About this house rental
Our Sea Islander Home is available to you and yours for a wonderful Vacation, or for your Parris Island Marine Corps Graduation and Celebration. Located just 2 miles from the entrance to the Marine Corp Recruit Depot at Parris Island, minutes from The Sands Beach and Boardwalk, near Olde Town Port Royal, and the historical City of Beaufort. This home is 45 minutes from Savannah, GA, 60 minutes from Charleston, SC and close to Bluffton and Hilton Head Island too. This home is truly central to it all!
Offering 3 bedrooms (sleeps 7-9) and 2 full baths. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath with custom tiled walk in shower with bench, bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds with a trundle bed also. An air mattress is also provided just in case a few more come along. All linens, pillows, and towels are provided for your use.
Open floor plan and the huge kitchen island are made for entertaining your family or group. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook and entertain including a crock pot, and a large stock pot for the local favorite - "Frogmore Stew" (no, there are no frogs in it!) The recipe will be waiting for you!
We have porches set up for morning coffee or an afternoon of relaxation after a day at the beach or sightseeing. A gas grill, outdoor eating area and more are awaiting you. Beautiful landscaping surrounds you during your stay.
This is a great home for relaxing and entertaining during your stay, older or younger groups will both be happy in this laid-back atmosphere.
This property also has a second rental home available, The Palmetto Lady. This home has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed. We also have a daybed with a trundle in the upstairs family room, so it sleeps 6 comfortably. The home has 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Like The Sea Islander, this home is fully set up for an enjoyable vacation or your Marine's graduation from Parris Island.
Together, The Sea Islander and Carolina Sea Breeze boast 5 Bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and will sleep a total of 15 guests. Contact us for more information on renting both homes for your stay!

Perfect stay for Parris Island families. Traveled with my family of four and my parents and on our last night our Marine had a comfortable bed to sleep in and was able to have a sleepover with her little cousins in their own area.
We cooked and ordered in. The home was stocked and made it easy. 😊 Everything we needed to enjoy each other’s company and be spread out. Clean and in neighborhood and took us 10 minutes to get to the main gate at Parris Island. Highly recommend this property.

This house was absolutely perfect for our son’s Marine boot camp graduation!! It was less than a 5 minute drive to Parris Island, which is huge when you need to be at the base by 5:30am. The house was immaculate and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Great outdoor space to hang out after graduation!! If you’re looking for a place to stay for graduation, you found it!!

This house fit our needs perfectly. Lots of room to just relax in. The kids could do some game playing. The adults did a lot of reading and just enjoyed sitting around.

Came down to watch my son graduate from Bootcamp. This location was perfect. I would definitely come here again. The common area was open with plenty of seating for visiting. Everything we needed was there. Clean, comfortable and accommodating.

Our family of 5 stayed for 5 nights. Everything we needed was provided - laundry and dishwasher soap, trash bags, towels, extra blankets, plastic cups for the kids, and more. The fridge was clean with an ice maker and filtered water. We used the Keurig, tea pot, a pan to make scrambled eggs - lots of mug choices as well. The neighborhood was quiet and location central to everything we wanted to do. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect base to stay and celebrate our son graduating from Parris Island . Only short drive to main gate. Great for early morning activities at depot. Great for gatherings and within close proximity to Port Royal and Beaufort.

We stayed here for my sons graduation from boot camp and this house is perfect! Minutes to Parris Island. Has everything you would need and more! Very clean and spacious. Michelle is very nice and when we had a little hiccup with the A/C going out, she was on it and had it fixed ASAP. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

The house was gorgeous. Everything we could need was there I highly recommend if you were going for a graduation to your Marines that you booked this place they are very accommodating. The house was so clean. Usually I don’t like staying anywhere but my home, but this place made us feel right at home, we left some stuff there and they mailed it to us which is awesome because we were already 400 miles away before we realized thank you Scott and Melissa for letting us stay in your beautiful home for my sons Marine graduation. You made our trip amazing

House was loaded with things not usually in rentals such as special utensils, spices, and appliances. Owners thought of everything! House was clean and very convenient to Port Royal Boat Landing. Had enough room to park with boat and trailer.

Great location for families attending graduation. Literally a 5 minute drive to Parris Island. Host was very accommodating. House was clean and neat. Only had to bring personal toiletries.

My grandson graduated from the Marines this week. It rained the whole time. Seven of us stayed here. We had more family come for a bbq because a restaurant couldn’t accommodate a large family crowd. This property was the most “well stocked” warm and beautifully decorated home we’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend this home for a Marine Graduation! The property owners were very nice and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I have to say I would highly recommend the Rabons!!!!! (Shoreline Rentals) I would give them a 10/10. It was an amazing stay, quiet neighborhood, lovely home that will all wished was ours lol. However my experience today with Michelle has left me nothing but speechless. We were loaded out and ready to go. Double checked the house or so I thought. Got 2.5 hours down the road toward home and realized I had forgotten some items that are not replaceable!!!! I messaged Michelle and she offered to send them to me so that I did not have to turn around. It made my heart feel better because I was a mess! I felt bad asking however she was so wonderful about it! I not thought they were wonderful owners of a home, however now I know they are some of the most amazing people I have ever encountered! They have went above and beyond to help me! I truly appreciate y’all more than words can express!

This is a beautiful property with everything close by. The house is very clean with everything you need. We loved how close to Parris Island (5 mins) it is. The restaurants are all great. Most of all Huntings Island was amazing. One of the best beaches I have ever seen that is including the Caribbean. A must if you have time 25 mins from this property.

We came down for my son’s boot camp graduation. This was the first time we have ever rented a house and we completely lucked out with this one. The house is beautiful! Located in a nice quiet neighborhood and very close to anything we needed. Very short drive to Paris Island.

Self Care and Relaxation
My wife and I were truly grateful that we were able to book this wonderful hidden gem in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that’s just a hop skip and jump for many historical places, great home town restaurants like the Olde School House Restaurant , the Fish-camp on 11 street and Sands Beach which serves as a great place to spend time on the waterfront and fish.
The management staff member Ms. Michelle was so kind that she and her assistants along with her 4 year old granddaughter surprised me by singing happy birthday .
I would definitely recommend this venue to all my friends.

This property was everything you see and read about in the listing!
This property was very clean and so pretty. Very convenient to shops and town with lots of eateries to choose from. We rented this place to come down for my sons graduation from the Marine Corps. It was literally 5 mins away and so easy to get there! The owner was so nice and very accommodating. I would love to go back and stay longer this time and enjoy their private beach and look around their quaint little town. This property is a must see!

The house was wonderful as were the property owners. My kids, my mom and I enjoyed our stay.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. The house was exactly as advertised, if not better. The owners were amazing. The extras that were at the house were extremely thoughtful. We all really enjoyed the house.

Beautiful home and very clean, MORE THAN WHAT I/we were expecting!!!
Absolutely an amazing experience and great memories in just a short period of time, was down to pick up my Marine from graduation.. What was even better is that my ex came over and expressed that the house was better than what she rented out and everyone who came down to see graduation came to the house and we celebrated.. Now my daughter is asking my son about the his experience, and maybe considering signing up for the Marines, if that becomes true, I will be back and I/we want the same house!! I want no other.. And make sure the Yahtzee game stays on the table, the battles will pick up where we left off! It definitely got heated lmao!! Thank you for a lifetime of memories!!

Beautiful home, great location
House was very clean. Had everything we needed to cook a meal. Games in the closet that we played. The location seemed to be centered for everything thing we did. Never heard of Beaufort SC, just stumbled on it at the last minute. So much history there if you're into that. Look forward to coming back.

Marine grad PERFECT!
We loved this house! Décor, space, and everything we needed. Plus, distance to MCRD Parris Island was quick n easy.
Weather turned cold n rainy during our trip. Kids were the mad, as the ping pong tournament never happened, but inside was still cozy. Highly would recommend this house for anyone coming into the area for Marine Corp grads or just for fun n relax.

Came for my brothers marine graduation was exactly how described super close to the base and private nice little beach nearby that we visited called sands beach that’s only about 5min walk from the house! Loved it would recommend to anyone who is going for graduation!

Wonderful rental! Nice quiet neighborhood, beautifully renovated house, extremely friendly owners. 3 beds, two full baths, with a large open kitchen/living/dining area, a great outdoor space, and everything you need. Would have stayed longer, and may be back! Don't hesitate to book this one!
