This home was spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. We entertained friends and family that visited comfortably. Everything we needed was close by and easy to access. It felt like home away from home for us. Host Kristen was very responsive to any of our questions or needs.

All went very well. House is in great location with easy access. House is well stocked with everything a person needs, including kitchen and bath items, and full size washer and dryer. The Host communicated very well, and responded quickly. Would stay again if in the area.

Home away from home. The property had everything and more than we could have planned for for an extended stay in Sun City Center. Home is also convenient to Riverview, Apollo Beach and Wimauma.
Appreciated the hard surface floors as we have allergies.

In town to visit my parents in Sun City Center for my dad’s 90th birthday with my cousins. There were four of us and the house was perfect! Clean and welcoming. Convenient location. Kristen the property manager was a prompt and excellent communicator. Fee was very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

Our Sun City getaway
We were very happy with our stay in Sun City Center!! The weather was wonderful and Kristen supplied us with everything we could ever need! She answered every question we had & we hope we can rent this house in the future !!

A Really Wonderful Place To Stay

Kristen is the best host ever. Everything was perfect. Extremely well stocked home with everything you could possibly need including coffee, cookies and snacks! Very clean and excellent communications. Highly rated! Thanks for a very enjoyable stay.

My sibling and I stayed here while visiting our family members who are full time Sun City Center residents. The home was well kept, welcoming, quiet and private. We didn’t cook while staying, but it looked like all the basics you’d need were there, along with typical spices and condiments. There were some fun games on hand, and an assortment of coffee, snacks etc which was a really nice touch and much appreciated. The water pressure in the spacious shower was great, the master has a heat lamp and a bidet (not sure about the hall bath) and the a/c and ceiling fan worked perfectly. My trip was shortened a bit due to flight issues so I didn’t end up using the washer / dryer but appreciated that it was available. Good amount of closet space, drawers etc. that would make a longer stay comfy. A note for sensitive folks, the detergent used at the time of this writing was heavily scented. The host was extremely easy to connect with. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone staying in SCC, and will want to stay again next time I visit.

Home away from home
This house was beautiful and comfortable. Easy access to everything. We took walks in the neighborhood which is also beautiful. Such a nice, peaceful area. Felt like home away from home. Owner response to questions was excellent.

Best Stay Ever!
This property and the host were amazing! Clearly Kristen enjoys hosting people in her house. She left clear house rules and general information for us. It was Valentines Day when we checked in and Kristen left a bottle of wine and chocolates for us. What a really nice touch. She also provided other numerous amenities that made our stay exceptional. If you want a quiet, comfortable place and don’t want to climb stairs-this is the place for you.

Perfect Winter Getaway
My husband and I and another couple stayed here for four nights to try out a senior living community.Because of COVID and time restrictions we didn’t try out all the community has to offer but they have everything. We loved the house. It is even nicer than the pictures. It was well stocked with everything you could need and more. Kristen was wonderful and got back to us immediately when we had questions. We (the girls) took walks in the mornings and felt completely safe. The guys found some great golf courses and we even made time to go to to the beach one day. It was less than an hour away. We do plan to come back and stay longer next time.
