Welcome to our SLEEK 2 BEDROOM / 1 BATH (2 showers) condo that sleeps 6 & overlooks the GUITAR SHAPED POOL! This condo is directly on MUSIC ROW!

* HeiarLivin has OVER 10 properties in the downtown area! We have 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom & 4 bedroom condos, as well as 3 bedroom & 4 bedroom homes that sleep large groups! If you have over 10 guests just let us know & we'll be happy to send you more details of our listings to accommodate your group! We like to book 3 nights on the wkds but just message us & we'll try to work with you!This is our 2 BEDROOM / 1 BATH condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. It was designed & decorated with a very CLEAN, MODERN & SLEEK VIBE! The attention to detail is portrayed throughout the entire place & is truly one of a kind in the building!

MAIN:
The sleek matte black kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all NEW black slate appliances & is stocked with the essentials to cook a small meal if you'd like. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools for plenty of seating. The living room has a very cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy.

BATH:
Matte black floating double sink vanity & DOUBLE GLASS SHOWERS - embrace yourself as we designed two glass showers next to each other to maximize on efficiency in the bathroom!

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

POOL:
Most outdoor pools in Nashville are open May through September, depending on the weather. It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year. Also, due to COVID-19, our pool is open but may change any given time.

PARKING:
Covered parking provided on the premise with the included parking pass. This pass will be on the counter when you arrive & must be on the dash of your vehicle at all times. Additional street parking is available across the street in front of the condo.

Was a described. Very clean. Many amenities to make you feel at home. Location was great. Lots of choices for restaurants/bars within walking distance. Willl definitely book this again.

Loved the bathroom inside outside aspect Good kitchen space Parking was convenient Location was superb The pool looked awesome but we didn’t have time :( Beds & pillows were quite soft but some people like that. Provided many towels but they had a bit of a smell so we felt uneasy to use them.

The unit was as expected. Had a bit of a problem with the Internet, but the host replied promptly, and was able to solve the problem. Location was fantastic. About 1 mile to the middle of town and we were able to park our car and just leave it.

Very comfortable location with an easy walk for your morning coffee and/or to a street of restaurants near Music Row. Easy Uber/Lyft to Broadway, museums, restaurants, etc. Parking is “tight” but available underneath the building. Great stay and thoroughly enjoyed the 2 bedroom, 1 large bath set-up.

Location was perfect. Just a short Uber drive to Broadway. Music row was a slower pace with good food and drinks within walking distance. Lots of recording studios in the area and we actually met Heath Warren. Would definitely stay again.

The place was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with any cooking utensil you may need. This was nice to see for a person who likes to cook on vacation. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The pool was very refreshing and much needed after two nights downtown. Overall, great place, clean and easy to access. Randy

This condo was perfect for 2 couples. Very clean and very easy to access. The location was a very short walk to music row bars and food. A quick 5 min drive to Broadway. Honestly it was ideal staying here opposed to right on Broadway. It was quiet at night and easy to remember to get to if you had a few drinks! Couldn’t of asked for a better stay!

This was the first time 3 out of 4 of us have been to Nashville. Im so glad I was able to find this cute room to share the stay at. It's close to all the attractions and has a cute modern theme, making the time at the apartment comfortable and enjoyable. The owners were quick to respond if we needed anything and always kind and courteous. If you're up in the air about where to stay, give this room a chance! You won't regret it 😊

My husband and I needed somewhere to stay for just the night while traveling home. This was a perfect place. Away from the commotion but still in town. The condo was very clean and the bed and bedding was the most comfortable we’ve had in a stay away from home. Parking was easy and the area seemed pretty safe and clean. We would definitely stay again if we were to come to Nashville again.

This place was perfect in every way. Location was awesome. Decor was beautiful and fun. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to be near all the fun without being all up in the craziness of Broadway. Felt like we made SUCH a good choice by going this route.
