We stayed at Eric’s cute little cottage this past weekend while we moved my daughter into Coastal Carolina university for her first year and we wanted to be by the beach to enjoy a few days with her be more move in and this was perfect ! The house was just as expected , clean , easy communication with the host and ideally located to Surfside and garden city beach with lots to do and great restaurants and not far from the university when it was time to move her . I will be coming back and forth from NY a few times a year now to see her and I will definitely stay here again . thank you Eric

This perfect sized home and its beautiful yard was the absolute best choice we could have made. We loved everything about our out stay and our host was the absolut best. We will be back and will always stay here. You have a nice quiet beautiful space to enjoy and there are so many things to do that are close by. Our favorite was the helicopter ride. I highly recommend a perfect stay here in this beautiful neighborhood.

This was our second year in a row here. Didn't even consider staying anywhere else. Everything is just as advertised, the neighborhood is super quiet, the beach is literally 5 min away. Questions are answered in minutes. Already planning another stay here again soon..

We were here for bike week and it was a perfect location. Close to everything (less than 2 miles to Murrells inlet) yet secluded enough to enjoy some quiet time in the evening. Bike friendly neighborhood with great neighbors.

The exceptional reviews of Eric's place are so well deserved. My husband and I are seniors, and we drove the 15 hours from Toronto Canada to spend 9 days at the end of March into the start of April. The location of this quiet oasis is perfectly situated within walking distance of Walmart and Krogers. We spent our days enjoying the Brookgreen Gardens, the Huntington State Park, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and beach, and Kayaking in nearby Conway. We loved eating dinner in Eric's magnificent backyard surrounded by beautiful flowering shrubs and tall palms. He clearly takes pride in ensuring the welcoming front and back gardens are well tended to for the enjoyment of all his guests. The dead end street is as peaceful as the garden and the bed is so very comfortable. As described in other postings, Eric is a most wonderful host. He responded quickly to our queries even before we arrived, and once we were checked in he was available by phone or text, unobtrusively, should we have any questions or concerns. We highly recommend Eric and his very clean and comfortable VRBO home listing. Thank you Eric!

The cottage is nicely decorated inside, and the landscaping makes excellent and beautiful use of the available space. The cottage abuts another hose, which I presume to be the owner's, but the backyard is fenced and private. Eric was friendly and solicitous without being intrusive and was understanding of my need to change the dates. Large YouTube TV worked great for watching baseball playoffs (live TV, not just recordings), and the place was an ideal location for my stay in the area. Would strongly recommend.

Perfect little getaway for single disabled female solo traveler. Perfect location. 5 minutes to beach. 2 minutes to Krogers. Quick druve to Marshwalk. Eric was great about answering questions. Gsrden is beautiful!!!!

This was our first time using a VRBO and it didn't disappoint. Everything was just as advertised and pictured. Very clean, and comfortable. Easy to find and easy to get to everywhere you would want to go, and to the beach. It had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, utensils in the kitchen to do whatever you needed. Communication was excellent and response to questions was within minutes. I would definitely book this place again without hesitation.

This was just the property we needed for our trip. For a group of three, it was just big enough and had the bonus of a semi fenced in backyard for my little one to play in. Eric was great at responding to messages and sending is a reminder about trash day. Would definitely stay here again.

Eric's home is located in a nice, quiet, convenient neighborhood. This clean home has comfortable beds, nice pillows and good quality sheets. The large living room is furnished with cozy furniture. It has a well equipped kitchen and inviting patio surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. Eric stayed in touch with us with suggestions on local restaurants and places to visit. This is a lovely cottage and so well decorated! The backyard and front yard landscaping are wonderful! We only had one hiccup as the driveway is very narrow and it was Bike Week and our trailer could not enter into the driveway. Wonderful neighbors saw the predicament and allowed us to park our trailer in their driveway. The renovation was well done, however we are non smokers and every time the A/C came on the smell of old cigarette smoke was very strong. I suspect it is in the ductwork. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was very clean and a quiet neighborhood close to all the restaurants and a short drive to the beach.

The property is nice, we enjoyed our stay. The home is very clean, good location, right across from Garden City Pier. The only cons: the stove is positioned very oddly; we could not use it. Consider remodeling the kitchen so there is a stove or purchase a large microwave that can prepare large meals. Overall, it's okay. We just went out to eat every day. lol! We still loved staying there.

Location of the property perfect distance from Garden City Pier :) Located in a quiet neighborhood. I liked the ease of paying online….making check in/out effortless and fast! The back yard is beautiful with the landscaping! Beds and couch are amazingly comfortable! Will def be back :)

Everything was awesome! Beds were just like home! When we arrived we were very impressed with the property. The inside is nearly new and the yard was very well designed. Eric was very responsive the whole time as well. 100% recommend.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage! The house was well equipped, clean, and provided us the perfect place to rest while running around the Myrtle Beach and Conway areas. Eric was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with for reminders and recommendations! Our kids loved the bunk beds and the outside garden was beautiful! This is a wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful home inside and out. Property owner was very nice and responsive. No problems nor issues with stay. Check in was very easy. Location not very close to the beach maybe 20-30mins away from the beach depending on where you are going but was not a big deal other stores was very close.

This cozy Beach home place is located in a place where every thing is easy to go. The yard is full of beautiful plants, this beach house is nestled in a very quiet community. And just mins to Garden City Pier, or Murrells inlet marsh walk, Or if you love deep sea fishing its near there too. Great restaurants just 8 to 10 mins away. Love Myrtle Beach the drive is only 15 mins. How about Georgetown a beautiful little town just 30 mins. This beach house is so comfortable and its perfect for a couple or a family. You like Charleston is about hour and half away. You can't go wrong with this beautiful beach house. I order our groceries and had them delivered to the beach house.
