Alles war in der Nähe und gut zu Fuss zu erreichen: Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Einkaufen…

Sehr zentral gelegen, Appartement gut eingerichtet, Check-in/Check-out unkompliziert.

Die Wohnung ist eher dunkel, da die Fenster auf den Innenhof gehen.

Nice location and a decent sized apartment but a disappointing experience

The apartment itself was neatly laid out and in a good location

There was an air conditioner and several radiators - it was quite chilly and none of them worked. When we questioned this upon arrival on Friday night we were told that local regulations prohibited the use of air conditioners until 1st May but that we should turn all the radiators up to level 5 and that would make the apartment very hot. Wrong, none of them worked. When I contacted the “virtual” Reception about this on Saturday morning I received no answer and still hadn’t received a reply by the time we left on Monday morning.

A perfect pied a terre in Turin

We liked the location as it was walking distance to Museums, the Po River and restaurants. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Although we never met the owners, our communication was excellent.

A very comfortable and clean apartment in a great location

The apartment was very clean with a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The room overlooked a quiet courtyard so there was no noise. The location was perfect. You could walk everywhere easily. The hosts were attentive and helpful and allowed us to store our bags on the day of departure.

The total lack of responsiveness to fix simple maintenance issues that spoiled a Christmas holiday

The location was central and the bed was comfy

The customer service was practically non existent after we checked in and ignored repeated requests to fix the maintenance issues (very loose toilet seat and trap door hanging open in the bathroom ceiling). The apartment was very dark due to buildings in front and although it was reasonably equipped, it wasn't very inviting. I wasn't impressed that they only proved 2 rolls of toilet paper for the 13 days considering that we paid over €2500

Exceptional

Fabulous location,nicely designed and very comfortable bed and sofa bed.All utensils that you need are available in the apartment. There is a place to wash and dry clothes aswell in the building which is really helpful. Great shower too .The managers are extremely helpful and respond in seconds to any queries. We also were able to benefit from an early check-in which was very much appreciated. It was our second stay here and we will surely be back soon.

Location was amazing and everything was extremely clean.

It was not so calm outside after midnight since the location was in the midde of many bars and restaurants.

Good, but not really as described.

Location is great, walking distance to everything. Supermarket at end of block, which you will need. If you have large luggage and arrive by train call a cab, and when you leave taxi rank is less than a 5 minute walk away to the main square.

Bed is terribly uncomfortable and should be replaced, my husband and I rolled into one another in the middle all night long. There is no coffee machine, it’s a coffee pot. Washing machine is in a shared room and not your own.

public transport is near i would say that location is in city center all necessary appliances and gadgets are included very modern style lights are accessible from bed lady sofa is nice touch, spent all time in it

its worth the money to stay here. place is very clean and secured. it is near the attraction as well, walking distance less than 5 minutes.

Great location- perfect for 2. If you are travelling with a child this is too small.

Fantastic location, close to everything

Crowded- we didn’t have space to relax in the living room as the sofa was turn into single bed. not too clean. I had to was my feet every time, before putting my shoes on.

Great location, so convenient to get around Torino using it as a base, great to also have well insulated doors when facing the street!

The “curtains” in the whole apartment were not acceptable at all, these need to be seriously rethought especially in the bedroom, they simply let too much light in and offer no privacy.
