Food was below any expectations.
Free beer and wine doesn't make it All Inclusive.
No can or bottled sodas.
No free snacks for the kids at the bars.
If the whole hotel wear bracelets, just remove them..
4.5
Nice food.
Good location.
Great athmosphere
We didnt know that only option to play with our 2 years baby is to leave her to the staff and book that in advance.
Only 30 min a day to play with her in playroom

Everything was amazing - facilities, service and location
5.0
The whole atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff were so polite and helpful in every department.
All of them were a credit to your business and I already want to return.
I actually can't think of anything I didn't like

Excellent
My partner was impressed with evening meal buffet
3.5
- Staff were friendly and helpful
- Baby club was a great addition to the experience
- Understaffed - no where near 5* service
- Food is pretty terrible - annoying how the buffet was very average but their restaurants (could only book twice) for all inclusive - seemed unfair after paying loads of money per night
- wouldn't recommend the all inclusive
- overcrowded hotel, could hardly find a lounger which is unacceptable for a 5* hotel.

Breakfast
Not for couples. Too noise

Beautiful rooms and hotel. The view in our family sea room was stunning. Lots of toiletries provided. Great facilities. The main reception and bar was lovely. Location was great. Supermarkets all around and some lovely restaurants in walking distance too. The beach bar is about a 10 minute walk but it is stunning and well worth a trip.
The pool, as mentioned in other reviews, can get busy. We flew in April/May so before peak times and it was busy on some days. There are lots beds but I can imagine it being very busy in summer. It’s a very family hotel. We travelled as a group of friends and had a great time but again I can imagine in summer it would be full of kids which isn’t for everyone. I would come back, but again I would go before or after peak times to avoid too much business and kids.

Very helpful Front Office (special thanks to Hunor!)
Lovely private pools coming with the room as a surprise upgrade. The room was very nice, pureand simple design.

I loved the view and the spa
The room was not clean. The buffet was tasteless. And also the sweets were not even fresh. There was no soundproof on our apartment. We could hear everything from the outside therefore we couldn't sleep and have a good rest. Good place for families terrible for couples.
2.5
the rooms are big and clean
restaurant closes at 9pm, pool closes at 7… gym opens too late and closes too early. it’s like a prison with all the time limits and regulations.

The property was in excellent location with top class facilities, but for us, their buffet was the clincher .It was amazing. We had a breakfast included booking and decided to explore Cypriot and other cuisine for dinner in nearby Tavernas and restaurants. However, after the dinner buffet on our first day, we just stayed on for dinner at the hotel.
Hunor at Reception was very helpful and attentive..
We absolutely enjoyed our stay and look forward to another one of their Resorts soon
The only downside for us was the hotel allowed people to stay chatting g in their outside seating till very late in the night plus music went on past 10.30 -11 . Even with balcony door shut it was very loud.
Maybe they need to change their strategy .
However I must stress the pros out weighed the con I will still stick to my rating.

I loved the size of the room and the balcony outside and also very friendly and helpful staff ☺️

The facilities were great
Some of the staff were not friendly at all
4.5
Room was very luxurious. Breakfast was excellent. Everything was very clean. Location is beautiful.
Restaurants at night need to be booked before 5pm. Only other option is the buffet. There is no room service. Kids club not available to customers who didnt book with Tui. Housekeeper threw away my bag with toiletries. Pool entertainer shouting through the speakers does not let you relax.
