Lo único bueno la ubicación

Calidades pésimas , el baño estaba en pésimas condiciones y camas incómodas. Al hacer las maletas nos faltaba ropa y dicen que ellos no saben nada. No limpian las habitaciones y se supone que nadie entra en la habitación , estando nosotras en la habitación nos abrieron la puerta porque no se esperaban que hubiera nadie dentro. Estamos seguras de que alguien entro a la habitación a quitarnos cosas .

Las habitaciones muy húmedas y descuidadas, la TV nunca funcionó, no limpiaron las habitaciones, nos preguntaron si era necesario limpiarlas, eso no se pregunta, por lógica el aseo es diario.

In the center of the tourist area in Puerto Plata. Loved it. And staff is great.

Different than espectations.

Location is key is close to everything.

Price on booking.com is different when you pay on desk. The cleaner called to go at 10am when in reality was at 11 so we had to rush for no reason. There's no pool so the advertisement on tbe website doesn't exist in reality. The tv was not funtioning at all.

We liked the location. Able to walk around to many parts of the city close to the hotel. Hot water was available.

The property is poorly maintained. TV didn't work. Staff trying to access room without knocking your door and leaving your door unlocked after cleaning. We did not have any expectations about the place due to the price paid. Reservations are kept in a notebook, no computer at the "from desk". Reservations are not up-to-date. Had to wait a few minutes until from desk got a hold of somebody through text messages to confirm my reservation. We had to do an early check out 😕

The hotel.itself is very clean. They do laundry there

I stayed in #30. You can hear all the people walking and talking outside the wall. Also everything shuts down after 7pm. Not much happening unless cruise ships dock

pretty close to the most interesting area of puerto plata

this was actually a place that couples rent by hour, so I found at the hall a packaging of condom and also in the room was a few close condom sachet

Disappointing

The location is good.

Really a lot of things. First, I booked a Standard Twin room and they gave me a double and they told me that if I wanted the standard Twin room (The one that i reserved) I had to pay an additional cost. On the other hand, the sink had a water leak and the showers are very uncomfortable.

this property has mold and mildew in certain rooms #27 I got sick

every time I make a reservation online my reservation is accepted I am entering the property I am told immediately at the front desk that there are NO VACANCY this is the 3rd time this has happened to me

Superb

This hotel is located within walking distance of some of the best tourist attractions in Puerto Plata. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly.

Perfect location. Would go again for a short stay.

Staff is a bit loud and the street is noisy in the morning. I could sleep well, though, even with a light sleep. Room had no real window and was very dark.

Bargain for a family looking for a great location to walk around the sights.

Location, location, location. Traveling with friends and 5 young kids between us, this place offered a bargain and put us a short walk to everything we needed. We were able to see the Umbrella Street, the Pink Street, the town center, and walk to several great family friendly places to eat. Plus they provided secure parking. Excellent hot water shower!

Very noisy outside, 2nd floor likely quieter. The great location means street noise, a trade off I guess. Beds was not very comfortable, but it was fine for one night.

Good price for the area The location is very close to the central park, San Felipe Fortress and places to eat at a walking distance. The staff was very helpful The rooms were basic, working air conditioning, hot water and average mattress Parking spot available inside the facility They offer free coffee

Very noisy until late night, both street noise (motorcycles) and in the hallways due to loud speaking staff and people getting in and out Don't expect anything special. Basic place to sleep.

It is located in a nice and quiet area. Many bus stations are within walking distance.

You can only pay cash and the staff couldn't speak english. The equipment was not in the best condition, our toilet seat was broken. For information only: there is no hot water in the shower.

Very central basic hotel

Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The personal was very friendly and helpful when we had problems with a leaking sink.

Could have been cleaner. There was a lot of humidity in the room as there were no proper windows but only lamelleas and it was raining a lot during our stay. This could also be the reason why we found some bugs in the room. When we were leaving, the cleaning lady was a little bit intrusive and would even come into our room before we had left.

Good location, air conditioning worked perfectly, warm water was running

Room wasn’t cleaned, there were cockroaches under bed and in bathroom (after informing the staff and asking for different room, we got new one). Wifi was very poor in both rooms.
