Gut mit Mängeln

Das App-Haus steht in zweiter Reihe zur Strasse und ist nicht direkt zu finden. Neben der Pizzeria, hinter der Hausnummer 15, geht eine Einfahrt zu dem Haus und zu der Tiefgarage. Die Lage war gut. Mit dem Bus ist das Zentrum direkt erreichbar und ist kostenfrei mit der Welcomcard. Die Sauberkeit war ok, es waren genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Man hatte Bergblick, aber einen Garten mit Hühnern und einer Katze nebenan. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Keller, die extra bezahlt werden muss. Waschpulver ist mitzubringen.

Das Geschirr war unvollständig und viel zu wenig. 2 Speiseteller, 2 Suppenteller, 4 Tassen, 3 Kaffeelöffel, 2 Wassergläser, kein Brotmesser, keine Tischsets, kein Spülmittel und nur 1 Küchenhandtuch. Der Nachthocker war kaputt. Der Balkon hat keine Sonnenseite.

Would definitely come again if we stay in Innsbruck

Location is a little out of town, but the public transportation is quite good. On the other hand, you can go for hikes straight from the apartment. Beds were great. We enjoyed our stay.

Tolle Lage, 10 Minuten bis zur Altstadt, moderne Ausstattung, Tiefgarage, Lift, Sauberkeit, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin

Clean, spacious, good view of the mountains from the balcony. Modern building with modern facilities.

The apartment is completely missing blinds or light-blocking curtains, making you wake up by sunrise. The location is quite a long way from central Innsbruck, there are also no grocery stores nearby. But the worst thing was that we got locked out of our apartment due to a faulty lock. This was very inconvenient for us and made us miss our plans that day. It was only possibly to contact the host by chat or by leaving a message on their answering machine, so we had to call the customer service of Booking to get help with reaching the host. Also, Booking suggested we should get a compensation for this which the host declined (which was very disappointing).

A little far from the main town, but right on a good bus route. Once we worked out the buses, we were good to go!

Fantastic apartment, very spacious, easy to get to town, great views

Fantastic apartment with great views of the surrounding snow capped mountains. Very comfortable place, easy to get transport straight into town, and our hosts were great.... nothing was an issue

maybe some wardrobe storage in rooms would be good but otherwise everything was great.

the room is stylish, a beautiful view from the balcony, nice plates and cups. the room has everything you need. also chose this place because of the free garage.

This is not a minus, but I did not have enough sockets to charge the phone near the bed.

modern apartment, good base to visit Innsbruck and area

quiet, close to public transport, excellent mattresses, very efficient blinds on windows, helpful owners once communication problems solved

needed to get out of the car to open the garage door on the way out, no microwave, only 6 of each kitchen item (plates glasses etc) which forces frequent half empty dishwashings, shower curtain not really waterproof, odd bathroom towels, communication with the owners was difficult to understand at times (automatic translation from German)

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean, cozy and had everything one can wish for (including a Nesspresso coffee machine!!). There is nothing better than relaxing in the sauna and the whirlpool after a long day of hiking. The hosts made the check-in process very easy and comfortable providing us the info for the arrival and the self check-in. We especially liked and appreciated the farewell gift from the hosts. The house is comfortably located a bit outside of Innsbruck close to the nature, but the center of Innsbruck can be easily reached by public transport. We will definitely come back for some more awesome Tirol experience!

The bed was a bit too soft to our taste, but otherwise, everything else was perfect!

A new cosy studio on the edge of the city

- a great view from the balcony - peace & quiet - a village atmosphere with an easy way to the city centre by reliable public transport - all you need for your stay in the studio is really here ( comfortable beds, well- equipped kitchenette, a large bathroom) + the indoor garage place for your car We’ ll definitely come again!
