Nice clean hotel near Zion and Bryce

Very nice location overlooking Washington UT. Very friendly staff Nice outside Jacuzzi Very nice Breakfast Perfect room on the top floor!

Excellent stay

The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. The breakfast options were great and the staff was quick to replenish the food. The outdoor area was wonderful with a fire pit and plenty of space to hangout. The room was also big and fairly quiet.

I wish there was a playground but that's about it.

I’ll be back!

So convenient! Great restaurant close by, ICE CREAM close! Super close! Two gas stations to choose from and a car wash! The hotel was beautiful and super clean! Nice little souvenir gifts ! Great breakfast! And coffee!

Perfection as it comes

Best stay during the trip. The facility is new, clean and kept in immaculate condition, staff is friendly and take care of hotel. Breakfast was nice and different each day and staff making specials to order made it even better. The pool is spacious, clean. Nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect.

Excellent.

Newer facility so mattress and furnishing were in excellent condition, comfortable. Room was quiet. The continental breakfast contained the best variety I have ever seen.

Our room did not have anywhere to hang clothing and had not been vacuumed/swept.

Exceptional

The staff is always amazing and helpful! The complimentary breakfasts are always delicious, they even do made to order omelets some days and even did snow cones by the pool one day! We love that the pool is indoors but can have the doors open to feel like it’s outside as well and the hot tub outside is really big and has an amazing view. We love staying here!

Excellent hotel and tremendous staff

The staff must be commended. Absolutely lovely and accommodating. My kids loved the "treasure chest" on arrival. Every staff member there made us feel like we were elite guests. Breakfast was wonderful. Omelet station one morning, crepe station another. In addition to generous varied other options. Breakfast area and room were spotless. We had a beautiful mountain view which we loved every morning. Pool and.spa area and gym very clean as well with showers facilities and ample pool towels. Area surrounding with options for food. We would return here in a heart beat. Special thanks to Denise at the crepe station! Much love from California

I travel a lot for work and this was hands dow the best place to stay in southern utah

Service was amazing! Pool and hot tub temperature was perfect. I loved how big and clean they both were. Awesome to have clean towels by the pool. Whole place smelled amazing. First impression to me is the smell of a hotel when you first walk in. Lots of places have a funky food smell that ruins the whole stay. This place smelled so clean and inviting. The only food smell here is the sweet smell of waffles in the morning! Loved it

Water pressure. Really hard to get the soap rinsed out of my hair. I’m sure that is helping water conservation though. It was nice to have plenty of pillows on the bed, but they were a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. Keep the fluffy ones, but maybe swap 2 of them out for flatter sleeping pillows. All in all a wonderful place to stay

Nice stay. Good value for price.

The lighting in the room was better than US average. The breakfast was half way decent, better than most US breakfasts.

The room cleaning staff was not very professional or methodic.
