the deck, all it would have taken was a leaf blower to make it more inviting on the day of arrival! But the house was spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Family Reunion
Great house at Beech Mountain! This house was very clean and comfortable for my family, easily hosting 7 adults.

Snowy Weekend
Our rental home met all expectations...plenty of room, comfortable beds, and well supplied kitchen. Along with the amenities and great location, we received 23 inches of beautiful fluffy snow. The owners were wonderfully accommodating when the winter storm snowed us in. We had to stay an extra day because of the storm...thank you.

Our family of 10 fit comfortably and had a great time in the area. Probably best to visit in summer so you can utilize the outdoor areas more. Host was super responsive :)

Very nice rental. A bit overpriced with the management and cleaning fees

No words can illustrate our stay… ran out of toilet paper the day we moved in, ran out dishwasher liquid after one day, the heater downstairs made the upper rooms hotter than hell(even when on the lowest setting), contact person unable to communicate by phone because voicemail full couldn’t leave message, and the list goes on and on. Don’t recommend if you want a nice vacation.

Property was amazing. Loved the layout. Enjoyed the location right at the slopes. We went Zipline in Tennessee about 45 minutes away. Great experience. Plenty of space for adults of 7. No bears, but Waking up to a family of deers walking in the backyard was a plus! Grill was not working at the time but owner tried to resolve issue. Great scenery definitely recommend

Great house, lots of space, with a surprising amount of supplies ready to go!
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean when we arrived and we had excellent communication from evolve and the owners. We were pleasantly surprised by how many supplies were provided - from a full set of keurig cups, to dishwasher packs and laundry detergent, as well as toilet paper and cooking spices. Often times you have enough for a day, but we had enough for almost the whole stay which was so nice. There are so many beds and rooms and options for sleeping. We didn't make use of the fire pit, which was a miss on our part. It's a great set up in the back yard. Lots of heat for cold days and plenty of tvs to keep littles entertained so the grown ups could enjoy each other :). A couple of notes - bring firewood if you want to have a fire inside or out, and know that as you approach mid-march (Florida spring break) a lot of things in the area shut down or have very limited hours (like weekend only). Thanks for a great stay!

We had a few problems. The bathroom toilet was broken, shower nozzle was loose, there was food left on the grill, and towels and sheets were left in the dryers. These bathroom problems caused a lot of problems with the bathrooms not being fully functional.

Chris was super attentive with our stay. The house has plenty of room and beds to sleep. The kitchen is well stocked for a rental with even spices and zip locks (not always the case in rentals). The refrigerator had waters so that was a bonus. We sat on the deck every night where there are two sitting areas, one to eat and one with a fire pit. The separate downstairs is like having a second living area with another sitting area and mini-fridge, while the upstairs from the main floor is mostly for sleeping. The bathrooms have pretty much been updated. Linens and beds were newer and nice. I would recommend this property especially for a larger family.
