The house is spacious, comfortable and light, well appointed, equipped and furnished. The grounds are huge. It's a lovely setting with long views towards the estuary and coast. Great for weather watching. A pebble beach 20 minutes walk along a winding path is accessible from the house and looks out over mussel beds. This beach is more suited to shorter visits. There are other very beautiful sandy beaches a short drive away and well worth the effort - free parking, café/restaurant, toilets. Unfortunately the bedroom description is highly misleading. In reality there are four bedrooms, i.e. three king/queen bedrooms (two en-suite), one room with bunkbeds and a futon. There is no bedroom five or six and no second futon as described. There is however a large mezzanine landing area (screen provided) which we used to sleep three under eight year olds. Due to it's lack of privacy this would not be suitable for adults as its a thoroughfare to the 'family' bathroom and master suite. For a larger group this house is ideal. If the agent can update the house description to accurately reflect the bedroom space actually available I would then recommend it.

The house and gardens are simply beautiful, even better than in the photos. The views are captivating! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and artfully appointed. A really great retreat, a wonderful place to spend tranquil vacation days. Very convenient access to markets, restaurants, historical sites and natural beauty. We couldn't ask for better hosts -- Pierrick and Florence in the US and their able concierge managers in France, who were always gracious, helpful and available. Merci beaucoup!

Very cheerful and friendly welcome got us off to a good start. The house is lovely and spacious with fantastic views. We weren't lucky with the weather but managed to get out most days and the garden was huge and well enclosed so a safe place for our toddler granddaughter to play. Boulangerie and other shops within a short drive. We had a lovely holiday.

Lovely large house with fantastic views

Good communication with owner. Collection of keys straightforward despite our limited French. House is set in a very quiet area but close to village with amenities. Despite other reviewers describing large garden it still comes as a shock. Would be fantastic for a family with children. Lots of walks close by. Don’t miss Abbaye de Beauport which is in walking distance.. House has everything you can need and more.

Belle et spacieuse maison propre avec un jardin (plutôt un parc!) très bien entretenu. La vue est magnifique de dehors, comme du dedans, de la véranda, du salon...! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille sous le beau temps. L'accueil est de qualité, et le propriétaire est réactif en cas de soucis. Les environs sont agréables, plutôt sauvage, avec très peu de monde.Jolies ballades sur le GR de la maison. Le bar ä huîtres et sa plage sont très sympas, calmes.

Nous avons adoré. Le jardin et quelle vue !!!! La maison est bien aménagée et décorée avec goût. Personnellement j’aime beaucoup le tableau dans la salle à manger,dame qui marche dans une forêt. Et on a polémiqué pas mal sur la grande photo de la salle à manger. Où à t’elle été prise?? Belle vacances à refaire

Nous avons séjourné à 8 personnes pour les fêtes de fin d'année dans cette belle propriété proche de paimpol. Nous cherchions une maison vaste, bien située avec confort. Nous avons trouvé. Le cadre est magnifique, la description correspond au réel. Nous sommes tous ravis de cette semaine passée a la yorkerie.

Surpris par la maison et son terrain : Vue panoramique a en couper le souffle Endroit très calme. Nous étions 10 personnes, chacun avait son espace , literie confortable et l'ensemble propre. L' accueil de Magalie très sympa et disponible. Merci nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos enfants et petits enfants . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Pierrick. La maison surplombe la mer offrant une vue superbe. Excellente communication avec Pierrick et adorable personne sur place pour la gestion de l’arrivée / départ. Nous avons rencontré un souci d’invasion de fourmis qui a perturbé le début de notre séjour, Pierrick s’est montré particulièrement disponible et a tout mis en œuvre pour trouver une solution. Nous recommandons cet hôte.

Un très beau souvenir de vacances

Mieux que sur les photos. Très grande et belle maison, très bien équipée, agréablement décorée, totalement au calme, en retrait d'une rue secondaire. Beau et immense jardin (un petit parc). Les vues sur la mer, la côte, les champs, depuis l'intérieur comme le jardin, sont absolument magnifiques (notamment au lever de soleil, la lumière sur la mer !). Très appréciable: toute la vaisselle et les ustensiles nécessaires sont à disposition pour préparer facilement les repas de neuf personnes (la taille de notre groupe). Egalement disponibles : des jeux, des livres de tout genre (de la distraction jusqu'à l'universitaire), et même une enceinte Bluetooth bien appréciée des jeunes adultes. Situation parfaite au-dessus du GR34, idéale pour découvrir ce beau coin de Bretagne. Information et accueil des voyageurs irréprochables, propriétaire attentif et soucieux du bien-être de ses hôtes. La personne chargée de l'accueil et de l'entretien des lieux est très scrupuleuse. Le bar à huîtres tout proche est vraiment excellent. Boulangerie et supermarché à proximité immédiate (mais il est très préférable d'avoir une voiture sur place). Un seul regret, n'avoir pu rester qu'une semaine. Nous recommandons sans réserve ce très bel endroit.

Bonne situation géographique, pas besoin de faire beaucoup de km pour découvrir des endroits magnifiques et avoir accès aux commerces. Nous y avons séjourné la semaine de Noël 2020 en famille, nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner ni profiter des plages et du jardin, mais nous avons découvert des endroits magnifiques tels que l'île de Bréhat, la Côte de Granit Rose....etc.. Superbe région, à visiter. Le logement est propre, agréable et bien agencé. Merci à Magali pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. C'est une personne agréable et arrangeante tout comme le propriétaire. Merci à vous 2, vous avez toujours répondu présent (nous avons rencontré un petit problème avec la chaudière, celui-ci a été très vite résolu). Maison super agréable dans un cadre et une région magnifique ! Le Top, je recommande. Christine
