This stunning Lakefront Retreat sits directly on your own, private lake shore. Located on the most beautiful south east shore of the 10 mile long Greenwood Lake, this home offers ALL the ways to enjoy lakefront living.
In the summer, sip your morning coffee with your toes in the water, dine alfresco on the home's picturesque outdoor deck, spend the day lounging/fishing/sunbathing/swimming from your private 30 foot dock.
In the winter, take in the magnificent seasonal sights, including bald eagles fishing on the water and families of swans wading through the lake in front of you.
Memorable evenings can be spent soaking in the most stunning sunsets from almost any room in the house, or gather around your fire pit for smores or a nightcap.
Fill your days with endless seasonal options, including:
Spring/Summer/Fall: complimentary use of two kayaks (a tandem and a single) and two stand up paddle boards. From the dock, enjoy excellent fishing. Or take advantage of nearby powerboat rentals.
Winter: A frozen lake welcomes ice fishing, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Join in pickup games of ice hockey and ice skating. The oversized master bedroom features a king size bed, private second-story balcony, walk-in closet, floor to ceiling windows and breathtaking views. The second bedroom features two full size beds, a 44-inch flat screen TV and walk-in closet. Also located upstairs is the spacious full bath with walk-in shower, marble counter tops and double vanity.
Downstairs boats a designer kitchen and island bar which seats five, complete with everything from margarita and martini glasses to chef-level appliances and utensils. Whether you decide to create in the kitchen or take advantage of the deck-side BBQ, it can all be enjoyed with stunning lake views.
Relax and gather in the living room which also boasts stunning lake views, a 50-inch flat screen TV with DVD player and Apple TV, and a sofa which converts into a Queen size bed.
This is a full season vacation retreat. The Fall offers breathtaking views of foliage changing colors along the lake and Hudson Valley. I’m so glad we decided to vacation in Greenwood Lake. We spent 4 wonderful days swimming in the lake and enjoying the beautiful view. The lake house was perfect and had all the amenities anyone would need. The homeowner couldn’t be nicer. I give our vacation a 10 and would recommend this vacation home whole heartedly.

We enjoyed an all-ages family reunion for a wk at this lovely home ! It's clean, comfortable and has an amazing kitchen stocked w/ everything we needed (including spices and extras)...we especially appreciated having the paddleboards and kayaks (a single and a double), plus a few games and puzzles ~ This is the quieter side of the lake (distance from the rd/traffic) and we saw birds everyday (swans,swallows,eagles, herons and lots of ducks and ducklings!) Thank you for a wonderful time!!

We spent a much needed relaxing weekend at this location. I can't say enough good things about this property. It was beautifully decorated, perfectly supplied, and very clean. We would rent this property again.

This beautiful home has a breathtaking view of the lake. Lovely kitchen and open living room was great to be together. Kayaks were fun too! We enjoyed many tours, Thai food and Bellvale icecream. A lovely home!

This beautiful house is perfectly located. Tastefully decorated, comfortable, and so welcoming. You can't beat the view of the lake. We loved using the kayaks and paddle boards, and sitting in the Adirondack chairs, sipping our coffee in the morning. The hosts are lovely and so accommodating. 100% recommend this home for a getaway and hope to come back someday!

Perfect place, extremely clean with an amazing new kitchen. Perfect for a family with kids. Would be difficult to share with another couple because of the one bathroom / shower. There is a toilet downstairs.

Beautiful house that was pristine. Great dock for our boat, and plenty of parking for our trailer. The view from the backyard is amazing, and the location is great! The owner was also super nice to deal with. Definitely would highly reccomend this house.

The house was beautiful- clean and well stocked for a fun lake weekend. We loved using the paddle boards and kayaks and sitting on the Adirondack chairs by the lake. There was a private dock and a great deck overlooking the water. The property is as nice as it looks in the pictures. Cheryl was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

No overhang or umbrella, all towels inbathroom dingy and damp. no lounges, only Adirondack chairs, uncomfortable dining chairs on deck…left after 2 nights, would not come back or recommend..trees not enough for cover from rain or sun. Bedside lamp in 2nd bedroom did not work..no rheostat lighting in most rooms. Super bright overhead lighting in livingroom and bedrooms not conducive to relaxing. Paid for 5 nights. Stayed 2. Overall disappointing

We loved spending the week at Cheryl’s home! The cleanliness and amenities were perfect. We spent two days at Mt. Peter (skiing and tubing) and another day exploring the town of Warwick. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were spacious (master bedroom has the best views!) and the house will have a special place in our family bonding memories.

The house was very clean and homey. It was decorated in good taste and it seemed like new. It was the perfect size for my family of 4 with our dog. The kitchen had everything anyone would want, there are games, movies and books. The view of the sunset on the lake was beautiful. I would definitely return.

Great rental house, even in winter! Easy check-in and check-out, and very responsive property manager. Beautiful views, excellent cooking kitchen, comfortable sleeping. Will definitely come back in the summer when we can enjoy the lake!

This house was perfect for a weekend spent with great friends off season. Great sunset views, exceptional attention to detail and the house had all we needed. It’s clear the host has gone out of her way to make the guests feel comfortable and at home away from home, and Cheryl was exceptional with communication and ease of logistics including check in and check out. The house is close to some great natural attractions and hiking, along with nice scenic drives. No doubt during the warmer months the use of the lake is a plus. And we noticed easy water access along with a great, sturdy dock! Would definitely recommend and we hope to be able to book again. Thank you so much for such a great stay!

Cheryl's home has a stunning view and an updated modern interior. Every amenity that we needed was there, and Cheryl was super helpful and communicative. The view from the property is gorgeous, and a super restful stay. Definitely recommend.

The house is beautiful and located on a quiet secluded street right next to the lake. The little boys in our group loved the house and the lake and the playground at
Stanley Deming playground in nearby Warwick. It was overall a very pleasant stay for everyone in the group. The kitchen and master bathroom are especially nice, and the large windows with views of the lake.

We had the best stay! The location was perfect and we overall enjoyed our girls weekend here. Everything was clean, the way the house was set up was amazing and the lake views were perfect to enjoy our coffee on the cool mornings. The house was super accommodating and had everything we needed.

One of the highlights of our stay was having the use of the kayaks and paddle board.
The gas bbq was great, as was the fire pit for roasting marshmallows. All in all, a very relaxing, fun experience.
