Un puente navideño estupendo

Ubicación excelente, apartamento con todo, muy cómodo, tranquilo y limpio.

Eché en falta los radiadores en marcha cuando apretaba el frio pero había splits en todas las estancias. El wifi me dio un poco de guerra y al final usé los datos de mi móvil para tener internet (suele pasar con algunos extensores de red).

Bona ubicació i molt espaciós per a dues persones. Era un apartament molt acollidor, amb prou llum. A més, el personal era molt agradable i proper.

Todo genial! Javier es un anfitrión estupendo, amable y cordial. Fue muy atento con nosotros y nos facilitó mucha información para poder visitar los alrededores, además de puntual y dispuesto a ayudarnos en lo que hiciera falta. Nos hizo la bienvenida muy agradable. Y además tuvo el detalle de dejarnos cápsulas de café, leche, zumo, croissants, mermelada... vamos que no nos faltaba de nada :) Por lo demás, la ubicación es fantástica, estábamos cerca de todo lo que nos interesaba y podíamos ir andando sin problema.

Había obras en el edificio de al lado que están rehabilitando, pero en cuanto hablamos con los operarios para coordinar las "horas de ruidos", fueron muy amables y accedieron sin problemas y la verdad que no tuvimos ninguna molestia.

Increíble

Nos ha encantado todo en general, pero lo que más hemos aprovechado ha sido la terraza que tiene. Si volvemos a Xativa nos quedaremos aquí sin duda alguna.

La escaleras que tiene ya que es un tercero.

Limited kitchen facilities - no oven or kettle (although there was a good coffee machine) Narrow stairs up to third floor (but as described)

Fantastic, modern apartment with everything you need during your stay. The terrace is superb.

Great communication from host. Modern decor and very clean. Lovely terrace.

Nothing. Just be ready for a long climb to the top floor, along a narrow staircase! The accomodation would not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

A truely exceptional place, clean, spatious with all the essentials provided. Old town and restaurants are nearby.

Parking in the area is tough, if you do not go for the garage nearby. An electric kettle would be a nice addition.
