The Space:
The interior of the RV is very spacious due to 2 large slides in the main living area. The kitchen has an island with counters & sink. It is in great condition, but it is worn in a few places which is easily overlooked due to the overall beauty of the interior. ALL of the beds are comfortable. There is one ROKU TV in the living room.
Unlimited hot water for showers and kitchen is provided by an on demand water heater which feeds a 6 gallon water heater.
We permit campfires so bring your marshmallows and firewood.
Being an RV it takes a little more care and patience to occupy it than it would living in a traditional home or apartment, but we will provide you the details necessary to be comfortable during your stay. One of the upsides to this, if there was ever a power outage, the RV can still operate mostly like normal with lights, cooking, heating, and hot water all still available.
The RV is located on a working farm, thus there will be other people around during the day. We have an electric fence on 3 sides of the property, CHILDREN BEWARE!

About our Authentic Home Made India Food - Of course it is delicious. We use pesticide free and organic ingredients to the extent that is possible. We do serve food most nights with advanced notice, frequently we can serve you on short notice, and sometimes things come up and we just cannot provide food service, even if you have arranged it in advance. So please understand, we will do our best to honor our commitment to serve food but there are no guarantees. Ask for our menu. This is an add on charge.
The Neighborhood:
We are in a rural part of Anacortes. Two lakes are near by. Many amazing beaches are near by. Much farm land scenic drives with ocean and island views are to be had here. SERIOUSLY, you should plan on staying at least 2 days, 4 or more would be even better if you appreciate natural beauty and outdoor activities. Spectacular hikes are to be found at Rosario Beach to Bowman Bay and on to Lighthouse Point with views of Deception Pass along the way. Also the hike up Mt. Erie is a favorite of those who are young and fit.
Getting Around:
It is best if you have your own car in this location. Uber and Lyft and Taxi services are available.
Other Things to Note:
There is a busy road out front. To get to the cliff side views, you must walk across the road. We do it each day, many times a day. It is not safe for children to walk across the road alone. It is more than 100 ft from the RV, and there is also a gate between the RV and the road. Some road noise does come with it as well, but the RV is far enough away that is it not too bad. If you are hyper sensitive to road noise, or will leave a bad review due to it, then please don't book this RV. It does not bother most people.
Interaction with Guests:
We're almost always available onsite, by text, by phone or by AirBnb messages. We'll send you our text number.

Our stay was very tranquil, close to town, nice vistas and very comfortable. Situated in a garden like setting with lots of pretty seasonal flowers. Lots of amenities like a gas fireplace, full kitchen, fridge and comfortable Livingroom. A must place to re-book in the future. Lots of thanks to our hosts. Greatly appreciated stay.

We had a great time staying here at Shyni's Farm. The RV was clean and comfortable, and the gas fireplace kept us warm when it started pouring outside. Getting to Deception Pass State Park was incredibly easy. Can't beat the location or hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay at the farm. The accommodation is as advertised. We were encouraged to pick a vegetable or two. Many thanks for the lovely hospitality.

This is a charming and comfortable little place with gorgeous views right across the street. Our host was super responsive as we had a coffeemaker issue but he ran right over with a replacement. This is not a fancy place, just a cozy one. This is an older RV with all features and updates working well. Comfortable beds and plentiful hot water and heat. Roku streaming to a nice tv

Property is just as described.
I had no trouble locating the spot. The host is excellent with communication and detailed with instructions. Much appreciated.
My son and I arrived about 9pm just at dark.
No hassle entry, RV was pepared.
This RV is well worn. Almost everything we used or needed was in working order.
The wi-fi could not connect. So there was no tv entertainment. (Not a biggie but I am sure I paid for this in the cost of my stay) I stayed just a short evening. The wi-fi not connecting is the bane of every ‘vacation’ rental. All behind the times by 15yrs.
This RV feels and looks very well used inside.
The two couches (beds) in main room were where we slept. I checked the main upper bedroom queen bed when I arrived and it had a load of dog hair covering it! Just plain obvious it was used by a dog just prior to my arrival.
Who knows, maybe the hosts cleaning crew pet checked out the bed after it was made up? Maybe it hadn’t been checked for cleanliness in a month. I couldn’t tell honestly.
The place was not dusty and the glassware was clean. The water was tasty. The toilet worked great.
It was warm. The heater is too loud for me to sleep so I shut it off for the night bit the gas pilot is very noisy as well. This is on the floor of the main room. In winter of fall this would be cozy.
Smaller couch blankets, pillows smell terrible!
Too long in use without washing.
My stay was fine. I could do it again in a pinch for a close next day ferry ride.

My family had a wonderful experience staying in this little cottage by the sea. The hosts were easy to communicate with. They worked with us to accommodate our family of 5 plus a dog. We would definitely stay here again!

We completely enjoyed our short stay! The place feels larger than we had imagined. The farm is just a fun, peaceful place to stay at. The location was perfect for visiting the Anacortes & Whidbey Island areas. We will definitely be back to stay again.

The farm is adorable and Shyni is a wonderful host. The RV is tucked into the beautiful garden area and you can walk across the street and sit at the cozy tables overlooking the water. The RV had plenty of space for our girl stay and was very roomy and comfy. I would highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed this stay. It was a great launching place for a week long day camp my daughter was doing in Anacortes.
We met the owner, Shyni, very nice and accommodating.
We bought wood and used the fire pit to make s'mores.
Camper is spacious and comfortable and pet friendly. Surrounding gardens make for a nice backdrop. This is an organic farm so you must keep your dogs leashed at all times as to not access the garden areas. This was not a problem for us.
Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here with another family for a tournament in Burlington. While we weren’t at the property for most of our stay, we loved everything about it. The trailer was wider than expected and was roomy enough for 5 of us to comfortably lounge and watch Netflix in the evening. The shower and toilet were clean and we never ran out of hot water. The views of the garden and farm stand were nice. Being able to cross the street to the owner’s sound view was definitely a highlight. Absolutely stunning views! We would definitely stay here again.

Shyni is delightful and gave us great tips on dog friendly hikes and dog parks the property was well maintained and clean with everything we needed to prepare meals. The deck space across the street was amazing with views of the San Juan Islands, great for wine and sunsets.

We know how a camper stay works, so it was wonderful for us! We will be back!

The hostess was really friendly and welcoming, she showed us the camper and also her beautiful billion dollar view of the puget sound!! We enjoyed the hot shower with never ending water, the ample space, the hot fire place was heavenly in February.
The only thing I was confused about was the heat situation? I don't think the furnace worked? Which is why there is a full size gas fireplace. I would highly recommend this RV to anyone looking for. Peaceful Clean and quiet place to stay on the island.

We had an amazing time and can not wait to come back. The ease and beautiful setting were just how we needed to start our PNW journey. I wish we would have had more time there. The owners were AMAZING!

Nice location close to the ferry to San Juan islands. RV was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view from the deck across the road. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Enjoyed meeting property owners. Beautiful, happy chickens! Tidy and organized.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We did not sleep well due to rodents (we think) running around the roof. The property manager said she would be looking into when we left.

View of the water from the main house was awesome. Garden beautiful. I've not stayed in an rv before. It was fine. The area was beautiful !

Very friendly owners! Their description is accurate. Clean, convenient to town, and unique. Two adults and our toddler fit comfortably.

Wonderful stay in a garden
Very comfortable and private luxury RV in a working garden - the perfect place to stay near the San Juan islands. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. The clifftop ocean view truly spectacular. Convenient to Anacortes, Whidbey, and Skagit valley farms. Highly recommended!

Great stay
We really enjoyed our short stay here, and was warm and dry during all the rain we had as well. Really good jumping off point for adventures on the islands.

Last minute change of plan
RV was exactly as advertised, tucked under an awning beside a well tended produce garden. Well equipped and spacious (we camp often in a MUCH smaller RV) 4-star amenities. Hosts responded promptly and cheerfully to my texts and call. My family needed more on-site support than anticipated, unfortunately, so I could not actually sleep there -- disappointing because I would have liked to enjoy it. Will try another time.

Always wanted to have an RV experience!

A pleasant surprise
The stay was a pleasant surprise for us, especially with the RV and the host. Shiny's warmest reception and helping us throughout the stay was the best part of the stay. On top of that, the RV experience added it's charm. Kids enjoyed the stay very much with the farm chickens. They even helped us when we needed couple of things, that was not part of the stay. Just one note for guests, set your mindset for an RV stay. More doors, small cabinets and lesser space to move around. You will enjoy your stay.

Great location
We stayed here to be close to tulips and the water. This property is only 5 miles from Deception Pass. We also wanted to try staying in a RV. Things we liked: spacious RV, well stocked kitchen, outdoor BBQ, fresh eggs available for purchase. Cons: roosters crowing at 5 a.m., road noise. This property is on a main road with a good amount of traffic.

Get away with a view
The RV was beautiful and huge with a nice shower. It was a lovely space and we loved walking across the street to the outdoor space for a gorgeous view of the Puget Sound.

5th Wheel stay
If you like the wake-up call of a beautiful rooster (we did), then you'll be pleased. To enjoy a 5th wheel, remember it's a 5th wheel as it takes a bit of getting used to. It isn't for everyone but for us it worked well. Nice forest area and roads to do a walk. There is a some traffic noise but mostly in the morning. Hosts were good.

Under whelmed
This listing is deceiving. It’s not a farm nor is there a view. It’s a stretch of one’s imagination at best. Sorry we were disappointed pointed especially for the price👎🏻

Nice nice place to stay. Just what we expected from the description. Great email and text response from owners, did not meet them in person. Would stay here again.

Anniversary get away
We had a lovely visit in Anacortes. The RV was described perfectly, and felt spacious. The kitchen really did have everything that you could need, too. Big bonus that we were able to bring our pet. Enjoyed observing the chickens (but could not hear them from the RV). Would gladly stay here again.

Quiet, cozy, comfortable
Couldn’t resist booking this unique property that seemed to check all our boxes - room for two, great reviews, close to the Anacortes ferry and had an easy way to recharge our ebikes. It did meet (and exceed) all expectations and made for a lovely 19th wedding anniversary mini vacy. It was delightful to have access to the RV along rows of a lovely vegetable garden and to see (and, yes, talk to) the chickens who seemed quite happy in their coop.

Garden retreat
We had a great time! RV is spacious and very well maintained. Host was friendly. Gardens are beautiful. We used this as a "base" to explore the San Juan Islands all around.

Amazing adventure!
The property is beautiful and the hosts super friendly and helpful. Comfy beds, lots of hot water and all you need! A perfect first night to a week long stay on the San Juans.

Nice if your into organic farming
Trailer was beautiful. It came with everything you could possibly need. Hosts were very accommodating. Wss not as private as I thought from pictures. A hub of activities.

Unique stay on farm
This was my first time staying in an RV and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If it's an option, I highly recommend ordering Shyni's food, it was top notch, and their waterfront garden was the perfect setting to eat. I would come back just for the food and the beautiful view : )

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the farm.RV was well equipped and spacious. Shiny and Michael were exceptional hosts. Great communication before and during the stay. Would love to come back for a longer stay with the family.

Peaceful and relaxing
Just what we wanted, a view of the lovely garden with a small covered deck. Loved watching the chickens, to cute! A short walk across the street to view the water and islands is wonderful. Plenty of chairs and tables to sit and eat or just relax. Had the curry meal, so delicious. Wound return there without hesitation.
