Extensive gardens and multiple patios make it perfect for indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. Relax in the pool, hot tub and infrared sauna. Chef's kitchen with six burner range, double sinks, oversized fridge, and long dining table make this a great place for dinner parties. 15 minutes to the Yuba River, as well as downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. Wheelchair accessible. Upstairs are five bedrooms and three full baths. Downstairs is an extremely spacious open concept kitchen, living room and family room.

We rented this place for a family and friends gathering, we had a fantastic stay. The house is as incredible as you can see in the pictures. We were there in early December, we had a really good weather for this time of the year, and the foliage colors were so beautiful! The rooms are so big, the kitchen comes with great amenities, we haven't used the sauna but enjoyed the hot tub a lot. Hanna was great to communicate with, very responsive, very clear, able to accommodate several different requests, and she immediately helped when we had issues for check-in (issues not related to the house or to her).
I can only recommend to book this house, I certainly wish I could book it again during summer time!

Amazing Pool
This property was amazing! The photos don’t even do justice to how big everything was. The pool was great to just hang out around all day with my friends while relaxing and catching up. Kitchen was great and allowed up to make some amazing meals. Would love to return soon :)
